Can somebody step in & straighten things out? I mean, we could see a run here, but really, this is GOLDMINE, & we need to get clarification SOON from ALL parties!
Here's my wish:
Shareholders descend to Montreal. We are in the middle of the room. RH & Team on one side. 5 Amigos on the other side. Bio off in a corner with axyomm guys. Nobody leaves until the proper solution is reached. Once reached, we all will be very rich. Egos must be checked at the door.
Steak at Gibbys after the best solution is reached!
I think Bruno should have been at the event & should be in pictures with the CRAM. Anyone else?
Under normal circumstance, we would be well off to the moon....this would have brought $$$'s to the share price....THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FOR 2 YEARS!maybe RH has buyers line up to buy shares on the open market?......
Maybe we get back to 20 cents? Who knows, but all I can say this is good exposure, just wish somehow we get more clarification!
Also like to see that ECT owns the CRAM & & you want a piece of the action, buy EFFC! (i guess that was the IR's job)

A Québécois invention which will save lives
Raphaël Huppé presents Driver' S Matt. © Agence An inhabitant of Quebec research team launches on the market a system allowing to control the vigilance of the drivers which survey our roads, and thus to prevent accidents. The invention in question, Driver' S Mate is an infra-red camera of two inches by four inches, that the driver places on the instrument panel of its vehicle. The sensor of physiological data makes it possible to analyze 534 points in the face, thus making it possible to detect any lack of attention on behalf of that which holds the wheel. This opening of Effective Control Transport, distributed by Axyomm Technologies, could involve a true revolution in the field of the haulage, by stopping the cases of somnolence. Approximately two hours before the person at the wheel does not fall into the arms from Morphée, an aural signal warns, within driver, five second as well as its distributor of the presence of a risk of hypovigilance, making it possible to the driver to take a pause could prove to be salutary. According to Raphaël Huppé, the contractor behind this innovation, his product receives an extremely positive reception as well companies as truck-drivers: “The truck-drivers who tested the prototype having received a signal of alarm do not want to do some any more. “They take the road to earn their living, not to commit suicide.” This technology could also be used on the cars, the aircraft or even in the controllers of safety, for which vigilance can become a question of life or death, which lets come up of the excellent bargains for the company. “It is as a Circus of the Sun in the technology sector” affirms Mr. Huppé, who advances that the interest towards its realization is already very important. “We have customers who impatiently wait to receive their units. In addition to the request in Canada and the United States, companies based in Australia, Saudi Arabia and Latin America announced their interest and we carry out at present talks to bore the Asian market. A system without fault? Mr. Huppé ensures that its system is of a reliability to any test. “To compare our results, we carried out a test on road with a specialist in the Polytechnic one, who subjected the driver to an electroencephalogram. The experiment proves that the reliability of our machine passes very close to the 100%” says it. The originator prides himself to have been able to answer the various criteria establish by the authorities in transport in Canada and the United States. “The perfect apparatus, according to industry, was to be not-intrusive, be universal so that any adjustment is not brought if one changes driver, that it is portable, that it provides information collected remotely, able to function during the day like the night and even if the driver carries sunglasses.” For Stephan Blain, a truck-driver from BJM Undertaken, the ringing which emits Driver' S Mate is sufficiently powerful to alert and awake the driver. “That can avoid pushing, because there remain fifteen minutes before arriving. A truck-driver who did not live of somnolence at the wheel, that does not exist.” Richard Couture, who lost his two sons in an accident related to somnolence at the wheel, known as happy to see such a product making its entry on the market. He which, a few years ago, convinced Transports Quebec to dig rough bands in edge of the motorways, even intends to make steps near the governmental authorities so that this apparatus is obligatorily installed in all the vehicles, as Australia will impose it since 2010. According to the figures of the SAAQ, 19,2% of the accidents fatal in Canada are related to somnolence. Also, tiredness would be at the origin of 23% of the accidents implying of the vehicles heavy lorries.

Une invention québécoise qui sauvera des vies
(Agence QMI)
Serge Forgues
Raphaël Huppé présente le Driver's Mate. © Agence QMI/Serge Forgues

Today or yesterday...I wonder if you go to the website of CJAD perhaps there could be a clip.......i will check....
This is us....EFFC is ECT, who produce & developed the CRAM. The Drivers Mate is the CRAM. Raphael created axyomm sometime in June, basically to get some cash. He now is using axyomm to distribute the cram as the drivers mate. Axyomm kicked in over 300k. The CRAM belongs to the shareholders of ECT. The 2 gentleman who really designed & invented this "quebecois" invention are no longer with the company. Gib Medieros was fired by RH & Bruno Farbos & Raphael Huppe do not get along. This past summer, there was a vote by the shareholders to remove RH from his position as the CEO. The vote came in, in favor of removing RH. About 155 million votes were cast in favor. RH is still there. Only 125,000,001 were needed. In the middle of July an injunction was issued & the group who organize the vote have been unable to communicate. Gib was one of the "five amigos" that initiated the solicitation to vote. The ECT recovery team has said they would call a shareholder meeting within 90 days of the vote being served. We still are waiting. Shareholders are waiting for TRANSPARENCY & CLARIFICATION.
This has been good publicity for the CRAM.
There has been alot going on, so I would read up on some of the information. I still believe we are sitting on a gold mine!
When did you hear it on CJAD? Was it topic of discussion or just a quick report on the radio. Let us know!

dilution? lots of volume the past few weeks, no increase in pps...selling shares?
What are your sources saying about Biocognisafe? Is there something on October 15?
He cannot transfer the rights over to axyomm without shareholders consent/vote....
Again, we may be going in circles here...however I did have a discussion concerning this with RH & of course he insisted he is not out to screw shareholders...Bruno signed the rights over to ECT, (US-shareholders) our money aided the company to bring the CRAM to market, & probably helped to pay a few salaries..including Bruno, Gib etc & perhaps RH's mercedes.... he apparently is licensing to axyomm or working a distribution agreement....again the last PR was unclear... ....& don't forget about Biocognisafe sitting & watching every move....
Again Clarity & Transparency is needed. Enough of He said, she said, they said........We need to move forward & do what it takes to market the BEAST!

Here is a babel fish translation:
In Canada, close to an accident on four is related to tiredness at the wheel. Wishing to improve this assessment, the Québécois firm Axyomm Technologies presented yesterday a new device allowing to prevent the phenomenon. For the time being, Driver' S Mate is offered only to the industry of transport, but a reduced version, which will not include modules of communication used to transmit the data of a truck-driver to his distributor, should be offered to the general public with the end of the year or the beginning of 2010. Effective technology Driver' S Mate, which is the 10 year old fruit of research, is provided with an infra-red camera which analyzes 534 points in the face of the drivers. This information is analyzed by a software which, using a mathematical calculation, in fact a curve of tiredness. When the signs of a reduction in vigilance are detected, the device emits a visual and sound warning. The Québécois invention promises to inform the driver of an imminent tiredness nearly two hours before the primary symptoms are not felt. “The Polytechnic school carried out independent tests to compare the effectiveness of Driver' S Mate with that of an electroencephalogram, explained the spokesperson of Axyomm, Yves Cournoyer. The results of Driver' S Mate were equivalent to 98% with those of the other apparatus.” Approved apparatus According to Crested Raphaël, the originator of Driver' S Matt, the device answers the criteria establish by the authorities in transport in Canada and the United States. “The apparatus was to be nonintrusive, was not to require adjustment for each driver, to be portable, provide information collected remotely, to function during the day like the night, and this, even if the driver carries glasses, Mr. Huppé specified. Our device is in the world to only answer all these criteria.” About fifteen Driver' S Mate already found taking in transport companies.
I have some more I will put them up later this evening...(on my computer at home)......notice on the picture where RH & YC are being interviewed, Axyomm banner is covering up the ECT logo......
Even know the longs here are caught in the middle, The press coverage of our product has to be good exposure in the long run......

Yeah it sounds like a good idea, but whatever happened to oh, I dunno "knowing" when you get tired and planning to retire for the night. My retired truck driver father is always grumbling about "today's society", and I use to think he was just turning into a bitter old man, but I guess he kind of has a point - if you need a little machine to make sure you are "alert" perhaps you should look for another career...yeah yeah I know some will come back and criticize me and say how this will save lives ... but honestly, how the hell did people even function before the invention of all these new gadgets that are there for our "safety" (usually the same people who support any frivolous laws that the gov passes for "our safety"). People need to take responsibility for their actions, and that means staying alert while driving. Or how about proposing this to the government - reduce our work hours (for the same pay) and then maybe we won't be so tired when truckers and car drivers drive- ha! like that would work.

This is needed in the trucking industry. Just a few weeks ago we had that terrible crash on the Ile la torte bridge involving a large tractor trailer. I am not sure if it was fatigue related, but if it was this device might had saved a life. Interesting to see that Effective Control Transport, who makes the device is a public company with a stock price of 1 cent.

Very interesting, more developpment of this device will ultimately save thousands of lives. :)
So although I definitely agree it's fantastic public relations for the CRAM technology itself...the whole event reeks from heck to high heavens for all the reasons listed in the 5 ECT friends damning evidence...& was only designed to attempt to suck in naive new investors to pay for RH's next bag of tricks!!!
POS pinky land right...Isn't that how is is supposed to work?...On all the pump & dumps, who makes the money as the newbies come in? How many times have I read on IHUB, dont marry the stock, just play them.....yet when the traders play them...who's stuck holding the shares?
Could you imagine this news with the downshire gang around? WOW this board would be going crazy right now!
There is still hope for us EFFC longs! I sincerely believe that. In the coming weeks, hopefully shareholders will get some transparency, clarification & a steady rise in PPS.
I am ready for a shareholders meeting! The votes need to be validated! This ugly mess needs to be cleaned up!
Who's caught in the middle....us, shareholders of EFFC...
I had a 10 minute converstation with Yves....He seemed to be a straight up guy....I told him my concerns....In a nutshell, he said to me if he thought RH was doing anything illegal he would be long gone......
Did you like the CTV video?
Were your sources there?
This is still great exposure for our product.
I agree with you 100%! I will post the CTV link in the IBOX.
If you are a gambler, you buy now....with the "pesky issues"....
If an investor wanted to invest with ECT, I would be surprised if they could actually do it.... We all know that RH is bankrupt... The court says so...
just buy shares on the open market...like the rest of us...
Say, where were the picketers with the "CRAM-it RH! Down with the CEO" signs ??
I posted before that I heard that a some were not allowed in...I arrived right about 11am......
This was on the 6 o'clock news in montreal...they did do a good job.....
I don't think you can invest through axyomm...ECT shareholders own the CRAM....you need to buy some through EFFC...:)....will this run tomorrow?......again could you imagine this news under better circumstances!......
This still has the potential to make alot of shareholders a ton of money....there's just a few "issues" that need to be resolved.....
nevermind my pictures, take a peek at the CTV link..there is a video link...CLICK ON IT.....it took a while to load, different people including RH being interviewed.....

Drivers getting help staying awake at the wheel
Updated: Mon Sep. 28 2009 7:27:03 PM
ctvmontreal.ca
A device invented here in Quebec is catching worldwide attention.
The Driver's Mate is designed to do something simple and crucial: keep drivers from falling asleep at the wheel.
Richard Couture says his sons would be alive today if the Driver's Mate was in widespread use.
"I lose two sons at the same time because he fall asleep behind the wheel," said Couture.
How it works
The gadget sits on the dashboard of a car or truck, and is equipped with a camera that points at the driver's face to detect signs of sleepiness.
The screen is so sensitive it can pickup blinking eye movements through sunglasses, and analyze tired facial muscles.
Raphael Huppe designed the device with multiple ways to alert drivers they should pull over.
"[At] the first sign of losing vigilance the yellow light will go on. And the red light, it's five minutes before you fall asleep, so the red light means you stop," said Huppe.
The Driver's Mate also buzzes if people continue to drive when they should pull over.
Truck drivers like Stephane Blain are eager to buy the device, because of the one in four accidents in Canada caused every year by sleepy drivers, 30% of the crashes involve tractor-trailers.
"80 per cent of the truck drivers are working 60 hours a week. Even more than that, 60, 70, 75 hours a week," said Blain, who has already used the new technology.
A car-sized version should be available within the next six months.
RH being interviewed by TVA.....can anyone send me an easy link to resize the photos?...thanks!
I missed that one...I sent a pic to rickbeth..he should be posting it....
