Midas thought poll was still on...
Sorry there manno okay well interesting results that guy who said $4000,000 in revenue that had to be yossi. He really needs to lay off the OJ that stuff is going to kill him!
Consensus reads to me like between $1,000,000-$2,000,000...
Well I differ slightly. I figure we dragged in $728,678.08 and if anyone wants to claim otherwise WELL I never!
Keep up the polls please Dubi it keeps things interesting while we watch the paint dry, in fact Dubi your rockin down the house here bud. Thanks!
OT He was Lance's No1 rider midas
Lance Armstrong had as you remember a team that paced him. Floyd often sacrificed his chances so that Lance could win. It's a team sport and many riders are simply pace cyclists giving the favourite of the team the best chance.
If it is true and was unintentional that will be at least three top riders out as a result of dope testing. In Floyd's case intentional or not ,the most bitter of ironies if upheld.
Thanks for the chuckle.

Imagine the boost in credibility if we somehow were able to find out they used an IDTA kit on site? Not sure how the heck you'd do that but what a PR that would make...
Chucker changes daily
YES of course we could hit .003 the catch usually is, as I have mentioned before there is no volume the guy (probably only one) buyer walks away with 5000 shares. Not much to crow about except bragging rights if that counts (not in my case). I usually bid all or nothing so for pamo to get filled at slightly different from Trish really is splitting hairs when you think of the ultimate potential this fall. That said someone pocketed 800,000 in aftermarket on Friday. Undoubtedly a nice haul but it easily could have gone the other way where would he have been then?
Incidentally you really want to check out online brokerages, they can save you money and you sound like an experienced trader so I don't see you having a dizzy spell buying into something you didn't intend on owning. Once you get used to it, it's very time efficient and of course less in fees. Recommend a few dry runs though paper trading (all but the confirm button) to get used to the different idiosyncracies the broker you choose is bound to have.
I know where your coming from with a full service broker had the same guy for 9 years, terrific I just left a message on his tape. He moved on to private investment and the house dumped me cost me bigtime in lost opportunity and downtime let me tell you. For now I'd use both if I were you and decide which style of brokerage suits you best. The pinks fluctuate with such speed a full service broker costs you repeatedly in or out I speak from first hand experience he was always in meetings which cost me thousands. Take my word for it, it's worth the effort to set yourself up in online trading and once used to it a lot less hassle!
Cheers...Rich
Pamo there is also another danger
For the disappointed long prone to blaming himself for his/her own stupdity it's a long bailing too soon, based on emotion NOT logic. Right now looks pretty grim for the PPS provided your that short sighted or inexperienced in holding long term. As I said before to IDTA longs talk to me in the fall preferrably early November. I'm not inferring anyone is new to trading or naive, just don't talk yourself out of future profits or fall for a shakeout where I speak from past experience . My firm expectation is we'll all be singing a much different tune come this November perhaps earlier
Put it this way, your DD against mine. I'm hearing things you obviously are not, I can say no more. It's your money I'm just giving you feedback I think you'd be wise to heed. I'm also kicking myself an unexpected expense is preventing me from loading the boat like your doing... for the second year running just when the price is right. Think I'm not calling myself names??? You'd be profoundly mistaken LOL! C'est la vie.
ALL you realize pamo14? JMVHO GLTY
Best...Rich
Gee Trish not a bad fill!
Bet Pamo is in a bad mood now though LOL! Could sure do with THOSE kind of problems ROTFL! Enjoy your holidays and your earnings see you later.
Time constrained here also Dubi
Will check it out right now I need to take up an equal strain on all body parts...
Cheers...Rich
Au Contraire my good man
This is bang ON topic.
and therein LIES THE RUB
NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Despite its best efforts to turn its regulatory woes into a forum against naked short selling, Eagletech Communications Inc. (EATC) has lost its fight to remain a publicly traded company.
The Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday ruled that Eagletech's securities will be deregistered because the company failed to file required financial reports since 2001.
The SEC had issued a deregistration order last year but Eagletech had appealed the move, blaming its failure to file financial reports on alleged criminal conduct by third parties.
It's unclear whether Eagletech will exercise its right to appeal the SEC's order in front of a U.S. court of appeals.
'Get Shorty' Legal Consortium Loses Another Battle
Eagletech is one of several small companies represented by a legal consortium led by Texas class action lawyer John O'Quinn. Companies represented by O'Quinn generally claim that their stocks have been illegally depressed by short sellers Vthrough chronic and widespread failures to timely deliver stock to close out securities transactions.
Short sellers typically borrow shares to sell them, hoping that they will be able to replace them with stock bought at a lower price later. Trading without a borrowing agreement is called naked short-selling. It's illegal for most investors, but legal for firms that make markets in stocks and bring liquidity to the market.
Over the last four years, O'Quinn and his corporate clients have mounted a comprehensive legal and marketing campaign to attract attentions to their claims. But so far, they haven't been very successful with most cases thrown out of court by judges who ruled either that the firms were unable to prove their allegations or rejected the lawsuits on jurisdictional grounds. Other cases are lingering in courts.
In the case of Eagletech, the company acknowledged its failure to file required financial reports, arguing that two separate manipulations, including alleged naked short selling, had led to financial difficulties and its failure to file.
SEC Rejects Eagleteach Affirmative Defense
The SEC noted in an opinion issued Wednesday that although Eagletech blames others for its financial crisis, "alleged criminal activity does not alter the fact of Eagletech's failure to file its quarterly and annual reports or its present inability to cure these deficiencies."
In its opinion the SEC also rebuked Eagletech's claim that a deregistration of its stock would constitute unconstitutional "taking of property."
Eagletech had argued that Regulation SHO, a short selling rule adopted by the SEC early last year, deprived its shareholders of property, violating the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, when it excluded earlier failure to deliver stock from stricter settlement rules.
"This deregistration proceeding is not the appropriate forum in which to argue a claim that adoption of Regulation SHO somehow resulted in an unconstitutional taking. Regulation SHO was promulgated and adopted pursuant to the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act and all interested and affected persons were afforded ample process in that rule making to assert their rights," the SEC said.
Responding to Eagletech's claim that the SEC engaged in selective prosecution when it failed to take action against individuals the company believes engaged in naked short selling, the commission said: "Eagletech has failed to allege, much less prove, any of these elements, and we find that Eagletech was not a victim of improper selective prosecution."

I personally think a reconciliation or at least a lasting ceasefire is attainable in Lebanon and Israel by September. The world stage is now attempting that ceasefire even sooner if possible, but if September were doable it would give our PPS a boost in good timing for the renewed trading session. A PPS which I think is experiencing indirect and unfair downward pressure because of the conflict.
You two being closer to the conflict might have a different or more educated opinion. While accurately assessing how much wartime downward pressure is kind of tricky, it's even harder to deny this war is having a negative effect on any current momo for IDTA. I wonder in your own words if either of you are prepared to comment independently on when you see a ceasefire being implemented for the Israeli Lebanese border where Hezzbollah is holding out against you.
The ferocity of the Israeli offensive has been severely criticized as intensely disproportional by many nations and yesterday by the UN's Jan Egland as a clear breech of humanitarian law. At the end of the day it will be a political solution to Israel's troubles but in recent days the Israeli political objective has been getting a smattering of bad press and Hezzbollah POLITICAL empathy appears to be gaining momentum via Lebanon's intense suffering.
That said it seems a consensus from the press I get here, Hezzbollah has clearly been blamed for intentionally starting this war with a vested interest ,also appreciate your stating whether you are in agreement with that statement. The reason I ask this is from the other side of the earth this war is becoming extremely polarized from the seemingly inconsequential kidnapping of two soldiers to possible all out unbridled war in the middle east. Political process ultimately will have a direct bearing on any sustainable ceasefire. Is Israel winning the battle but losing the war?
Thanks both of you, appreciate any feedback you can offer and take care. Of course this post is open to any Israeli shareholder you two were the only ones that immediately spring to mind save slifk and I don't recall her ever posting on this thread. Of course she is most welcome to comment should she choose too or anyone else near the war zone. Any possible Lebanese shareholder for that matter.
Cheers...Rich
Shows how much I know yos
Any holes in the runway?
How do you feel about the 2005 financials not out yet...are you dissapointed unperturbed umm ...ready to use Yaacov as a test warhead?
How are you comfortable with IDTA in general?
There are no gaurantees Pamo
Anything @ .006 today is a good buy IMHO sure you can lower your in point but at what volume? Very hard to know when bottom fishing if you wait to long the volume can dry up leaving you hoop tickled for a complete fill and you may have to settle for fewer shares. Point being a cheaper in point doesn't always translate to higher profits.
It's a no brainer Pamo your almost certain to make money on today's trade, that's all good in my books. Give yourself credit for waiting this long many bought earlier and are saying the same thing
If your making money it's a good trade in this market Congratulations $&$ GLTY!
Cheers...Rich
No doubt Yos I can imagine
those F-16's are probably going full afterburner from the tarmac with all the payload they are packing. Well I guess your proximity to all that hardware makes you relatively safe though right?
Pamo congrats on your fill
Why do you mention someone wants a fill @ .005 are you watching the chart , volume etc.? I mean I really want this lower short term .003'd be nice LOL! Truth is I don't have the clams right now just bought a new place so squeezed for cashola
Thanks...Rich
OT Watching BBC World Yos
Very balanced reporting real time rockets were hitting Haifa as Lis Ducette was reporting above the city.
So your the airport figurehead eh Yos....well I was very disappointed in my flight to Haifa the wine was warm and the crackers were so salty and I don't care if it was sea salt tasted awful!
Who do I talk too to get my money back I mean all the passengers kept looking out the window how was I supposed to get any rest? Take care Yos

Oh and the coffee!...
Only natural Midas
to think the worst that is....CEO can't work as effectively even if he wanted too. All the higher ups naturally using all that leave they have gained in moving up the ladder. Experiencing the same at work myself thought I was going to work but simple fact is there is none ...for now
Tough choices here I can either pour myself a beer or have the waitress pour me one. ( If you knew my waitress ) the answer would be a cinch
I would not be surprised if IDTA fills @ .004. Don't be shocked if it does dog days of summer and all, perfectly normal. I have saved your post here for the fall Dubi, your absolutely right there are no guarantees whatsoever, but the laws of averages tell me that .005 was one hell of a buy.
It's hard to see it right now I agree, but been there done that called myself all sorts of names! See if I can't scrape together some spare coin. I just moved so it's in short supply right now. Sure be nice to have a trading position as well as the old nest egg here.
Best...Rich
Yah okay
RSI is sure a bummer Chucker LOL!
That's a more pertinent definition
than the one I had Dubi thanks...
Shares acquired in a private placement are considered restricted shares and may not be sold in a public offering absent registration, or after an appropriate holding period has expired
There was once was a fellow named Yaacov that went to the UK for financing fine fellow really but I never heard word on the outcome of that visit to the UK... I just wonder...
Well anyway this fine fellow keeps chirping on about "I cannot say anymore" "please be patient" etc etc.OKAY! Now I have no reason to doubt his word particularly when this person is apparently under non-disclosure obligations so putting 2 and 2 together is Richie getting getting a four here...
Best...Rich
Question of the day...
Are registered shares ALWAYS the same as restricted stock? Be interested in your opinions please. Chucker Dubi anyone really , wrestling with this a bit, thanks.

Weird last minute trades bravo!
It says that the last trade (officially) was .006 but some fortunate bottom fisher has pocketed nicely in after market.
16:00:10 Q 0.005 -0.001 800,000
16:00:08 Q 0.006 - 50,000
Okay next question ...who's our trophy trader? LOL! Well done whoever you are.
Best...Rich
Seems a dumb question but...
How's your life insurance all paid up??? Take care Yossi I'll have a good old gab with GOD tonight and put in a good word for you.
A kevlar flak jacket and helmet somehow doesn't sound like a bad idea either Yos but I imagine there in hot demand over there...
OT: Watching RDXM
Short squeeze ruling due out anytime, could run hard but just with the courts out of the way either ruling should lift RDXM.
DD essential but don't wait too long news due any time Good Luck!
Yossi saw your pics!
Have you got some kind of air raid shelter or bunker you can go to? That's getting mighty close for comfort in my books Yos, better stock up the fridge on beer buddy. Talking about a possible ground offensive now, be safe Yossi.
Cheers...Rich
Rick exactly what I mean...
when I say baggage. It's a credibility issue he hasn't come clean on and now I'm hearing we are not waiting for the OTCBB naaahh! We are off to the TSX!! I mean really? It's sounding more humorous every rumor.
Don't get me wrong I am not here as a negativo and in no way enjoying having to point these things out, but Brian old Buddy? Give us something to believe in this time preferably within the confines of reality!
Yep let's get the laundry out on the GUL property dirty or not I want to know what the problem is and don't anyone dare tell me there isn't one grrrr.
All right guys I'm off my soapbox I'm a small player and quite sure many have more complete DD than mine ( about 1839 give er take) I'm just looking this at face value and right now I have no choice but to rate Brian at UNDERPERFORM. That's not to say he can't turn this around but LORD progress to date has been comatose to the average investor. Absolutely PEDESTRIAN at the crosswalk. No more stories IPMG straight goods plus or minus fess up and come clean where do we stand?
Best...Rich
Ditto Yos
Stay safe...
Good morning! your welcome Larry if I can speak from personal experience here I know it's easy but try not to underestimate this bomb detector early indications in my DD is predicting a very innovative nad novel solution.
Once again Yaacov just might surprise us all
Best guys! busy day ahead
Cheers...Rich
say bige care to offer me
Why exactly? All the buzz RUMORED tells me they are sitting on something quite substantial. In mining fortunes can turn on a dime. Now you have to be able to extract it economically granted, but you sound pretty dug in on that opinion I was wondering what turned you off exactly...please?
Rick I'm speaking from the heart here.
I cannot depend on an IF from Brian anymore, sorry respect the guy but the heart says definitely NO. Cambodia hopelessly late, no demonstrated indication to become better reporting than we are and still in the dark on any previous PR. Brian must walk before he can run and no doubt AMEX will be watching for this here and now if he is seriously on the level about TSX or AMEX.
Should he be talking TSX and not TSX.V (and he surely knows this intimately) the TSX has the most stringent mining reporting requirements on the planet you name the exchange no one comes close, so IMHO he desperately needs to clean up his act. Past performance on reporting has been substandard how can I take him seriously if he doesn't demonstratively display the intent? Sure like to! Anyone would, but he needs to communicate all these juicy rumors in a more responsible manner, a rumor from the ONLY long at the AGM is nice absolutely, but bet the ranch on it? Uh-uh , no sir, not that gullable. PR his intentions then people will listen then the PPS will buck up as his fiduciary responsibility.
I'm a bagholder here like a lot of others but there is a decided difference between a contented bagholder and a complacent one. I don't intend to fall into the latter camp been there done that no fun at all, and very hard on the pocketbook I'm here to say ,very hard indeed.
Don't get me wrong I wish the guy well Rick but for GOD's sake! Come clean with the shareholders for once best he knows how , he's packing to much baggage right now to be taken seriously IMHO. I don't buy this can't tip the competition your hand gag much longer that is old , tired and thin. Comprehensive corporate guidance at a professional level is that asking to much? After all this waiting around, and I'm supposed to believe we are going all the way to TSX???? Sorry my heart says wake up Rich and give it a good shake! Sorry Rick to date, I don't think so.
Best...Rich
Emailing the CEO...
Just got word back from Yaacov ( very quickly I might add) if you have been having difficulty getting emails back from him he has been distracted by an unexpected event the past few weeks. His wife has taken quite ill and he has had to carefully look after her as well as continue his other hectic life as Identa's commander in chief so I think a little understanding here might go a long way.
Mum's the word on the bomb detector at least until September apparently. I have made him aware of the shenanigans with the TA not giving out the share structure over the phone and he has said he will look into it. That simply does not sound right to me that the TA must get a letter or fax never heard that before but Mike tells me they told him they were doing it for all there companies HUH? Whatever happened to disclosure Good GOD! As I stated he is looking into the hitch for us and will get back to me.
Speaking of disclosure I advised Yaacov a while back that the trading slump was a lot to do with the time of year now that surely wasn't the only reason for the delay of the bomb detector PR but I do think it had an influence because he didn't seem aware of that issue and thanked me for the info.
Which brings me to another point he raised which is very important because others have insinuated favouritism. He insisted many other CEO's do not take the time to answer emails with the dedication he does and I must confess he's dead right on this one folks, so again a little understanding here guys he is still enormously busy. I was shocked I got such a fast reply sure didn't anticipate that one!
He went on to say it is not just the large shareholders he reads , he answers newbies small shareholders or large alike makes no difference he is very happy to hear from ALL of us! He was again very insistent here, there is absolutely no discrimination as to who gets a reply we are all treated alike. The way it should be folks just soes you know and take advantage of it. I'm certain he has better things to do than read my emails all day long LOL!
Okay waiting for more info on that TA hubbub sure sounds like a load of guff to me, will try and let you know ASAP.
Best...Rich
Ah there you are
Good glad to hear your still in one piece. Beirut and Haifa (especially today) are getting the most coverage on BBC. Such a beautiful city Haifa I hope it doesn't take to much damage yos still like to see it one day.
Yes funny you mention your concerns on the stock others are alluding to the same credibility issues. I just finished an email to Yaacov I have not heard back from him in last three so not expecting the earth , but the straight goods would be real nice wouldn't it!
Thanks Yos of course Israel is correct to display a show of force terrorism cannot be encouraged or tolerated, it has to be thwarted , they show no respect whatsoever for other cultures they have shown that on a global scale. Lebanon is being hoodwinked for Hezzbolah's own ulterior motives. I watched Hardtalk last night on BBC World I thought your security minister did an excellent job of presenting your side it's obvious this is not only Hezzbollah but Iran is circling also what a masterful cover for the Iranian nuclear program.
It's a precarious situation Yos not sure how it will get resolved I just hope ASAP, but I agree with Israel standing firm. They didn't want this but they are fighting for all the right reasons in my books, terrorists under any denomination are murderers with a public intent to kill more and should be dealt with in kind if they can't respect other cultures rights.
You take care and thanks for the feedback bud.
Best...Rich
Okay and you wanted that where?
Well that's okay then we agree to disagree you have done the legwork of which I am certain a good few of those 1800 odd intrepid souls are very thankful PD.
I'm on about this PR:http://www.pinksheets.com/about/pr_031606.jsp
Every OTCQX-listed company will be required to meet defined standards, including:
Ongoing quarterly and annual financial reports posted on OTCQX.com, a premier web disclosure portal for qualifying OTC securities
Interim material event disclosure of any information that may affect the share price
Annual audit
Management disclosure and annual management certification
100 round lot shareholders
Ongoing operations (no shells, blank check, or special purpose acquisition companies)
Inclusion in the S&P or Mergent Manual, which satisfies the Blue Sky requirements for secondary transactions in many states
The times PD they are a changing. If IPMG is not to be buried in the bottom tier of dubious distinction it will harm us the investor if he continues on the current path. If we move up a notch then great , to do that Brian will need to adopt some radical changes from the way he is now doing business. The AGM is a start but by no means adequate to stay "above the crowd"
I see nothing in the AGM regarding this issue of the new tiered system for pink sheets or what Brian intends to do about it for IPMG. THAT is why I'm hot he needs to react to the new benchmark on the pinks or get lost along the wayside. If he fails to do that then I'm thinking my money is better off under my pillow than on the course he is setting. If he wants to go topflight flags waiving from the limo and all that goes with it then kindly show some responsibility and not leave us bleery eyed shareholders in the moose pasture without a compass.
Cheers...Rich
yossi how are you keeping?
Kinda concerned your okay there in the rocket strewn north yos, hopefully your not cut off from the internet. If you find type to scratch out a few lines if only to say HI, let us know your still hangin in there alright?
Thanks yos take good care.
Best...Rich
Flip an egg PD!
Brian has 1800 longs in tow and he is waiting for the word to get around from you? I do declare his horse is crapping everywhere!!!
Now it's not why won't he update. It's why a CEO update wasn't out days ago! Good grief I empathize some guy couldn't make a meeting to vote but what about all the people that bought expecting news of a Cambodian mine last November when he just found a VP only in freakin JULY of the following year.
I don't know about you PD but with a fiduciary responsibility to run the PPS up for investors to make a buck I have to berate his performance to underperform. We trusted the guy now nearly a year later he has yet another hard luck story.
I'm sorry Brian is a nice guy and all but the truth surfaces all to seldom with long gaps between another excuse. It's not fair to vent on you PD. I simply haven't the time right now to chase down our Knight in smelly armour.
I get really annoyed when a CEO chooses to just ramble on to the next hot topic with no explanation of the shortfalls that cost longs a lot of money. Sure things can take longer sure deals can fall through, but man alive at least have the decency and integrity to explain the reasons why instead of using the thin allaby of secrecy from the competition as a coverup for failure and yet another spin on the wonderous potential.
I'm not just disappointed in this CEO I no longer trust his word. DAMN I'm ticked right off we are being snowballed in the middle of freakin July fer crissakes. A vote by proxy for what may I ask, DILUTION by any chance? I'm sorry losing patience with this guy PD not because it fell through (everyone is only human) but because he is hiding something and he won't say what.
All very well his wife puts stamps on the envelopes or whatever very nice and cozy, but let's get to the meat of the matter. This was an AGM I want to know what the health of the company is and what we can expect from future performance. Give us the straight goods no mysteries times they are a changing.
Pinksheets are entering a new era where reporting is strongly encouraged and RATED. It will be very essential because of the new tiered system being initiated they will be categorized on transparency and good money management NO LESS. It's high time 1800 shareholders got a fair shake from this CEO. No excuses or sidetracking get to the business of the day and no more GUFF!
Thanks PD appreciate your feedback. I better cool off to hot under the collar right now, this was a letdown AGM IMHO.
Cheers...Rich
paper doctor may I have a word?
Firstly thanks for the info but it leaves me wondering if Brian knew this would all come out anyway ,why didn't he just email the summation of this AGM out to longs in the first place? Perhaps some similar type of dialogue on the AGM is intended for the web site? No disrespect but this seems like a more credible approach IMHO rather than from a long I don't know from Adam. By golly I know to well we could sure use some credibility.
Secondly am I reading right you said back a few posts there were 1800 tight fisted longs holding IPMG already? Possibly I misread because that sounds surprisingly high to me have I got to many zeros by any chance?.
Don't get me wrong appreciate the update, were there others at the AGM or was it just you in attendance please? Also probably asking a lot but if you felt enthusiastic enough can you summate in a post all the notable salient points of the meeting. I'm sure it would be appreciated especially if we have 1800 longs hungry for news. Even 180 for that matter.
Thanks for your efforts paper doctor much appreciated but if the news were that good it escapes me why the CEO did not wish to relay all this good news himself.
Best...Rich
Hi Mike seems like a lot
Especially while I am not anticipating any major news right now...are you? Thanks for that perhaps they know something we don't. I'm still expecting this thing to retrace a touch .005 anyway.
Appreciate the headsup.

Whatever Yaacov's got cooking midas ...
The "issued" or float in comparison to the "authorized" is lopsidedly disproportionate IMHO and growing ever more out of synch ( additional 500 million authorized currently 2.5 billion ). I cannot see this being a large holder only now as rumored, although that may still be in play. It has all the hallmarks of a new corporate deal possibly a large merger, but undeniably some significant changes in share structure are clearly looming.
Also, I can't count out Millenium either. Particularly should the new Latin American plant become a reality. With the middle east in full turmoil now, I believe it ( the new plant) should go ahead. The sooner the better. JMVHO
Your right way to many questions and dauntingly , so few answers.
Cheers...Rich
Good day Larry!
Actually just off to lah lah land Larry been a long day, fortuitous but lengthy please excuse me. I have all these sheep to count!

I hope this is not too personal...
Have you ever been vished before?

Well chucker / midas / Aiming
There is another clue but it happened so long ago we nearly forgot about it. The volume spike to the 50 million share day last ummm September or late August as I recall.
Anyway no one ever quite satisfied me with an adequate explanation. This is why I love interaction on these threads gets the old brain firing. Rare occasion for me these days LOL!
A bomb detector you say? Seems logical to me now why those 50 million shares came out of no where... the inventor of course one has to pay one's clients and employees, no matter how good a CEO you are. JMVHO you understand.
