One thing I am confident off is that VALEANT IS UNDERVALUED here by at least 30-40/share. Just a reminder to all; PAPA PURSHASED 200,000 SHARES AT 5 MILLION COST ($25/share) that to me spells confidence. An old veteran in this industry KNOWS VALUE.
While anything is possible with VALEANT, for me, I am a bit more conservative in my approach. Currently I am holding 300 OF THE JAN 17 35 CALLS which cost me about 100K. I have never taken such an aggressive position, but here it is an opportunity that does not come every day.
The next news to drop IMO is the BAUCH&LOMB FDA reversal of their decision of approval due to " manufacturing issues ".
I am also thing about adding the JAN 17 65 CALLS FOR 30 CENTS next week, that is great value for the possibility of SURPRISE NEWS.
