TR,
Once again..we will know when the pie is baked. So far I have
done pretty well on my predictions. Though not 100%.
I do like your math better than mine, how-ever until taken to the
bank......?
Qualification: I have been wrong before!
RJ
Net,
I would assume that with Pac West being the Independent Sales
partner of FASC that Pac West may take liberties of optimism
not in Brians capacity. Example: maybe 49 or 53 rounding off to
60!!!??? It is possible, but I am just looking at the difference in Mfg personality vs Sales.
I am still of the opinion that FASC is a slow growth situation. That does not mean I am not optimistic.
Note: I would rather be wrong than right...it would be better for
my pocket book!!!!!!!!!!
RJ
Sam,
I am not sure that I am in the MM camp. How-ever I do believe
that future exposure, PR's and "profits" will change the PPS in a more dramatic way than the MM's can?
My opinion,
RJ
Hi TR,
The Animal waste is mixed with already shredded paper waste/ and or wood waste as feed stock for energy pellets. Then used as and on sight energy source for large facilities. I am not sure about the
marketing approvals? There are a few companies marketing the system
but the KDS allows for a better quality denser pellet. I believe that the KDS is being looked at as an improvement to existing systems. The KDS provides up to and in excess of 400 mesh plus.
The competition avg is 200 mesh.
From my internet reading,
RJ
RJ
Hi FASCTRACK,
"is it OK is if take something off the table when this hits $5?"
Sure, but make sure when you are using your laptop to place that FASC Sell order from your CRUISE make sure you have a good fire wall so that your wifi orders are not displaced!!!!
RJ
PS. Disclaimer: not meant as a PPS prediction.
Waite,
I just told my wife that when I am 85 and at a FASC summit I want a
lovely young assistant... she knows I am kidding, wink!
RJ
TR,
"I don't get too intrigued by the day-to-day pps action"
Its called entertainment as well as fantasy!
FASC jumps from a lowly $.47 to $ 4.70 !!!!! Dreams?
You can think the cards are all in order and then .....?
RJ
Hi Waite,
I might have to babysit Grand kids. But if I can make it I will.
It would be nice to visit an Uncle of mine at the same time.
This time pay more attention to the FASC meeting at hand in leiu of the bueatiful young brueanette!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was telling my
wife about your help and she slapped me!
RJ
Waite,
Sorry to hear you are not fairing well. By the way...what is a
young man like you dong up this late?!!
If I can make it to Grand Rapids this week-end I will stop by to see you. We can have a FASC summit.
RJ
Charlie,
Maybe tomorrow Mr Sam Dakotadog will pick up a million shares or so FASC to lower his average PPS? Waite will be drooling for sure!!!!
..... a friend of mine told me yesterday that he was going to pick up a few shares...I will ask him tomorrow what is a few shares?... good volume to day. To bad the PPS is so low. It is
tempting me to come out of the dark and pick up a few more shares myself and catch up to Waites multi-million plus share holdings.
RJ
Hi Net,
I believe that you are correct. JP Plantech has taken engineering of the KDS to further uses than we have. To bad
we only get a royalty! We have benefited from the shared tech.
RJ
Hi TR,
We have a competitor in the Manure and/or Bio-mall to power grinding and drying. The manufacturer is located in Texas. I am not at my office right now, but I did post
it a couple of weeks ago. I am not sure how we stack up to them or visa versa as they say!
RJ
Charlie,
When I had communicated with them a while back maybe last spring or summer, Summerhill had tested with the KDS but was using a different machine. I could not get the reasons why or if the KDS would ever be used.
The man I talked to was polite but not very devulgent.
RJ
Charlie,
Just as an act of encouragement and feeling this is the most important change in the 10Q's
10Q 1
Item:
Going Concern
As of September 30, 2011, the Company's auditors have expressed substantial doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern due to a history of operating losses, limited cash resources, negative working capital and dependency on the success of future financing requirements to maintain operations. Our ability to continue as a going concern is subject to realizing a profit and /or obtaining funding from outside sources. Management's plan to address the Company's ability to continue as a going concern includes: (i) obtaining funding from the private placement of debt or equity; (ii) realizing increased revenues from sales of the KDS system; and (iii) obtaining loans and grants from financial or government institutions. Management believes that it will be able to obtain funding to allow the Company to remain a going concern through the methods discussed above, though there can be no assurances that such methods will prove successful.
Forward- Looking Statements and Factors That May Affect Future Results and Financial Condition
10Q 2
Item:
Going Concern
The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. This basis of accounting contemplates the recovery of the Company’s assets and the satisfaction of its liabilities in the normal course of operations.
The Going Concern statement seems to give us a positive Guidance
from FASC's Management.
Note that the "Substantial doubt" from 10Q 1 is not existant in 10Q 2 under Going Concern.
RJ
Hi Waite and Fasctrack,
"Operating results for the six month period ended December 31, 2011 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ending June 30, 2012"
I asked Brian if the above meant projects in the pipeline? He answered yes that is what it means. He said he could not tell me anything else.
RJ
Al,
FASC is some very espensive wall paper. Could I suggest
Seven's wallpaper or maybe even Sherwin Williams?
RJ
Sun,
72K to over 600K is a slight increase to me?
RJ
Hi Waite,
In my opinion, the Company has two options. 1st Choice - increased share structure. 2nd Choice - private Equity.
It is up to us.
Once again just my opinion,
RJ
Hi Waite,

Once again just my opinion,
RJ
Charlie,
I stoped in on Waite for a FASC summit meeting. It was approx.
1 or so in the afternoon. I was shocked. I knocked on the door.
When the door opened the face of this lovely approx 20 or something brunette say to me "David is in the shower" and yes I could hear the shower running. I am thinking that if a guy is going to get older he sure could use Waite to show him a thing or two about taking advantage of it! Now, I do not want to imply anything here about anything......but when I get old........................, I guess I better stop there.
Waite later tells the young lady that we are FASC share holders
"million share club".... sounds impressive, but I did tell her
that the share value was particularly close to a penny or so
in value. I sure hope that comment did not effect the quality of care Waite gets from his bueatiful aide.
Well enough with the rumor mill. We did end up discussing FASC and figure that it may take quite a few strawberry pies to celebrate the "fact" that the share price is going to be going north soon.
RJ
Hi Waite,
It looks like you are buying again today! You may own FASC out right if you keep it up.
Thanks for the call yesterday and the optomism!
RJ
Sam,
She has been an on going Student while doing the accounting for FASC. I am not sure of her age but she has been doing accounting for approx. 7 years.
RJ
Charlie,
I agree. Having her on full time for FASC would give her
time to do things for FASC that Brain does not have time for.
RJ
Hi mrtthedoc,
Kelly has been FASC's accountant for years. She is a good one
to get on the payroll being that she already knows everything about FASC. I am assuming by getting her on the payroll that Brian is expecting forward growth.
My thinking,
RJ
Waite,
Promises? or Hopes and dreams!!!!!
I am positive this is a slow but steady climb going forward.I
am not seeing a Cisco explosion. We can't afford it!!!
RJ
Hi,
Look at these...;
PowerMaster ReCyclone Transforms Garbage Into Energy
It’s a clean way to get rid of garbage. New technology created by PowerMaster Environmental Group takes ordinary trash and turns it into energy and reusable power sources like diesel fuel.
The PowerMaster ReCyclone™ acts like the wind inside a tornado, grinding garbage into tiny pieces and shrinking the need for extra landfill space. Not only does the grinder reduce landfill space by up the 97%, but it is a key component in converting waste into energy.
PowerMaster ReCyclone™ technology reduces waste in landfills, turns waste into energy, and recycles waste products. Trash becomes electricity or a variety of compost material, organic waste becomes diesel, and plastic turns into oil.
“This is the newest way to go green because it extends the life of landfills,” says Lila York of PowerMaster Environmental Group, which manufactures the PowerMaster ReCyclone™.
“Plus, the PowerMaster ReCyclone™ can be completely customized for any business or any facility to reduce their waste into a renewable source. The Processor is so versatile it can grind almost any waste except case-hardened steel,” says York.
PowerMaster has identified more than 17 vertical markets including waste to energy, landfill reduction, disaster cleanup, factory seconds, and recycling of almost all material. In addition to shredders, the company offers complete turn-key operations.
Renewable resources continue to be the focus for PowerMaster with its waste into energy process. Every landfill is a treasure trove of trash ready to be reduced or converted into something that can be reused, thereby providing seven times the amount of landfill space, the company says.
“This new technology couldn’t come at a better time, either,” says Paul Dole, director of special projects at PowerMaster Environmental Group.
Look no further than the European Union – where the majority of countries are in a self-proclaimed garbage crisis. They’re out of landfill space and need to figure out a way to stretch their land and recycle as much of their garbage as possible.
PowerMaster ReCyclone™ provides a viable way for businesses in Europe and the U.S. to reduce their burden on landfills and convert something like rubber tires into reusable surface material.
“Europe is already in a garbage crisis and the U.S. is nearing one,” says Dole. “The PowerMaster ReCyclone™ can help any company or municipality do its part to save the environment and stretch landfill space and all the while, we’re creating new energy.”
and....
Gasification
Poop + Trash = Power!
One of the most exciting components of Toyota Elephant Passage is the planned use of a biomass gasification system, which can turn human trash and animal waste into energy to power Toyota Elephant Passage. The gasification system will convert more than 90 percent of the zoo’s waste into usable energy.
Biomass gasification is a clean, environmentally-friendly technology that has been in use for decades, but has never been used for such a diverse waste stream ranging from human trash to animal waste. The zoo’s groundbreaking use of this technology has put us on the cutting edge of green technology that could change the way businesses worldwide handle their waste.
Every day, Denver Zoo produces an average 4,200 pounds of general waste (food waste and trash left by visitors), which goes to a landfill and 2,700 pounds of animal waste that currently is composted. Preliminary estimates indicate that the conversion of zoo waste into usable energy could save as much as $150,000 a year in energy costs. Denver Zoo’s landfill contributions will be reduced by 1.5 million pounds per year, putting the zoo a giant step closer to becoming a “zero-waste” facility.
Today, the zoo is testing gasification technology in hopes of becoming a national leader in renewable energy. Toyota Elephant Passage will be a highly-visible model project in reducing dependency on traditional energy sources — as well as greatly reducing challenges in managing solid waste streams.

RJ
Net,
Costa is a cruise ship that hit a bump?!
Don't try to tell me that FASC is going to hit a bump unless the]
Bump is going to propel it in lieu of sinking !!!!
RJ
PS. my poor attempt at humor?
Charlie,
The dust was the first issue. The last issue was the moisture emmission from the drying which should not be a problem but when the EPA person was their he called it eshaust?
MnVap is doing Pellots big time, but they are using other methods.
When the KDS gets on board it is supposed to help make a better pellot.
I know they have the building for the first line but cannot start others until the present set up is in use.
The above information is old and from previous conversations
with the good folks from MnVap. I do not call them anymore due
to others calling them now. I do not want to wear out our welcome.
RJ
Charlie,
The EPA is nuts. They hold up green jobs as well as Petro jobs.
A little common sense goes a long ways, but these guys for some
reason need to justify their jobs?
RJ
Hi Waite,
I can see from the volume you are up to your old tricks again. If you keep buying more FASC shares .......?
RJ
Net,
I have no real Idea what Brian is going to do. I have pushed for diversification for a couple of years. We have talked about types of diversification that could be an option but Brian has let me know on a couple of occasions that should he do anything, he could not tell me until he PR'd or put it on the Website. He did share with me that he could not do it at the time due to the previously shared limitations. Reguardless of our opinions of the future, the one I described is the way it is at the present time.
Your thoughts are as good as mine!!! ..maybe better.
RJ
Charlie,
General conversation about opinions positive or negative with out detail is not insider. Conversation about things PR'd is not insider. Subjects found independently is not insider. That being said any information from the Company
and its personal that is not either publicly known or commonly available via internet, news, PR's or other public forums would be. This is my understanding.
Below is a better description per Business Dictionary
insider information
Definition: Intimate knowledge or material non-public (privileged) information on the affairs, operations, or financial position of a corporation that will affect the market price of its publicly traded stock (shares). Unauthorized access to, or an attempt to benefit from, insider information is commonly a criminal offense. Also called inside information.

Waite,
Brians daughter got married and moved away, Brians son got married and moved closer to FASC All in the last couple of years!
RJ
Net,
The $ 400,000 though "hugh" and helpful is not enough. It will take quite a bit more to add to the Grant and an engineering staff to accomidate the diversification. I have talked in depth several times to Brian to encourage diversification. He would like to very much, if able to overcome his financial and staff limitations.
RJ
Hi dunc,
We boys like our toys! Mine mostly pulls various trailers that we have. Occasionally a camping trailer.
I would like to get it fixed and carry a load of FASC shares! I do not know if Waite is going to leave any for the rest of us to buy?
RJ
Charlie,
I am OK!
A duelly ( if spelled right) is double tires in the back.
Not big enough to carry a KDS, unless a minature size, but pull one maybe on my flat bed????? ,maybe not.
RJ
TR,
That news release from Hong Kong and information on S. Korea is what I am hanging my hopes on. They are both in need of waste sludge solutions big time.
KDS to the rescue!!!!!
...if Waite keeps up his buying pattern he will soon be able to vote in who is "Chairman of the board"!
RJ
Hi Waite,
Once my Truck is fixed give me a call ahead of time and I will be one of your helpers!
I think you can give it a few months or so before FASC causes you to need to move.
RJ
PS. Lets pray that after all you purchasing of FASC Shares that
we do not hear any bad news!!!
Hi Waite,
Last night I rolled my Ford 350 crew cap duelly !!! Had PLPD as I like to self insure????? So, I guess I will have to wait on those shares!!!!!!!!
Go for it Waite!!!!!!!!!
and TR, Charlie, etc. etc.
RJ
Fasctrack,
Right now I am a laughing stock...!...I had a couple friends buy a few shares probably mostly to humor me, but in the next year I am believing we will sustain continual and gradual growth.
disclaimer: Cals estate can effect PPS negatively depending on how estate shares are handled. Other than that I think we are in for gradual growth. Of course spikes can always happen and be short lived.
RJ, lookin to be JR!!!!
