Charlie,

I stoped in on Waite for a FASC summit meeting. It was approx.
1 or so in the afternoon. I was shocked. I knocked on the door.
When the door opened the face of this lovely approx 20 or something brunette say to me "David is in the shower" and yes I could hear the shower running. I am thinking that if a guy is going to get older he sure could use Waite to show him a thing or two about taking advantage of it! Now, I do not want to imply anything here about anything......but when I get old........................, I guess I better stop there.

Waite later tells the young lady that we are FASC share holders
"million share club".... sounds impressive, but I did tell her
that the share value was particularly close to a penny or so
in value. I sure hope that comment did not effect the quality of care Waite gets from his bueatiful aide.

Well enough with the rumor mill. We did end up discussing FASC and figure that it may take quite a few strawberry pies to celebrate the "fact" that the share price is going to be going north soon.
