Hahaha, well played my friend!
We need indian here to ensure there are enough posts for us to remain on the Most Active board, so potential investors will see us!
Guys, we need dumb Indian here!
Just look at his name and the way he posts...he is a first class comedian! Plus he's driving the number of posts on this board up through the roof, which has helped keep us high on Ihub's Most Active board.
That, in turn, has helped many new investors find us (over 1,500 new ones recently!) and invest their cash in HCPC!
As much as he may claim to think the Johnsons are crooks, he is undoubtedly attracting much more attention and cash.
So here's to you, Mr. Dumb Indian
Agreed!
Look at it this way - yes those who are invested here have their money tied up, but with the way the rest of the market has been over the past few months...I personally don't mind having my money tied up in here, with the real possibility of a multibagger either from the auditied fins or Q3.
With the current market conditions, if this HCPC money had not been tied up, I honestly probably would have lost some of it trading other stocks.
Better for it to be sitting here waiting to pop up a few hundred percent
You're saying it's an invitation to being a bagholder? Well guess what...if I had listened to bashers back in Dec and Feb, I would have missed out on my 6 bagger and 3 bagger!
And how can you know exactly what they intend to convey?
Are you saying that any personal interpretation of PRs/updates is irresponsible? Because certainly you would agree that it is impossible to all objectively arrive at the same conclusion.
Please, I'm very curious to hear this one.
So?
The (bashing) speculators also start morphing what's clearly stated into something less shareholder friendly!
Which just proves my point...at present, it's merely about speculation. We who hold shares have mostly a positive outlook. Those who don't hold shares have mostly a negative outlook.
Now why they continue to post over and over is anyone's guess, but their posts have certainly helped contribute to keeping us on IHUBs Most Active list, and have definitely helped to raise the shareholder count from 350 to over 1,900.
So thank you!!
It has everything to do with the validity of their operations.
Bashers can offer no concrete evidence that the Johnsons are running a scam, and likewise longs can offer no evidence (other than the company's printed words and pieces of loosely connected DD) that the company's operations are legitimate.
So both sides are reduced to speculation until this audit comes out. And I'm speculating that if this was truly a scam, it would make no sense to show payments to the preferred shareholders on the Q2 fins, because all that does is make the fins look worse. Comprendo?
Question: If this is really a scam/fraud as some suggest, why would the Q2 fins show payment going to the two investors who hold the preferred shares?
Wouldn't it be much more beneficial to NOT show such a payment? If this was really a scam that they were trying to run, releasing fins of this type would make absolutely ZERO sense.
Rather, this document has confirmed what many believed to be true...that the Q1 results are accurate, the audit in August will not be much different, and the meat and potatoes will come in the Q3 (due to the payment/timing of the closings).
The cycle should continue!
I'd like to think it was some of those good, honest saviors who (although they don't own any shares) steadfastly spend hours out of each day returning to this very board to comment on nearly everything that occurs here.
It must be tough, but thank you. You are part of the reason we've added over 1,500 new shareholders recently. You have helped to "expose" the Johnsons, and shareholders have responded by flocking to the stock in droves.
Your efforts are much appreciated
They always are wrong, given enough time. The stock runs, and the naysayers disappear...for a while.
Once they realize they are wrong about the stock "never getting above .0001 or .0002" then they begin to bash more abstract things, like the overall business plans.
Then, once the rush has subsided and HCPC begins to consolidate, many return to bash again. The cycle continues...anyone who's been here long enough will see it eventually
LOL.
If I may make a suggestion...
Some here doth protest WAY too much about HCPC. The vast majority of what they say is untrue, unproven speculation, and it shows.
I actually wonder if they own millions of shares, and are just pretending to be woefully inadequate bashers (e.g. making things up, capitalizing sentences, saying "youse", etc).
HCPC has garnered over 1,500 new investors recently, and certainly some of that must be due to your constant posting. For that I thank you, friend
There were numerous longs on this board for the past few days, posting that nothing new should be expected in the Q2 fins. What you are saying is false - i doubt think anyone on this board seriously expected any huge financial revelations coming out of this report. Go back through the history and check.
Well said.
I agree. I've had a sell order in at 0.00 for the past few days, no takers.
Oh crap, are you serious? Thanks for lettin me know man. My 40 million shares are goin up for sale at market first thing Monday morning.
Good thing we have people like you looking out for me!
Load up the war chest.
Wednesday might prove to be a spectacular day!
Not a fact at all.
Remember back in Feb when they expected to close the loan on the 25th (or some day close to it) and it closed 3 days later? That's not what I'd call way off.
Or when they posted on the website that they'd have the limited Q1 fins in July, and they did.
Wrong again. You were off by 2-3 weeks with the date.
Also, your argument regarding the promissary notes is a straw man. You said if HCPC had received millions in cash from the payment of a promissary note, they'd be screaming it from the rooftops.
Well, duh. But where does it mentioned they've received any cash from promissary notes? It doesn't. So of course they have nothing to scream from the rooftops.
By the looks of the recently released shareholder increase, it appears as if the seeds of doubt are not dissuading many people here
People recognize potential when they see it, despite the naysayers on the sidelines.
"So a week or so ago this month, we discovered the company DID NOT stop selling shares last March. They have continued right up to last week."
Please show exactly where you found out that dilution was still occurring last week. The latest numbers I have found were as of June 30th.
How exactly do you know this? Are you privy to some insider information that the rest of us aren't? If so, please share. If not, I will take your silence/defiance to mean you really don't know.
Umm...yes we do, that's why we're invested here...
I would ask why you're here, but I think we all know the answer to that one
Those assets are from first quarter this year.
I swear, bashers get funnier and funnier all the time.
Which...is exactly what is occurring now, since they have initiated/are in the midst of an audit going back several years, correct?
Incorrect.
Enron's accounting firm, Arthur Anderson, was not "neck deep" in the scandal. In fact, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously overturned the verdict that had originally found it guilty of obstruction of justice.
It was, as I stated, a select few at the top who knew the totality of what was going on, not entire companies.
If you're going to compare HCPC with Enron, do proper DD so that people aren't mislead.
Funny how those who compare HCPC to Microsoft are lambasted, but yet you so easily (and tenuously) compare it to Enron.
At the same time, it may be equally as foolish to simply pass over this lotto play, with the current potential of this company.
Consider the 7 bagger run in December, or the 4 bagger run in February. These both occurred before there was even talk of over $700 million in assets, audited fins, or more closings in Q2.
The smart investor will not bet the farm on this one. But then again, the smart investor wouldn't simply disregard the potential that has accumulated with this company in the current loan market just because "penny stock company CEOs...lie all the time," which is a false statement in itself.
Read the DD and make your own choice
That's just it.
If the company fails to produce (meaning, if a promise or plan is made by the company and then isn't carried out) then the bashers point to it and say the company is a failure.
Yet if the company shows substantial progress (as with the loan closings and the new assets) the bashers point to it and say it is fraudlent, a scam, number games, etc.
So no matter what the company does, it will never be right (in their eyes). Just remember to view all posts with a grain of salt, and ask yourself why someone would return here day after day after day to bash a .0001 stock that they supposedly don't own.
Surely they have better things to do unless they are making a profit from it.
Who says they can't?
Absolutely!
Never have I seen such a large group of motivated people repeatedly come back day after day to post on the board of a .0001 stock about how bad it is, when they have absolutely nothing to gain by doing so.
Makes me confident that as long as they are still posting, they still must think Heritage is poised for success and must be stopped
It is very nice that we are beginning to see results
LMAO!
You just finished saying that there are so many shares that "nothing could move this POS"
Now you say we can get it to .0007 just by pumping.
This is hilarious. Someone clearly fell behind the power curve in bashing school
At least I can spell "naive", my friend
If your definition of "nieve" is someone who made a few thousand on HCPC during the December run and February run, then so be it.
I'll let you know if i "loose" any money LOL!!!
Because those assets are in the form of a promissary note and are not realized, liquid assets. Do you understand this? If you did, you wouldn't have asked your question.
So you did not accept my wager. I can only conclude then that you don't have much confidence in what you post
Ridiculous post with absolutely no substance. One of the HSM crew that so altruistically dedicates days and days of their lives to "saving" newbies from this stock huh?
If I had listened to these guys, I wouldn't have made my 6 bagger in December or my 3 bagger in Feb.
What you preach is nothing short of fraudulent, and impossible to prove. HCPC clearly can move up, but that move is predicated upon the audited financials and the Q2 results when they come out.
I will take the normal track that I take with people who make such assinine claims. Would you stake your IHUB membership on it? I'll wager you the pps will move up upon the release of the audited fins, or sometime before September. If you truly believe what you post, you will accept.
Loser forfeits the right to ever post on this board again.
First of all, the fins just came out today, and given the company's history it's prefectly understandable why it was trading so low.
Secondly, if their $700 million in assets are illiquid (in the form of a promissary note) then of course it would make sense to dilute a bit to gain the necessary cash to expedite the processing of that asset (whatever they needed to do). The point is, they have the asset now!! Say what you want, but the intelligent folks here are buying in.
Get it now? Good attempt at bashing, I'll give that one a C-
TOMORROW's the day!!! GO LONGS!
LOL too funny.
You are a bit confused with the financials I think. Do you understand what a promissary note is? Can you understand how HCPC can have $700 million in assets but not have immediate liquidity? Do some DD, and you will find the answers to your questions!
Common sense folks are buying. And there are lots of them. Just like the common sense folks who made money back in the December run, and the Februrary run.
And there are those who will stand on the sidelines and heckle. That's cool.
I'll be the one cashin the checks
Go LONGS!
They still needed cash on hand, because of the promissary note indicated in the fins. Do you understand what a promissary note is?
I understand this good HCPC news throws a huge monkey wrench at you, and you need to find some way to counteract it, but if you're gonna spin this negatively at least make a decent attempt at it
Tomorrow will be a great day for us LONGS!!
imo.
The OS is about 10.5 billion. Which is less than the 13 billion you so confidently claimed it would be.
Will honor our agreement and leave the board now, like we agreed? Or will you reneg on your word and continue to hang around posting about a stock you don't own?
You are incorrect. Look on their website. They have the updated share structure as of June 30th.
So yet again...will you now leave this board, just like we agreed you would if the OS was less than 13 billion?
But diamond, the updated share structure was as of June 30th. You honestly think the OS expanded by at least 2.5 BILLION since then? In 10 days? That's impossible. The total volume in those ten days wasn't even anywhere near 2.5 billion.
So I'll ask again...now that you lost our wager, will you honor the terms of our agreement and leave this board?
Let the buying frenzy commence tomorrow!
To all those longs who held with patience and diligence, I salute you.
Our time has come
Fantastic news!!!
If I recall correctly you, sir, wagered me that during the next share structure update, the OS would be at least 13 billion.
Well, it isn't even close
Will you hold up your end of the deal and leave the board now?
Today was an historic day for HCPC
