They still needed cash on hand, because of the promissary note indicated in the fins. Do you understand what a promissary note is?
I understand this good HCPC news throws a huge monkey wrench at you, and you need to find some way to counteract it, but if you're gonna spin this negatively at least make a decent attempt at it
