US Energy Initiatives Corp. to Become Fully a Reporting Entity With Intent to List on New Exchange

SANTA CLARITA, CA, Feb 18, 2014 (eTeligis.com via COMTEX) SANTA CLARITA, CA- via eTeligis (Feb 18, 2014) -U.S. ENERGY INITIATIVES CORPORATION, INC.(OTC Pink: USEI) along with its WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDARY USEI CANNABIS INITIATIVES CORPare pleased today to announce that it has begun work on becoming a fully reporting company again with the intent to list on the OTC:BB. The company is working with its independent accountants, lawyers and auditors to complete its audited financial statements for its fiscal years 2011, 2012 and 2013 and will file a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in order to become a fully reporting Company again.

According to Anthony Miller, CEO, "US Energy Initiatives Corp was a fully reporting firm from 1996 to 2011, when the former management opted to file a Form 15 (with the Securities Exchange Commission) to end our reporting status That decision was made in the best interest of the Company at that time... and now management has determined that it in the best interest of the Company to return back to transparent reporting. Management believes that becoming a fully reporting again is an integral part of our future growth strategy. Investors of all levels will soon have timely access more accurate annual and quarterly financial data. Our up-listing to the OTCQB will be completed when we finally, clear comments of or Form 10 with the SEC (that filing, including financials should be completed in the next 45 days)."
