Yes, that someone is Roger Pawson!
And people have been filling his wallet for years, and it appears that it just will not stop!!
Another $1,900.00 deposit today!
Wonder what I would do if people were sending me that kind of cash for NOTHING!! Guess I would keep doing what it takes to keep it going as well.
Business...
Have you all forgotten already?
Elliptical Striders
Cambertires
Mines
Waste fuel to energy facilities
Proprietary Composite Fiber Material (Not really, just Basalt Fibers)
Real Estate
Wash, Rinse,Repeat YAWN!!
$1000... That is generous!
I think you added one too many zeros!
Averaging Down...
Just did some research into the process (sorry I am a very part time investor). Sounds like Averaging down is least desirable when investing in a stock, but more desirable when investing in a company!
Not sure I feel about TLR? Their performance over the past few years, does not inspire my confidence in the "Company"!?
http://stocks.about.com/od/advancedtrading/a/Avedwn012405.htm
Averaged down? I guess I am not good enough at understanding stocks? I do not really get "averaging down"? Is that a fancy way of saying losing money, and adding shares at lower prices? Because even if I would have added at lower prices, I do not see any real good places where I would have made enough to offset the lose? Might be possible but what a gamble!!
LATEST RUMOR IS MM'S TAKING HOLIDAYS OFF, NO PLAN TO TAKE THIS STOCK ANYWHERE !!!!!!
Elliptical Striders??
What happened to these magnificent wonders (sarcasm intended)? Where is Dr. Kraus? I thought they were a big joke the whole time anyhow! Especially right after the whole Scambertire deal. Demos set up at Huntington Beach, Trade shows in Vegas, Twitter feeds ... all dark now.
I paid $1+ back in 2010, then watched it drop to the basement! I don't think I will ever see a profit from this POS.
More like 3 to 5 years (IMHO)
It most definitely "Took Off"
It took off with investors money!
This is not just a reply to you, but the board.
Can shares be sold at this point (any buyers)?
To claim a tax write-off, don't the shares have to be sold?
Can someone like E-Trade sweep them out of an account (with a sell) for tax write off purposes?
Thx!
Agreed!
How can anyone look at the history of CBYI and say to themselves "This is an awesome straightforward, honest business" without laughing! Why even ask for more facts ... to me they are already out there plain and simple SCAM SHELL !!
Steve Perry! Sounds like quite a Journey!
Don't Stop Believin' Hold on to that feelin'
Rogers boyfriend!!!??? Thought he was married to Stephanie Hoy Vay!
Mobile Elliptical Cross Trainers!?
Las Vegas Health & Fitness Expo!?
Proprietary Composite Fiber Material!?
Recycled Waste Tires to Fuel & Energy Project!?
Huntington Beach Location!?
Meet The Team (Nice to meet you John & Jane Doe)!?
How can people keep cheering for CBYI when they can't seem to complete anything! Are there really true believers or just wolves in sheeps clothing??
Yes, that pretty much sums it up!
A Shell Stock (Shell Company) is a public company that no longer has any business operations. It retains its capital structure and public trading status with the intention to complete a reverse merger with a non-public company with an on-going business. This merger creates a new company that is both publicly trading and generating revenues. There are many reasons why a Shell Stock exists in the first place, but most commonly they either lost the business due to a bankruptcy, or just sold or closed it.

Be careful when judging a man by his failures, they are the ones taking the risks. Many "successful" individuals weathered the storms of failure (sometimes for many years) before success.
Examples...
Henry Ford stands tall as a pioneer of modern business, yet this founder of the Ford Motor Company failed many times on his route to success. His first business attempt at building a motor car was shuttered after just a year and a half when stockholders lost confidence in his ability to succeed. He gathered more cash and re-started his effort, but a year later was forced out of his own company yet again. The entire motor industry had lost faith in Henry Ford, but he was not deterred. He found another investor to start the Ford Motor Company, and the rest is history.

Walt Disney
Richard Branson
Oprah Winfrey
J.K. Rowling
Bill Gates
Milton Hershey
H.J. Heinz
Steve Jobs
etc. etc. etc.

Some individuals just have to throw out the first lie, from there it takes on a life of it's own... case in point Sasquatch! Even though it was revealed to be a hoax by the creators, there were (are) millions still arguing that it is true! Same with these forums, throw out a lie and watch it grow, despite hard evidence to the contrary! Go NNVC!!
Wonder if Roger still drives the old beat up truck?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57896424
Truth be told, If I made millions, I would probably still drive MY old beat up truck! Something nice about the rattle and hum of an old Ford!
CBYI Pawson & Padilla
Bumped into an old post that mentioned Pawson and Padilla (who I assume is his wife / partner in crime)??
Love the part about Pawson driving an old beat up truck, and then buying a 2.8Million home with cash in AZ...

Can't judge a man by his car I guess!
RUMOR HAS IT?
"Serious misfortunes, originating in misrepresentation, frequently flow and spread before they can be dissipated by truth."
GEORGE WASHINGTON, letter to John Jay, May 8, 1796
Poor Roger ....
Is this an attempt to make us feel sorry for Poger Rawson? He scams millions from investors, and we are to feel bad that his dog died of cancer? Sorry .. KARMA !!
"Nope, not going to happen!"
I imagine that is what they were saying the last two times "IT HAPPENED"!!
It is looking like No Bid...
Wonder if this will R/S or just sit at no bid for a few years, while Poger Rawson cooks up another scheme? It probably takes a few years to gather a batch of new investors that have never heard of this POS. Also takes time to clear out those that would warn the new investors.
The end has arrived!
Family act?
Came across this a while back...
http://www.pissedconsumer.com/reviews-by-company/for-your-information-inc/be-aware-of-roger-pawson-he-has-close-to-20-yrs-scamming-people-with-anything-related-to-public-co-20121015351962.html
In the linked article someone is warning others about Roger Pawson and Stephanie Padilla. Who is Stephanie Padilla?
Internet search engines pretty much link the names Stephanie Padilla, with Stephanie Burruss, with Stephanie Pawson! Same address, same age, same birthday, etc. Two peas in a pod??
Looks like Roger & Stephanie are living well ... Dang Nice Crib

Looks like Woods Construction resides in the other half of the location "pinned" on the CBYI website. No sign of CBYI in the indicated location. I wonder where the office really is??
The Google "Pin" location of the CBYI office, is a building occupied by Glasfixx and Golden Construction (7271 Mars Drive). Wonder if they get CBYI mail there?
Suggestion of Bankruptcy...
Suggestion of bankruptcy is a document filed with a court to put it on notice that the defendant in a pending lawsuit has filed a bankruptcy case. A party can file a suggestion of bankruptcy whenever a party believes that the bankruptcy or automatic stay provision of bankruptcy code has an effect on a state court case. The suggestion of bankruptcy will include the name of court in which the bankruptcy was filed and the bankruptcy case number. The party must identify the bankruptcy trustee and give instructions on the disposition of any monies of the debtor held by the court. A copy of the suggestion of bankruptcy is served on each party to the law suit.
Upon the filing of a notice or suggestion of bankruptcy, all action against the debtor is stayed for a specified period unless otherwise ordered by the court. The plaintiff must prove that the lawsuit in question is not subject to bankruptcy or that the plaintiff has sought relief from the automatic stay. Failure to such proof within a time set by the court will typically result in a dismissal without prejudice of the claim against the defendant who filed bankruptcy. Suggestion of bankruptcy rules vary by local area.
Stall Tactic??

I am on the same page with you Fingers! My "TO DA MOON" post was dripping with sarcasm! This stock is being dilluted. It is on a quick path to R/S or de-listing (Most likely R/S IMO).
Anyone know what became of the BIHC owner? Wasn't there a criminal case at one point? Chris Gallo etc. etc.
Pawson vs Scott
So glad my "gut" feeling had me selling at .0045, however, I did leave 1M freebies in for that "just in case" feeling! It is nice to sit in the wings without loses (finally)! Even though it took me many years to get there with this POS. This forum is pretty entertaining. Some with an attitude of warning (my experience with this stock puts me more into that camp) vs the "TO DA MOON" crowd!
I have noticed a lot of Pawson vs Scott posts. It is just another "gut" feeling (nothing based on facts), but I feel that BOTH Pawson and Scott are crooks! Maybe they were in this together from the start (and not in a good way)!?
I appreciate the DD produced by Janiceshell and Topcat. Interesting stuff! Thank you, and keep it up!!
Just came across this. It is kind of old. But still an interesting read! Someones review of Cambertires.

"ahhhhhhh Bull$H!T
I took another look at the website and this guy is awful.. the engineering (at least the major drawings, the minor show the alternate mounting) is backwards, negative camber helps keep the tire flat in cornering overcoming body roll we all know that.. a cambered car will heat up the inside edge of the tire when going straight and (in a perfect world) even with typical cornering. all his design drawings have the taller sidewall on the outside of the tire. this in effect cancels out any static camber.
but once that car enters a corner the outside edge will just wear away unless the static camber is increased to a point to offset that tire. his engineering basically states "cars handle better with camber" while being a gross oversimplification, often times is true.
okay this tire "would" offer a flatter contact patch on a cambered car traveling in a straight line. a miata drag tire for example to give a better launch without dialing out the negative camber that makes them handle. A good engineered soft wall drag tire does the same thing.
so you say, mount it backwards. but then again. unless your compensating for an adjustment not available in your suspension. I can see that. Now if he held up some solid engineering and explained how some suspensions do not compensate enough for body roll with their inefficient camber curves. I might give him some value. but it's a complete page of bullshit.
Like Loren stated. assymetric sidewalls have been implemented and come a long way since the old R-1 and their Evil Groove Of Death. an Asymmetric sidewall is the best of both worlds. you can have a flat level tire when you are not pushing it and a slightly "cambered" tire under load. This Guy got a patent in 1998, do you see a cambered tire on the road today? why not? because it's a ridiculous Idea.
(now that being said) there is a slight market for a tire the might compensate for a car that has no "Legal" adjustment in certain racing classes, SCCA Showroom stock or Solo stock come to mind. but even if it did give the non adjustable cars a boost, then he might sell some to those guys if he got a DOT approval. but this guy is not plugged into the amateur racing world."
The Strider Revolution (Year 2018)
It is hard to imagine that in the space of just 5 years CBYI, a penny stock company, took the elliptical strider cycle to a level where others failed. Forget the fact that the designer himself could not get the devices to the mainstream market thru a well-developed, legitimate, company (Street Strider & HPN Holdings). It took the brilliance of CBYI, a company with no address in Huntington Beach, California, to pull off the greatest promotion of the last 5 years, and get a strider into every household! And talk about corporate responsibility, CBYI was always on the look-out to save shareholders money. Where other companies spend money on advertising and marketing, CBYI saved its shareholders money by “mistakenly” using photos from others company websites for their own promotions!
It is hard to imagine that CBYI almost fell for a scam at the hands of a fraudulent tire developer 5 years ago. CBYI licked its wounds from a deal that would have only sold a few items (I mean really, who needs tires)? They moved on to an item that each and every person requires daily, elliptical strider cycles! Gone are the days of much lower priced bicycles, people rushing out for their expensive elliptical cycles all but put that business under. How long has it been that you saw a bicycle in the past 5 years compared to elliptical striders! I rest my case.
I was one of the lucky ones! I invested my children’s inheritance in CBYI back in October 2013. Even though there were many out there trying to bash this stock and warn me of the lies and shady business dealings, they are now the ones wishing that they were still stocks holders, and followers of Time Magazines Man of the Year: Poger Rawson. It is almost unfathomable what he has done since buying out Apple and Google, remember them! There are still hints of those “has been” companies in the latest iStrider and Googliptical designs.
CBYI also continues to market the pre-existing tire additive (Basalt Fibers), once again bringing something to market that nobody else could! However, since CBYI has replaced most cars with elliptical cycles in the past 5 years, its production of the tire additives has sharply decreased. However, shareholders need not be alarmed, CBYI has re-built its Bamboo Farms in Arizona (offline since 2010?).
Hang on for the ride, as CBYI releases its newest must have items….
The Elliptical Jogger (throw away that old treadmill) and the full line of Basalt Fiber clothing (for those 3000 degree days)!
Disclaimer: The above commentary is for entertainment purposes only. Any of the information it contains may or may not be factual. Stride on!
I also tweeted them multiple times...no reply.
CBYI Death Throes
Once again, nice DD Jack30, for exposing the "our workplace" falsehoods of CBYI. If a company lies about one thing ...
I am starting to see all the "GO CBYI", posts start to dwindle. Probably all of Pawson's kids, grand kids, etc. are getting tired of pumping for him!
Hang in there Jack, My seemingly lost investment finally paid off, even though it took 3+ years. It might find new life, somewhere down the road (I'm guessing another 3+ years, when Pawson needs another cash infusion).
Nice DD Jack!
Sorry to hear that you lost on this stock. By sheer luck and a gut feeling, I sold a majority of my stocks for a nice profit. However, they did spin a nice story with the Scambertire. The Jay Leno's Garage piece had me hooked enough to leave 1M freebies in (just in case). Maybe some other pump will get me a profit on those (and your stocks),however, I do not expect it for a few years.
Thanks for being a voice of warning, though it might be too late for many. I am surprised that you are not being bombarded by the "true believers" (bag holders)?, that don't want to believe that they were scammed or are trying to get others pumped to get out of their shares. I have to admit, I can see why people do it (transparent as it is)! We would stand a better chance of making some money by pumping this stock, versus warning others about it!
CBYI copied photos from other websites for use on their website!! Classy!
