Maybe they could have done what they wanted as a private entity. But, as you know a "public shell company" (and that is basically all the company was when Ronald S. first came on the scene) has many benefits. Probably the main benefit is you can basically print money in the form of issuing new shares.
Here is were I get crazy trying to figure these guys out. They own the vast majority of the stock. If there were a significant increase in the pps it would be most beneficial to those that own the majority of stock. The rest of us that own a few stray shares would only be taging along on their coat-tails.
So why are they so hush-mouthed and secretive about the company. And, so unwilling to try and boost the price of the stock???
I'm not saying I want an unrealistic move in the stock, but lets face it, a penny stock that has been making a profit "consistantly" for many consecutive quarters should not be trading at such a low level with such low volume...........
