So do big sells at the ask show up as buys on iHubs trades platform?
Any reason at all you would buy an extra 5000 shares?
Seems like a very odd trade.....I can see someone buying 500K shares at .06 = $3000....but what is the rational for buying 1% more? 505K for $3030?
Sure looks like a lot of selling....where's that guy who said he was buying 300,000 shares on the opening? Never showed up...
You guys have a better chance going to the casino and putting all your money on black or red than expect Ants to move on any NEWS.
Not to state the obvious, but if enough of you guys actually buy 1 million shares each on the open tomoorow , the price of the stock will go up. Of course, the market maker will be waiting for you with open arms.
And if Ants got purchased by another entity like a previous poster claims, why would all this be a secret? Sale of a public company requires an immediate SEC filing. There was no sale IMO. But of course you can take the word of an unknown office secretary at 100% face value. Why doesn't the poster share that phone number so others can verify?
Why spend money to talk on iHub message boards?
To get the Level II access that you can get free anywhere else?
Who cares how much money you are investing? You guys throw out so many trades it hard to keep track of what's true and what's not. All I know is that many people here buy at much higher prices and sell at lower prices then claim they made money.
Two guys claim they talked to Kozak, yet everyone else is afraid to call the number. Those that claim to talk to Joe don't ask him the most obvious of questions. So why bother calling ?
Why the huge late day sell off if you got in contact with Joe. Why is no one buying (like they say) and a lot of people are selling (like they aren't saying)?
Funny how nobody has answer for that.
TP
Is it possible for both of us to post at the exact same time?
Delusional. Now you are blaming us for your own bad judgement investing in this company?
TP
I think the stock price keeps me honest.
While some of you are screaming BUY BUY BUY, your buddies are selling. Why is the sell volume at least 4x the buy volume?
<LOL And who will keep you honest???>
To keep you honest.
<Why are you here then>
Paratrooper, you don't have the first clue in where this company is at now. You still think they are an operating business. Guess what buddy, there aren't. There are no programmers, there are no sales guys, there are no revenues because they screwed the pooch with IBM.
If there was any relevent revenue news with Ants, they would have PR'd it just like they did with every single burp they did years ago.
And nobody bothered to ask Kozak (if it was him)any relevant questions about Ants...like IBM or any future business or possible sale of the company.
Some research!
<At least they're answering their phones now>
Laughable...can't even get to .035 and now you are forecasting a price 100x higher....good luck with that! Maybe you should put the zero on the other side of the number... .0035 !
<Sorry to inform the naysayers but it's definitely worth $3.50 and then more after they get a running start.>
Nothing about this comment is true except that IBM did sign an agreement. The problem is that IBM also distanced itself from Ants because the software bugs did not get fixed.
Everything that Kozak touched turned to crap. Don't forget that Kozak was writing his own bio for the Ants filings so no surprise it was glowing. Oracle did not work with Ants. They were glad to get rid of Kozak. If $3.50 was a steal for this stock, why is it at less than a penny now?
<Did my homework. Last week I called a good friend of mine who's a bigshot at Oracle. I described ANTS and after he said he's heard of ANTS, also knows the CEO Kozak. Said anything Kozak touches turns to gold and he's turned many companies. Said Oracle is working with ANTS. He has followed the company and said it hit 2.50-3.00 bucks after the announcement ants signed a contract with IBM. Said the reason the stock dived is they had some investor of 20million shares who started selling into the market and the stock never recovered from that point. I'm sure the mm'ers helped the issue to bring i down. Anyway, he said 3.50 is a steal for this stock and if ANTS announces any contracts he see's it passing 3.50 even thinks it'll be a $5.00 stock after one or two announcements.
After talking with him I was pumped and buying a ton more.>
The Ants website hasn't been updated for almost a year. That should tell you something. Some software company! lol
TP
Are you that dense?
I stated IMO..In my opinion....my opinion is my opinion....like my opinion is you can't read.
But I think I know a little more than you do regarding the Ants situation.
<Your source please: "IMO, IBM doesn't like to be deceived or embarrassed and both happened to them."If you state this as a FACT, you need evidence. Since there is none, you're all bs.>
It's more like your fellow board members telling eveyone to buy while they are selling.
from the 10-Q dated 11/4/10:
On August 5, 2010, the Company entered into a licensing agreement with Apple Inc. (“Apple”) pursuant to which (i) the Company contributed substantially all of its intellectual property assets to a newly organized special-purpose, wholly-owned subsidiary, called Crucible Intellectual Property (“CIP”), (ii) CIP granted to Apple a perpetual, worldwide, fully-paid, exclusive license to commercialize such intellectual property in the field of consumer electronic products in exchange for a license fee, and (iii) CIP granted back to the Company a perpetual, worldwide, fully-paid, exclusive license to commercialize such intellectual property in all other fields of use. Upon closing of the foregoing transaction, the Company was paid a portion of the license fee which was used to pay off noteholders and fund operations. 90 days after the closing date and upon completion of certain support milestones, the Company shall be paid the remaining portion of the license fee.
In other words, this means that LQMT gets no royalties from any Apple use. Also Apple controls all uses within the Consumer Electronics products business...no other companies can use the alloy. I think Apple paid LQMT about $13 million for this license back in 2010.
LQMT retains the rights to the alloy (thru CIP) for all other industries. Hasn't worked out to well in those industries (recreational, etc), so I would get too excited about LQMT stock price going thru the roof.
IMO, Ants will not issue any more PR's nor will they issue SEC filings.
The stock is only going to move based upon daytraders buying and selling as part of a large group trading operation like it did during the first run.
Ants had a couple chances with IBM but left them hanging in the wind when the software didn't work as promised and bugs weren't fixed. IMO, IBM doesn't like to be deceived or embarrassed and both happened to them.
If ANTS is so great, why has no one been able to reach them even once over the past few months? Remember the argument that ensued over some guy visiting the office and no one was there? How about no response to e-mails or phone calls anyewhere in the company in three months? How about the company down to one person?
You guys go on and on about this being some great company that will release news soon. Some buyout news? $40 million based upon some goofy SEC filing that says "what if"? What was the total amount of revenue the company ever booked? After writeoff's, what was the net revenue?...Not very much.
Feel free to trade this stock to your hearts desire and make tons of money but it's not going to be trading on real news.
Figures...time to go into hiding with your friends.
<you are now on ignore!>
Lucas...it makes me feel fabulous to laugh at you...based on your posts you've been adding all the way down since .025 ....by my calculations you own over 5 million shares..of course you are probably telling the board one thing and doing something completely different...and of course you made money..no one ever loses on the penny stock boards...your "research" and "claims" about Ants has been complete fantasy and you know it. You take OLD PR's and spin whatever meaning you want to it. In fact your name should be Rumplestiltskin because you can spin anything into gold.
IBM this and IBM that...it was all a fairy tale...IBM tried to sell the product, found it riddled with bugs, asked Ants to fix and Kozak let them swing in the wind cause he didn't have any cash left to fix anything. IBM just walked away. And since you'll never see any more filings from Ants, they will never tell you what the real story was.
Hold out for your buyout though....common shareholders will not receive anything. It feels good to see a con get conned IMO.
TP
Is it safe to LOL?
You notice all the major pumpers at the start of this run disappeared weeks ago. A few others who were lured in halfway thru the pump are going down with the ship, still pumping in order to find a way out..
No PR since Nov. 10th? There won't be any more PR coming either, nor will there be earnings reports. As I said when this pump first started, this company is dead...it is not operating..Kozak gone a long time ago. Whatever assets are left, go to the preferred holders, not to the common shareholders. The software was riddled with bugs and IBM couldn't sell it and Ants wouldn't fix it.
Folks, you got played hard and I sure hope you remember the names of the posters that played you.
Lastly...you guys need a break from me as much as I need as break from you. I don't anticipate posting again until Valcom releases it's 10-K.
TP
Final post on the subject of FACTS...
Many of you have used Ingrid's emails as proof of FACT that there will be audited financials. To me, Ingrid's (Vince's) e-mails are just words on a piece of paper. They do not become facts until they are proven to be true by the filing of an actual document. That's all I've been trying to say.
You've been sitting on the edge of your seat for a year now. What you thought were facts coming out Valcom (PR's) have so far not been proven as real facts (actual results). That's the difference between hype and facts.
Good morning...
<If there were any short comings I am sure My Family TV and Luken would have ran away long ago>
Since Valcom owns MyFamily TV, excatly how would MyFamilyTV run away from Valcom?
TP
It's factual because Ingrid tells you????
Just like when she told someone else via e-mail the 10-K would be filed on 12/28/11? Ingrid didn't say a late filing request would be filed, she clearly said a 10-K filing.
So excuse me if I question that Ingrid says there is going to be audited financials.
Amazing what you consider as evidence for being factual.
<OK there that should suffice as FACTUAL>
Not too bad...only a 15% loss for this individual today.
Notice how the number of daily board posts is only 10% of hat it was during the frenzy a few weeks ago. I think it's called bagholders.
<Someone bought 1M+ shares this morning @ .0093 = ~10K whack!!!>
So we are 60 days past the 12/28/11 deadline in which Ingrid declares they needed more time to file since this is an audited review. So Valcom is on record saying this....IF it turns out that there is no audit, I certainly hope that you take into question what Valcom is telling you. And IF there is a statement from the accountant (as well as being confirmed) saying the 10-K is audited then I will be impressed and will admit as much.
TP
<This is easy.
Got mail from Ingrid last year, she wrote:
The next filing will be a 10K which is due by December 28, 2011. This will
be an audited review, which is why we are allotted more time to file.
Have a great evening,
Ingrid
Thats why I know that the filing will be an audited one. And we already posted it I think on this message board. >
This was another statement made by VV @ Valcom last summer.
How close did they get to their goal?
Let's see: The Turner song and the MC guy...that's two songs...assuming you can find the MC guys song..another example of Valcom tossing out PR without being called on the execution.
"ValCom has already released a rare single by Ike and Tina Turner on iTunes. The goal for the company is to release 50 songs on iTunes and 2 albums by the end of the year utilizing content from the company's library."
So if the prior 10-K was not audited and the all the subsequent 10-Qs were not audited, what gives you the confidence to say that the following 10-K will be audited?
Each accountant's note has clearly statewd that Valcom provided all the numnbers and information and that the accountant has not verified any of the numbers or information. Valcom is just putting out numbers IMO that do not mean much collectively. Strangely enough the only numbers that look right are their liabilities because they go into super detail about them. Assets seems to be glossed over.
I called the SEC, posted about it and it's obviously not good enough for you. Now you demand that someone else call because I happened to be the one who stepped up.
Make that call yourself...It's free.
TP
<But the following 10K will be audited. And Valcom decided by themself to audit the financials. So this is enough....
And there is no reason to believe, that they act not honest, if they voluntarily audit their financials.
This is all I wanted to say to this issue.
Maybe someone can else call the SEC and ask them what is going on and tell us>
I stand corrected regarding the Michel Legrand special as that was a live show. My error lay in the fact that it was recently shown (last December) on PBS.
I called the 800 number that was left on the board for the SEC...the recording stated that if you were specifically asking for information about a company, the SEC would not be able to provide this information. You could leave a message but so far I have not received a return call.
The Valcom web site needs to be updated. The My Family TV site needs some updating as well. Must not be a high priority for the company right now or maybe there is no one available to do it.
TP
PBS and the Michel Legrand special was the last major network Valcom was involved with...Valcom still owes so much money on this special..check the financials...none of their other shows involves a major network. Vince would be PR'ing that all the over the internet if he had something.
Missy..i've got a better idea...what don't YOU find me proof that Valcom is involved with one of those networks today.
TP
Meanwhile, as we have been each trying to get our points across, someone has been selling off their shares as the stock is now below it's latest trading range of .033 - .040.
Uncomfortable with the lack of numbers? The SEC maybe?
Missy...Proof on what?
We have been speaking about many issues today.
TP
I just showed you rthe Accountant's Compilation Report that says the financials ARE NOT audited. That is a fact. You are wrong.
< they neither need to audit their actual financials. But they do and this is extraordenary for OTC stocks. >
How long ago were these networks involved with Valcom? Show me any recent history...Valcom hasn't updated it's website in forever...wants people to believe that these networks are involved when it's surely not the case.
<Guess CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX>
The biggest copout excuse that I have read on this board.
Way to not say anything. Talk about lack of facts...lol.
< believe nothing what is written in this forum. I believe what people in my company and affiliates tell me during business every day. Even facts about accountants from Singapur.
And I do not post it, cause nobody will believe me.>
Based upon my research of Bruce, it appears that the industry very much likes his work. He has worked with some of the biggest music names. Names that you can contact and verify his work. Not like Valcom where it's hard to verify anything.
His legal action, while amusing reading, jives with everything that has been written about Valcom to date. They have a difficult time paying vendors, they make deals that they PR only later to find out they are in litigation (Auction TV anyone?). Why does most everything that Valcom touches wind up in litigation? Is it ALWAYS the other companies fault?
TP
CPA's Compiliation Report
Please read this very carefully. It was included in the last year's 10-K filed 2/8/11:

=======================================
So the CPA firm's only job was to show Valcom how to take their information and put it into an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows format. In fact it's likely the firm provide blank forms that just needed numbers to be inserted by the company.
With Valcom's track record of reporting, many of you are sure putting a lot of faith into numbers that no one really knows, maybe not even the company itself.
TP
Sub,
The SEC is not going to answer any questions that you have. You will be directed to call the company.
As far as I whether or not I am invested in the company, I'll let you keep guessing as it is obviously driving everyone crazy here. Who cares if i am?
I get my information from the internet, from Ingrid, from calling around, and from knowing how to read financial statements. I also know enough about the entertainment business to know when someone is trying to say one thing but his actions over the past few years says something completely different.
Where are the revenues from ALL the ventures that VV has PR'd? What happened to all the iTunes relases? The MJ movie and DVD? Show us the numbers Vince!
The only solid deal that can be proven is the FilmOn deal but again we haven't see actual reported revenue numbers. My Family TV seems to be expanding but without numbers who really knows. The revenue per subscriber gain has gone down substantially in the TV business over the years so you might need twice as many new viewers now to earn the same revenue you received three years ago.
But without numbers who knows. Especially when there are no AUDITED numbers. You can see why no CPA firm wants to stick its neck out for Valcom. I'll post the CPA's Compilation Report from last year in my next post.
TP
Ridiculous that you even have to ask that question regarding bruce/smite...anyone who can use the internet can find out they are the same person....he has not even remotely been vague about that.
That's almost a laughable comment. It doesn't work that way. Nobody in the SEC is going to tell you non-public information.
It has always been up to the company to announce things. If things happen to be illegal, you'll hear from the SEC when they are ready to prosecute.
<Did someone in the US try to contact SEC, in order to find out, what is going on with the filings? (10-K, 10-Q)>
My posts have for the most part been consistent from day one. There was a time late last year where I thought Valcom could pull a rabbit out of the hat, but then the rabbit disappeared into thin air. Too many magic tricks happening at Valcom.
TP
