One thing I am confident off is that VALEANT IS UNDERVALUED here by at least 30-40/share. Just a reminder to all; PAPA PURSHASED 200,000 SHARES AT 5 MILLION COST ($25/share) that to me spells confidence. An old veteran in this industry KNOWS VALUE.
While anything is possible with VALEANT, for me, I am a bit more conservative in my approach. Currently I am holding 300 OF THE JAN 17 35 CALLS which cost me about 100K. I have never taken such an aggressive position, but here it is an opportunity that does not come every day.
The next news to drop IMO is the BAUCH&LOMB FDA reversal of their decision of approval due to " manufacturing issues ".
I am also thing about adding the JAN 17 65 CALLS FOR 30 CENTS next week, that is great value for the possibility of SURPRISE NEWS.

All the lawsuits filed here are really a side show. Reality is; litigation will take years and I mean years; the impact on VALEANT in the short term is COST, most likely a figure around a 100 million/year for many years to come. Having said that, the real analysis should be focused on the ASSET/LIABILITIES LEDGER.
About a month ago I sat down with my old time friend ; A SENIOR ANALYSIST at bank of AMERICA and ananlyzed the values of all VALEANT ASSEST, company by company. of course the numbers are subjective, but a conservative number we came up with is 50 BILLION. Valeant today has 30 BILLION IN DEBT, SO THAT LEAVES YOU WITH 20 BILLION TWICE TODAY'S MARKET CAP UNDER LIQUIDATION SCENARIO, NOT AN ONGOING BUSINESS PROJECTED TO EARN 2 BILLION PLUS NEXT YEAR. IN other word VALEANT is worth at least $60/share,
under LIQUIDATION. When the dust will settle here and it will, THIS IS A $70/80 STOCK A YEAR OUT. Thursday premarket story is the real PLUS here, ALLOWING VALEANT MGT. TEAM TO TAKE TIME AND SHOP SONE OF THEIR ASSETS TO THE BEST BIDDER, BECAUSE AT THE END EVERY POTENTIAL BUYER OF ANY COMPANY UNDER VALEANT UMBRELLA KNOWS NOW THAT WILL HAVE TO PAY A FAIR PRICE FOR ANY ASSET AND NOT STEEL THEM AT A FIRE SALE, AND THAT GENTELMEN WLL ADD VALUE TO ALL OF THEIR ASSEST.

This stock is way undervalued which presents a great opportunity for the patient investor. I believe the best way to play this is to go long JAN 25 CALLS. I HAVE been loading up on them on any weakness. we will be over $50-55 by JAN.
