Ah come on it is just a hint that Bob and company will follow up
on any and all affronts to the company in due time..
It may not be today or a week from now but....
This was just the top on the list.
or this..

While I am so frustrated over the price of the stock and am in a general foul mood here you go..
http://www.meditech.com/ProductBriefs/pages/collaborative_products.htm
And this little bit of info you will also find back in my DD over a year ago.
So maybe I was on the right track then and have got into a mental funk. But anyway...
Read this on the above link...
Dell Services (MEDITECH Solutions Group)
The MEDITECH Solutions Group within Dell is MEDITECH's technology provider for 6.0 server configurations and possesses invaluable knowledge and understanding of MEDITECH's Health Care Information System (HCIS). They have over 25+ years of experience orchestrating successful implementations to help customers achieve the full potential of their MEDITECH information system.
Tap all the DD and connections looked to be there.
But what I did not add into the equation was the
high burn rate and the need for equity finance at such a high
volume. Not only the DD but the chart told me and has been
showing me that each time this stock even feels like moving
it is slapped down with a dilution. From Bob and company
or a long term holder or another firm I do not know. But look at the
ACC/DIS line. this is one of the most held stocks I have seen in
a long time but the investing public can not overcome the dilution.
It is sick and sad.. If Bob did indeed got all the DD speculation
and the such that I did in the front end and followed through with it we would be sitting at above a dollar.
But he is his own man and is going to run this firm as he chooses.
I respect him for that but I do not understand his logic.
He is the one with his name on a science center. He is the one
that has the fireplace trophy wife. He is the one who can make or
break this firm. He is the one that has all the powerful lawers
and staff to make this happen. I am just one fellow who had a dream
of maybe getting something nice for my boy when he got out of school.
And unless there is a dramatic change of fortune here I have set my
self up for a lot of overtime to make sure my son has what I said I would give him for getting great report cards and doing well in school. As far as I am concerned I follow through on my word. I will not stand in the balance at the end of my days and be found lacking.

The only thing that is going to move this stock is a stunning
Q filing with mega income. Besides that the market does not take
kindly to the way this firm has presented itself to the investing public. I have a huge loss here and am not a bit happy with it.
I made my call based on information taken in good faith
and what knowledge I have of the markets. I was Wrong..
I am not mad or upset with anyone but myself for not listing to
my own advice on this stock and such is life.
I do hope that the CEO of this firm will indeed find his way and
turn this firm around but from what I have seen it will be going sub
penny soon enough. that is if they can even get enough volume to
move it down that far ... Shame it is a good product that if
was taken serious by the firm would of made them more millions on sales that selling the stock to Dutchess and whoever this new deal
is.
So Bob Prove me wrong.
Pilot..
I hear you all the way. here is to the greater human good.
and can I get a little go msgi along with that.
THeart, what I know is the sector and where ddi sits in it.
I know the quality of a man by looking them in the eye.
I took my time and money to sit down with the CEO and look
him in the eye. I know the balance sheet is better than
when it was trading at a much higher price.
I know the future of the firm by the contract that are in place.
So I add that up and I have a solid understanding of the firm..
I don't put out half truths or attempts to smear a firm just because.
I state my thoughts. and that sums it up..
Pilot
Kinda like taking candy from a baby. I folks only knew.
Oh well their loss.
Spank who's your Daddy.
Do enjoy your thought process drop me an email someday..
Pilot// If you don't have it ask Bob.
Well Tiff yet another good idea, who knows the knowledge base here
is growing all the time. If this does not work out the way we want it to i suggest we all gather our vacation days and get together and
set up our own firm. you of course will be in direct charge of sales.
OK. FJ will be on legal. I would say Three for CEO. Me heck I will just be the dreamer of the bunch. LOL
Have a good weekend
Pilot
Ok in the last post I mentioned public education or knowledge..
Well I know the mmrg is not going to be able to educate the public..
So why not get the government to help out a bit. And well ask and
you will..
Yeah.
The Office of Consumer eHealth will continue the work on consumer engagement begun in our Office of Policy and Planning. Creation of this new office provides exciting opportunities for ONC to expand upon the work that is currently underway, including the pledge program and patient-focused challenges. Creation of the Office of Consumer eHealth demonstrates ONC’s strong commitment to enabling patient and family engagement in health care.

You see even though I know the stock price sucks and the sales as reported bite big time. The Product is what is the darn key here.
People with vision and understanding are going to have to drag the medical neanderthal out of the paper age into the digital age.
And like it or not the personal health record is part of that.
It is not going to be easy. Doctors and hospitals and folks like you and I are going to come along kicking and screaming until we get a good taste of it. If this firm can maintain and build on the base platform of the PHR and add more value to the product with
interactive health gathering applications that are streamed into the PHR with a constant update and health status platform reporting back to the end user and the medical providers of choice from said end user then MMRG would be the next Apple or Google ... Well that will entail a whole different attitude and change in the thought process of this firms core. It would entail enticing the top talent from collages and web based and app based youth or forward thinking tech minded folks. It would me a sharing of the power base in the firm and a collective goal of providing a service that has yet to be combined into one product for a minimal user fee.
You see the way I see MMRG surviving is not on the day to day sales of the mmrpro or the mymedical record account .. But fees generated by savings from insurance providers to patents who are active in their health and wellness. Also I see income that should be coming from big pharma that is based on test results not on a individual bases but more in line on the overall general public health. I mean it like this on the pharma adverts. We all have on the local news something to the affect of what is going around. You see some doctor saying well in our office we had a uptic in sinus infections and flu type symptoms. there is public information like this on federal websites that show patters by region. So it goes to reason that in this sign up process mmrg has the location of the end user .. So when it would be very easy to target adverts here. Just those two concepts if put into action. first proving to insurance providers savings and target adverts would set this firm up for long term residual income above and beyond sales of the pro system, it would also act as a method for the reduction of the cost of the end user. One could even set up a choice of paying for the service without ads or paying less or no charge for the service with ads.
Then within the mymedical record account to maintain users coming back to the site or their page I would set up condition specific chat boards. So if I have loss of hair which I do I could access the loss of hair chat board.. and chat with others who have that same condition. And what would I be seeing in the side bar>> ?? well of course I would be seeing hair club for men and women adverts. And if my firm was so inclined and did indeed followed the above general business plan. I would also have linked into that case specific chat board a telehealth link to a doctor in that field who was on the visi platform. OK and guess what anyone use of that would generate refering income back to MMRG.. oh yet another set of income back to MMRG. Now darn I am not a business man. Have no desire to be one I like doing what I do. But I also would like my stock to perform. So lets pick it up a bit and make it happen OK>...
Pilot
FJ, Well what can you say about that but oh well we know the pattern.
Besides that on B Riley. This can be a very good or very bad thing for MMRG, B.R. is not going to bow down and be wowed by B.L. at all.
They are going to look at the product the affiliations, partnerships, the whole forest of information with a team of experts who have been awarded with honors and they are going to make the call on what they see.
If they see it as a solid product with a future then they can make it happen for us if not oh well I lose.
And when I say they can make it happen, we see post and desires of seeing a few Million bucks come into this firm. But really
if the street sees the product as viable and of value they will make
it happen with or without B.L. .. This coming Monday is a very important to B.L. and all of us. If he can get his vision across to the select group and they catch a little bit of what this could be worth as the public becomes more and more educated in the need for the product then the lag time from now to that public awareness will imho not be a factor anymore. If they do not see any value then I think we will most likely see the winding down of operations for MMRG in the next year or so. If that happens I would expect to see assets sold to another provider for a nominal fee and any existing users of the product moved with that sale. As for you and I, well we lose.
So yeah the B.R. deal is very important to me from the way I look at it. Hope B.L. has on his best face come Monday.
Best of luck to all of us.
Pilot
Well they did have the real property in Dallas area and north of there
the one that was suppose to produce the product.
time will tell I have already written this one off in my mind.
LOL

Thanks Hank , Underway at the moment so did not have time to

http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/800-getthin-fire-lap-band-surgery-deaths/story?id=16324523
Look for this quote...
During a deposition in a lawsuit filed by John Faitro, Dr. Ihsan Shamaan testified that Julian Omidi said that if Shamaan had killed her, "that means there would be a lawsuit."
"Julian Omidi's response to me was, 'Don't worry, we make $21 million a month, one million is okay,'" said Dr. Shamaan.
________________
Sic sob is what Julian is for sure. But non the less the government and media will take care of this person according to the law of the land. but Also to me not the money part of it but the fact that the
lap band works just fine if done correct. It boils down to the greed factor that is in place in the brothers mind. but also the fact that
mmrg has a pretty much iron clad case against them. But also the resources to follow up on the case. I do not see mmrg backing down on this at all. Yet another element in the mmrgumbo imho. time will tell.

First post on the board. But this hit my news feed so figured i would dig around a bit...

Bob Lorsch, FaceBook Post .. Fyinfo
Be sure to watch Friday, May 11 ABC News 20/20 www.ABCNews.go.com/2020 and find out why MMRGlobal believes that the $30 million owed in license fees from Surgury Center Management and affiliates (as many as 90 of them) should be collectable from the $21 million the Omidis are estimated to be collecting a month. If you missed the show the summary is here http://tinyurl.com/6ul77jc .
I would not stress his health a bit, Sure running a company at this
level is a pain in the tail. But I get the feeling Bob thrives on it.
There are those type of people who if they are not meeting challenges day in and day out get bored.
I know a lot of good folks just like Bob who if they are not on the
go just are sad to be around.
Think of sky divers, big wave riders, etc. that pump and challenge is what makes them happy.
If Bob was not happy when all is said and done at the end of the day, he would pass this on to a trusted core member in a blink of an eye.
I just don't see that at this time. You are correct this firm will be the ones that come off the OTC with people standing by wondering
how in the world did they do it. The mixture of product people and contracts are here, it has got to bake for a while, I have never made a gumbo that was any good with out letting it simmer..
Sure I get hungry smelling it. And I want to dip into the pot and get a taste of it. but for sure my friend it ain't ready until it is ready.
As for Bob's concern for the share holder. Sure I like that and it is a factor. But I still hold by my base investment principle of, I am a grown man. I had to open an online trading account and provide my Bank and personal information to the online house. Part of that comes with the understanding that I am responsible for my own trading in a stock. If indeed the choices I make are good then I
will be a successful trader. If not the only and I say again only person I have to look to is myself. not bob or bill or three or frank or guru or rain. just me pilot. end of story. So while it feels good to know that Bob is concerned for the investor, that concern to me is a verbal way of saying he is driven to make darn sure that the choices he makes each and every day will in the long run prove to Bob that indeed his dream and concepts will prove correct.
Would I like to become a friend with Bob,? Sure same as I would you or Frank or anyone on the boards. I am a good person and have a desire to learn and share what little I know of this world with anyone who is willing to share their side of the world.
Really Three who would of thought after our first real intro that I would love to come and watch you do what you do on the weekends??
But I would and if your ever in my neck of the blue grass I would expect a email so if I am in the area I could watch and then buy you a nice tall glass of tea.
till that day be safe and have fun..

"Proving once and for all that only strong company performance will drive a stock upwards long term. And that is as it should be. Let us hope that MMR can turn this around. I believe they can IF they take on the right strategies and marketing focus. "
The Above statement is the most on track and on the mark for all of us.
Thank you Three.
Place your Bets.
Three, Been busy for the last few day so have not back tracked the last posts. So I could be a little off here. But anyway. MMRG is hitting the niche markets with the insurance providers and banks
etc. But I would be willing to bet you a single buck on the following..
You could take a Dog with a note in it's mouth and go to any town that got hit with a storm, flood, or earthquake at least a year and a half ago. Not so soon to offend the people who live there but still
fresh in the mind. and that dog could bark at someone who lives there and could sell this product.. Why Because they know. They know with gut ripping hard core first hand knowledge, what it is like to try to figure out what your insurance paper says is covered, what your current status is on your prescriptions. your vital documents that got washed away in the storm in the middle of the night that got left behind while the horns where blaring and the only thought you had in your mind was to get your wife and children to safe ground.
Yeah. Soft sale indeed. Just need someone on the ground selling this stuff. That is the issue here. We need a motivated sales team who are trained on how to sell.
Anyway time will tell
Pilot..
We almost have a general agreement. I have always said the education
of the consumer would be one of the biggest efforts. The only way to make that happen is to get on the ground sales force who see the whole picture and be able to sell it. Folks do that for a living. .
I have seen the value and shared it with the board with my son..
bringing those type of events into a conclusive presentation will be powerful. On the Learning to use it I see that as a weakness on the
mmrf website while they do have written instructions this is the Youtube era IMHO they need a series of vids going over the how to on the site. And break down how to get the records not only into the folders but also from the doctors.. but this is a great time to get that feedback to the firm so they can adjust to the market..
Apparently Fleck you do not see the value of the product..
Most spend Much more than that on Movies and hot dogs than that...
If a person has the right way to present this and understands the overall value then it will sell a lot more than you can ever grasp..
Oh do you have insurance ?? Yeah.. No one would buy that..
Or did you read the story in Houston of the lady that went to CVS and got arrested because of a mix up in prescriptions? If she had this product she would not have had to sit in jail .. Bet she would of bought this product.. I totally disagree with you ol boy.
Another move in the right direction! Tiff has been on the mark for a very long time. Personally would like to see the long term plan they have. I know steps that if the price and plan upfront and a residual is right for the end sales people could match the PR'ed prediction
sales.. But who am I .. just another poster..
Pilot
Kodak info .. Not much but there is a time line here on one of the

quick question as I am still stuck in this one.. Which online broker is selling and buying with out the DTCC surcharge that Penson and Zecco have in place.. ??
Thanks in advance..
Pilot
Subsea pics would be welcome, for sure! Just be careful lots of
critters down in the water I hear. :)
Step, at a time. Building the company in a manner such as this will
have long term results..
Good PR..
Anyway I am so going to see the Avengers today whoop whoop..
Pilot
Yes and welcome to the board.. Great firm your with and good board here. You have a lot of good posters and several views of this company. But being in on the ground with them is a plus on your side..
Please feel free to share what you did . and are doing on the job as much as you feel comfortable doing. We always like to hear a good sea story.
Pilot
You may think you have a valid point. And in your mind I am sure you do. But what I see is that with the product. The mymedicalrecord.com, and the esafe.. The long term revenue has been undersold by Bob Lorsch. What!!! you say. Well it is like this.
Each and everyday I read the progression in the medical community on the EHR/PHR sector.. And to be frank it is in a shambles most providers /doctors have no clue on how to get this system into their office and meet the government mandate. Most are tuning to larger providers. aka Hospitals to provide some type of current system. But they the Hospitals are running into tech issues and several have failed in a grand. well million buck way. (do your own research on those) anyway Back to MMR touted stuff.. the relationships are not something I take as a will of the wisp.
Most of those relationships have produced something. Be it very small at this point in time but something. This firm in this sector has a product that is the answer to many a doctors problem. But while you and I and the followers of this stock know about the MMRPro and the telemedical side of this firm. A huge amount of doctors don't have a clue. But when their office manager gets a nice bill from the US Government for non compliance and doc has to work a few more hours to pay that fine well bar the door.. The rush is on. But during this lag time MMRG has a chance to work out any bug in the system. Has a chance to get customer feedback and tweek the product. And they are doing just that.. As for Bob not being not up to the task. well i disagree with you. And I put my money into that statement as recent as this morning on the ask..
Why. Because I took the time to research the man the product and the sector Before I put on penny into the stock... I took the time to make myself known to Bob by placing a phone call. .I did not choose to hide behind my online handle and assume I know everything.. I asked questions and got answers. If anyone recalls I have a very fast temper and have gone round and round with Bob on a couple of occasions but I learned to respect his thought process and his business savvy.. I also am well aware of those who wish this firm would fail so as to make their product the go to product in the future and will stop at nothing to cast a shadow of doubt on the company and the management aka Bob in their business dealing.
While as a investor I don't like those kind of things it is a given as there is no rules in love and war. And i suppose stocks..
But their is one thing that will prevail and that is the Fact that in the not to distant future a doctor will have to have a PHR that a patient can access for their medical records. do the math of the the firms that are providing and then go to your very own local hospital and just sit there for 3-5 hours and read a book but look at the amount of foot traffic. Going in and out. Then look at the list of all the hospitals in this nation. and do a little figuring. And figure out that indeed this firm is way under value.
But hey who am I ..
PIlot
Me also Tiff.. I would rather have them give a in my face this is what you got here and leave it at that. I can deal with both the positive and negative of any firm.. Three is correct I did a down and dirty on them and that is why I was on the ask this morning,
a few clicks of a tic is not going to affect the long term for me..
I don't daytrade this one, Reason is one of the many dangling carrots could get just in reach and then this will explode out of the gate. Or on the other hand it could wither on the vine.
But really I see this firm doing good things for mmrg..
Pilot
That is how I am seeing it . But I think more in line with an incorporation into another firm in the same field with the emr/phr side of things and then the bio-tech side of things will be a different color cat. How it will play out I am not sure. I just add when I can to my base holdings and will let the cards fall where they may..But with todays pr I smell this is closer than anyone thinks, but again just speculation on my part.
Pilot
Hey wanted to say I have to walk on a mutual play When profits are this much for me I have a rule.. Good luck with it.. Have fun...
