General conversation about opinions positive or negative with out detail is not insider. Conversation about things PR'd is not insider. Subjects found independently is not insider. That being said any information from the Company
and its personal that is not either publicly known or commonly available via internet, news, PR's or other public forums would be. This is my understanding.
