mark, great to see you here, nice adds, with CEO acquiring at .06 and above nice level to get in at. Would love it if CUR made a big move up one of these days, most likely RONE would then follow suit. Either way, .06 is rock bottom prices on this one....
Another very strong statement, this time from Lightsquared counsel, I think this definetly spells what will potentially happen to GPS industry if they continue to try and stop network, lawsuits galore.

Great to see you db, nice entry and welcome...
First time I've seen them mention general numbers on savings for consumers, good move. Along with the mention of the potential jobs numbers, Ahuja is coming out strongly now, right move in my opinion.

Best question for Jeremy or company at this point IMO now that they are current is when they expect to change names as they mentioned in the 8-K filing from June 2010.
I might be in the running, although could be lebaneseproud who has been in this the longest among those on the board. I am in the red as well now at this point, first acquired shares at .05, but have added above .50. Either way, I bought shares and intend to hold them untl the story plays out, whatever that is. As far as I'm concerned DD is more fleshed out and stronger than on that run up to 1.90. Most pinks have valuations greater than the ~$2,000,000 this is valued at and not nearly the same potential. Just my thoughts.
Thanks for that db, nice to know he is responsive, and they continue to ownthe shares. It's curious then, I wonder who they are then? Was an investment they made around the same time as Neuralstem, let's see if I can dig up some more. Going to delete the stickies for now, as it contains information on the other America Stem Cell. Either way, thanks for the info.
Yeah, sounds good. Just checking that out, maybe true looking at it again, will be curious if you hear something back from Newman, doubt that he hears from shareholders too often.
Did you get that block that just went through at .10 or did they skip over you again?

SYRX is one to keep an eye since the RM with Softlead. Has potential for big boards if all plays out right IMO. Lowering of the AS after the RS is a positive sign that they aim to keep PPS high and dilute shareholders less. Of course, we'll see.

He's certainly coming in guns a blazin, trying to shake things up with his call for an American spring. Will have to see if his turnaround strategy has legs in the coming months. Should see quite a bit of activity in next six months by new CEO, let's see if he can right the ship.
Can't think of a better time for perhaps a share offering, off of the momentum of new CEO and attempted turnaround, and as a way to bump up PPS with increased liquidity, and provide funds in the short term. Of course, who knows, but that is what I would consider doing if I was in his shoes.

Seeing some volume today, nice change, been quiet for quite a while. Bid has remained nicely stacked for months, someone wants those .06's.
That is generally how you do due diligence on stocks, research and post things you have found, that is what I do and yes I post links for investors that I think may be pertinent to the story. If you have a different style to each their own, but that's how I roll man. We know this a speculative play, we know best case scenario has big RM potential,, but the story takes time to play out, again none of us can predict the timing or what will happen. And none of us are pumpers, if that is what you are looking for, you'll probably find other boards more entertaining and less "girlish".
Interesting read on the trademark infringement case. Gives alot of the details minus the legal speak...

I've been struggling for 100 shares here, 100 shares there, my take is if I were to sell any, I'd have a real hard time getting them back, in a timely fashion. I feel very comfortable with Harbinger having bought at .67.
http://broadcastengineering.com/news/lightsquared-gps-interference-javad-gnss-javad-ashjaee-09262011/
On the Javad GNSS solution, I think it's interesting that L2 is the one who is taking the initiative here. The major GPS players have been putting all their eggs in the basket of 'Stop L2 at all costs', that if this turns out to be a solution, could be a lost opportunity for some of the bigger firms.
If the solution is accepted, with the continued spectrum crunch, you could see this being used for potentially many other bands of neighboring spectrum. In the long run, this could make more effective use of currently allocated spectrum, and allow Javad, and perhaps L2 as a partner, to reap some rewards. Could be one of those unseen revenue streams that no one sees coming. Of course, all entirely speculation, but if that were to come to pass, GPS industry might be kicking itself for not working on the solution themselves.
Would not count them out, they keep inking deals with partners. From today:
http://www.bizjournals.com/washington/news/2011/09/26/lightsquared-signs-with-airtouch.html
Either way, I agree, politics has no place in this all. We'll see how far their opponents are willing to go with it. My gut still says all these deals they have been setting up will pay off behind the scenes with more political clout in the end.
Hey crikket, Instride & Nation's Health have been thrown around, I am definetly still partial to Homeclick personally, but was more curious as to those who believe in other options, what those might be and the reasoning/DD behind it. Frankly, I've talked through what I see enough, no one needs to keep hearing my voice :))
I have talked to a few investors who believe Homeclick is only one of the options and they are right, who knows, my radar continues to point that way, but that is just my opinion. If any other investors want to lay out other scenarios, that is what the board is for. Just a reminder to people that no scenario is wrong, as we still don't fully know. So do not attack the person posting it because you disagree with what they are posting, focus on the DD they are using.
More on engineering solution:

Yeah, I agree, am a fan of business, not politics. Don't even get me started on the wild theories being spouted out by people who've only begun to look at the Lightsquared. I have never seen a start-up or individual (Falcone) take more abuse than they have in the last year, from literally every direction. Is some of it warranted, certainly, but it's gone way beyond overkill at the moment IMO.
I won't mention who this big media personality is, because this isn't about that. Needless to say, I don't even know where to begin with this, the inaccuracies are pretty glaring. Studied and researched Lightsquared for a long time, and how these overnight experts are managing to tie it into a huge conspiracy, got me. Either way, from now on, just going to ignore the political talk, and try and analyze the technology side, in the next couple weeks, as they produce these filters. Also, will be watching to see if there are any more indications on the financial side of things that this cold be related to ZPCM.
Hey Derek, no clips on fox or foxbusiness that I can find from today on this.
Most likely this is in reference to the fact that Obama had ~$50,000 invested in Lightsquared predecessor Skyterra. He bought in early 2005 and sold in November 15, 2005 for a >$10,000 loss. Apparently, they say he sold it because his broker had bought it for him in a blind trust. Once he became aware he recognized the political ramifications and sold for the loss in 2005. At least, that is what they say. Certainly, feasible the Republicans attempt to milk that and investigate further.
http://www.nytimes.com/2007/03/07/us/politics/07obama.html?pagewanted=print
Just a note on all that however, Skyterra didn't become part of Lightsquared until March 2010 and Falcone did not get involved in things until 2009. Either way, alot of misinformation out there at the moment, due to the political scuffle breaking out ahead of the Presidential elections. I would be skeptical of information that is coming out right now. That said misinformation has been known to take down companies, so definetly an issue for L2.
The timing continues to be strange to me, especially right at the same time, L2 is trying to get FCC approval. There are powerful forces that don't want L2 to see the light of day. Hard to take the information these forces may provide as entirely truthful. Everybody is positioning themselves politically, and at least how I see it, L2 remains the smallest fish in the room. I do believe there is more a story in that, than what is being reported.
Still, truly turning into one of the most fascinating business stories evolving that I have seen, had no idea it would blow up this big, quite the nuclear option.
This puts stock on very close watch for me, been watching from behind the scenes for a while. Certainly looks like his sale was in the range of what shells go for nowadays. Notice as well that he kept 40,000.
Another thought I've had is in relation to why when they did the RS did they specify that no shareholders would receive less than 100 shares, even with split. No logical reason for it, unless, it had to do with keeping the number of shareholders the same. The only logical reason I can think for that, is to perhaps satisfy some uplist qualifications or that they love investors :) Most likely not the latter. If others have theories would love to hear them. Either way, heavy speculation of course, but with that sale, watching closely now. Signs do point to RM atm...
If you are interested in the forces that are against Lightsquared, here is one of the only blogs detailing that side of things. Read through the blog posts, you have to dig through some extensive, heavy jibberish, but gives details for DD'ing on some of the players in the game. Just a place to find some names of the players, then from there got to research on your own.

On the periphery of L2 debate the AT&T saga continues, something to keep an eye on. AT&T is indeed now looking to smaller rivals now for help getting through merger.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-09-18/at-t-said-to-approach-smaller-rivals-to-sell-assets-save-bid-for-t-mobile.html
People aren't kidding around here, 26 boardmarks given, 26 personmarks received in last day, almost feel like I'm popular or something LOL :) Thanks everyone, nice board. Good deal.
Yeah, ultimately I think as far as L2 is concerned, as the anchor brought up at beginning, the mention of it being cheaper for consumers is really where they should be putting alot of the focus. If L2 is smart they really hammer that home, as that is what this is all about, what will it mean for consumers if they exist, or if they are put out of business. Unfortunately, without the wholesale model in place they represent, I think that sets back innovation in wireless industry a number of years and ultimately will cost consumers more.
Either way, at this point, competitors and critics are hammering really hard as the anchor illustrates. I think Falcone does a reasonable job of defending company against accusations that have been levelled, but they need to do a better job of making the case to public why they are a game changer. Either way, with regards to ZPCM, whether this is related to L2 (as many of us think) or another Harbiner affiliated company, still feel very strong about prospects here.
