Wow! In my little market order scenario I thought it might take 900,000 shares or so to get to .13.... Basically did that today with 1/3 that amount!!!! Hopefully todays action will get a few more eyes watching this stock!
Just wasn't sure if there were any additional steps involved to make a trade from outside the US. I've always been here, but since I have traded alot of Canadian Stocks in the past, I guess it works the same way everywhere...
Well today certainly looks more interesting than any in a long time. Totally switching gears, does anyone know the answer to this question. With almost all their business in Europe & Asia, Now the push for distribution in places like Istanbul, Turkey, Cyprus, etc.... If anyone in any of these countries wanted to buy stock in RHCO, how would they go about doing so? Just assuming the majority of the world does not know how to buy on our OTC market.
I read it soon after you posted. Just wondering why after 3+ hours this latest release has still not been posted on this Forum (InvestorsHub)??? Would have thought that would be automatic!
That's my point but perhaps you made it more plainly than I... So once again I will ask the following. What would happen if a significantly larger market order were placed in this stock that has few shares available to the public??? .... Remember the types of orders one can place! A "Limit" buy order means your price is the most you will pay. "All-or-none" buy order means you get all the shares you requested, at the price you request, or you get none. A "Market order" means you get all that is available at the current price, then the bid will be raised to bring in more shares to fill your order until there has been enough shares "brought in" to fill your trade. Using todays prices, here is an exagerated example of a trade I would love to see... 1,000,000 "market order" buy! (The Fill)-- 50000 @ .08, 150,000 @ .09, 200,000 @ .10, 100,000 @ .11, 200,000 @ .12, 200,000 @ .13, 100,000 @ .15.............. Personally I believe a trade that large would have an even larger effect. However, Since a trade that large has not happened with RHCO, pps Action is all speculation..............
I agree 100%. I want to be able to trade immediatley in the event of news or whatever... Who has time to deposit shares into an account and wait until it's processed before you can trade.
What I see as more important. Today it has only taken about 18,000 shares to move the stock higher...... Makes me believe there is NO (little) stock available at this level... So once again what is needed is a little buying pressure.... If that were to happen, I would certainly expect the shorts to hit the stock because that has always worked in the past. But, with so little stock in the public float, I also think this could be a stock that the shorts could really get caught (short). Lets just hope it happens...
No, although I have owned shares in this company for over 10 years, for some reason I am not on their mailing list as I have never receive anything from them... As to question of content of that letter. I've seen companies do/try this. Usually they ask shareholders to request their stock certificates from their brokerage (it is the brokerage that loans the shares and not the individual shareholder). So, if shareholder has their shares in hand, it is assumed the shorts have nowhere to go to get shares to cover their trade.... Sounds good, but do not remember it ever working out for the company in any significant way.... Not saying it caused stock pps to go down but also did not see this technique cause the stock pps to go up!!!!
Well at least there was a press release. Hope one day we have one that gives some indication of what kind of revenue RHCO might expect to generate from it or other participations/ownerships.
Yes! Another huge trade. Selling 425 @ .0620--- $26.35 before commissions. We're Rockin now!!!! However, at least we had a trade. Last week was nothing but crickets chirping....!!!
Once again this press release proves to me NOBODY in the US knows about this company. I believe an equal US penny Stock would have been very popular with significant pps movement and volume traded. If RHCO continues to post positive earnings and growth in their businesses, I think one day they will get noticed and the pps will see significant increase. But, I have no idea how long that might take. So, if you can wait, I think there will be a good payoff at some point. As I have stated before, with what is going on with this company, my fear is I should sell out and then soon after see the public finally get wind of this company and send the pps much higher. I do not see much downside to the pps but do not have a clue when the upside might start.....
Glad to Hear you feel that way after your contact with him because I wanted to feel that way also from mine. That would lead me to believe, he plans to keep building the company and one day see a big payoff. But, as we have discussed before, If management would also attempt to bring some public attention to this company, it would make their overall job much easier due to the increased value of the company stock!!!
I still wonder if we are missing something important (the big picture). See if you follow my line of thought... RHCO is a US company, but is only a HOLDING Company. Almost all the companies that they own/own shares are "NOT" US companies. For that reason, I wonder 1) what are the revenues of these companies? 2) What are their expenses and does any of those expenses pay any of the members of management that does not show up under the RHCO filings? 3) Is there any way management (which owns majority of shares) could be using revenue generated by some of these holdings/(companies), for their own benefit but where it does not have to be reported on RHCO financials? I am not insinuating anything is being done that is illegal. Just that because most of these holdings are foreign companies, I do not know if there are differences in financials that might be exploited!!!
I to have been Bored for a longgggg time. However, I have also owned this stock for a long time. As far as penny stocks go, looking at all that this company seems to be involved, I Fear that if I were to sell and move on, I would one day look back and see the company had finally gotten a little publicity and the stock really jumped in price. But day after day with little or no trades is understandably boring.
You're very welcome. By the way, the main focus of our conversation was about management and how we do not understand how/why they seem to be totally uninterested in seeing the Price of the stock go higher. Furthermore, we were just wondering if a few people were trying to send some sort of message with trades that amount to such small amounts... If you have questions of your own for managment, we urge you to send them to Ron or the other addresses that are available for investors. I know I have had several questions answered by Ron and Obviously Hamp is in contact with them also...
We were just talking about the $ Value of shares traded (very sarcasticly I might add)...!!! A few days ago there was a 150 share trade.
Just wondering? Have you heard anything more regarding plans to try and upgrade from OTCPink. From what I think I know about it, they do not qualify for OTCQX, But certainly look like they could for OTCQB. Seems to me that upgrading would be an easy way to help instill trust in existing/future investors.
You make my point! I personally believe there is only a small amount of stock actually being traded. Over the past few years there has only been a couple days with significant shares traded. Even then it was small compared to the public float, not to metion the outstanding shares. I still believe if anyone with the Ba__s and money were to place a large market order, the marketmakers would find themselves in a bind to cover the trade. I know they can sell it short and have in the past, but that game only works because there has never been any follow-up buying so the stock drifts back down and they are able to cover. What we need is new money and buying to support the pps.. However that will only happen if there is public awareness of the company.
It Does beg one to ask questions!!!! One I keep asking: The last figure published regarding Public Float listed just under 24,000,000 shares. At $.07 that is about $1,680,000. I know you cannot buy very many shares for that price, but!!!! If the insiders are not selling and believe in the company, (and as I have asked several times in the past), what would a market order of 1-2 million shares do to the pps of this stock????? Why isn't management/insiders purchasing all the free trading shares they can off the open market???? However, On the other hand, who's to say they haven't been doing just that!!!
Saw that a few days ago. The Manager is Bulent Yenal. If you go to RHCO website and click on ABOUT US at top. There are Names, Bios and even Photos of some of the New Team Members Including Mr Yenal.
Would Hope so but is anybody currently watching???
I really am ready to see some trading activity in this stock. While I obviously would like to see the pps increase, I would also like to see a significant increase in trading activity to show there is Renewed/New interest in the stock.. I am still perplexed by the fact management ownes most of the stock but seems to be totally unconcerned with the PPS. I keep thinking I must be missing something and perhaps I am. But, at this point I guess we just have to wait and see.......
I think just maybe something is about to start happening here. Yesterday I ran across updated info for the company that included the statement that they have now have 60 employees. I thought BS. But now with the updated website and some of what I see there, Maybe they are finally getting things going as we were led to believe!!!
My Timing was Unbelivably Perfect! (And I really had no Idea this was going to happen)---Yesterday I started trying to update this site with what little Info I could dig up on RHCO (since they did not seem interested in doing so).
TODAY I see they have Totally Updated their Web Site. Check it out for yourself as I have not had time to look at everything but it is a hell of a lot better that B-4.

Not that it makes much of a difference, but I have once again started to do a little updating to this RHCO page (and the Wiki page that has more detailed information). I do not currently use Facebook, but it appears this is the only place those that actually know about this company occasionally discuss current events. I can read what they post but cannot correspond with them. Any of you that might use Facebook, might want to talk to some of these people. If you do and learn anything that would be of interest to the rest of us, it would be much appreciated if you will post it on this site for the rest of us to see!!!!
All you have to do is Google Readen Holding and the 3rd or 4th listing will be the Facebook Link.
Not hard to find choices. Hard to choose what plan might be best for your company. I'm no expert on this but One company, Prweb.com for example has a basic service @ $99 per news release. Their most Premium is $499/release which reaches the likes of Bloomberg & Wall Street Journal. Middle of the road for them is about $250/...
I Believe you have to Pay for a news release to go out on any business wire service. Financials (SEC filings) that are required to be filed, are accessable (just as I posted latest Quarterly Report for qtr ending Dec 31) but is not necessarily published on any wire service or publication.
RHCO did not make a press release for Qtr ending Sept 30 either. If you did not read it you might want to compare the two. There has been improvement but far short of what company predicted in there guidance. Here is Qtr ending Sept. 30...

I agree 100% regarding sales/revenue. I think with the large transition metals deal, we all expected something significant to be showing up by now. But since I know a little about that subject, the lack of details surrounding that deal has always had me scratching my head. My fear has always been that it was simply a way to benefit family and friends with a high interest rate in a Low Global Interest rate environment.
But that deal aside, Vitalon Baby Formula - RHCO owns 33.33%. Your telling me they cannot generate sales from that product line???? That looks to me like a Lack of MARKETING (stratagy & experiance)!!!! Global Sim Cards - Same thing, NO Marketing!!! Etc..... Unlike some of you I do not own enough stock in this company that it would make a huge difference in my lifestyle. But as someone with alot of experience in penny stocks and stocks in general, I really believed this was a diamond in the rough. But, now I just do not know and one of the major reasons is they are so closed fisted with information about what they are doing now or plan to do in the future.
Looks to me like several aspects of the past couple acquisitions finally showed up as Assets and Liabilities. Although there was an increase in Revenue, I would have liked to have seen a more significant one in both Revenue and Commission Income. Also, I am still bothered that we never learned any details (interest rates or terms) of the loans or Notes that were used in these acquisitions. And now the fact that Notes & Loans Payable now total over $6,100,000 seems to me could have a big impact on cash flows.
But, They are still generating income and posting a profit!!
Actually some new names showed up under officers and directors. Hopefully they are more adept at moving the company forward!!!!
Surprise!!! http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=RHCO&id=116597
Or Maybe I should say NO Surprise!!!
Should see earnings released in about 10 days (first week of March if they follow the last couple release dates). Hope these guys that are buying know something the rest of us do not. Anyway we will at least get an update of what the company has been up to. They do not have to pay for press releases, but they do list significant events in their quarterly filings...
That is usually our weather!
So with all this "Global" warming going on, and in honor of Einstein's general theory of relativity, I would like to Propose BWL's "Theory of weather relativity".
Given ones location, (<32Degrees F + falling H2O/>20MPH Wind for 36-48 hours=URASSISCOLD) or something like that! This is written in open source code so feel free to improve upon my theory...:):)
Exactly!!!!! Could not possibly agree more. By the way, this weather today around Atlanta, GA SUCKS!!!
Maybe they could have done what they wanted as a private entity. But, as you know a "public shell company" (and that is basically all the company was when Ronald S. first came on the scene) has many benefits. Probably the main benefit is you can basically print money in the form of issuing new shares.
Here is were I get crazy trying to figure these guys out. They own the vast majority of the stock. If there were a significant increase in the pps it would be most beneficial to those that own the majority of stock. The rest of us that own a few stray shares would only be taging along on their coat-tails.
So why are they so hush-mouthed and secretive about the company. And, so unwilling to try and boost the price of the stock???
I'm not saying I want an unrealistic move in the stock, but lets face it, a penny stock that has been making a profit "consistantly" for many consecutive quarters should not be trading at such a low level with such low volume...........
Can't say I blame you. This is one company I cannot figure out. It seems to have many parts in place to start showing rapid growth in sales and revenue. But then management seems to want to keep the company a secret. That goes against a theory of a pump-and-dump and there has never really been enough stock traded in the company for anyone to really make any significant money. But there does seem to be some point to the way management has structured these different acquisitions! Just not sure to what end they have in mind!!!!
Not unless Management decides to once again communicate with the public! Not to say you cannot email Ron S. with a question (as I and others here have) and you will usually get an answer. But, (IMO) that is not an effective way to communicate with investors and the public at large.
Apparently so!
Would have to be Really Big news! Read Hamps post #2426 regarding CEO's opinion of news releases.
Seems clear to me there is very little stock to be bought at this level. The majority of stock held in friendly hands (except for the large amount held by CEO Mr Steenbergen) would take a significant loss if they sold at this level.
I have said for a long while, one "big market order" would cause a huge move due to the lack of stock available. However, since we are the only handfull of people that have ever heard of this company, I do not expect anything to happen until there is an effort from RHCO management to bring some publicity to their company...
