LOL Twin Turbo. What are ya going to say when I increase my holdings in a week or two? Just curious.
Nice post back to jjtruthmatter Twin Turbo. He is obviously interested in the company which is more than I can say for 99.9% of ihub participants. I know he is a shareholder but has dissenting views as I do as well. If this all works out he will be a most happy camper as will I.
I pretty much plan to stick with the program into 2012 and see what happens with a few bucks. I am taking steps to open up a
Zecco account so I can pick up some of these cheapies like you and the others are doing. I won't gamble much perhaps a million shares or so but it could pay off. My stock broker friend thinks I am crazy....LOL.
BTW jjtruthmatters didn't write this email I am posting with permission since he is not a public figure but rather a former
stockbroker for a major financial institution who follows the board and never has posted anything here. He bought into this stock at .015 in Feb-March based on my recco and the DD he had at the time. He also spent an hour or so on the phone with Newton and that was hilarious. Newton told him he desired to be a Law School professor. We both were scratching our heads about it. We remain in daily contact discussing various stocks. This email is not too flattering but hey it's real:

The next phase of the RCCH unpleasant surprize for the cult will be when they learn newtons view of relisting! Walk away from RCCH and start a new company elsewhere! There will be no "automatic" transfer! The gang got it wrong big time bro.! We saw the unpleasant truth starring them in the face several months ago! Now they are broke! Noone will buy this POS stock now except the diehard, dilusional,in denial, cult members led by the king pumper.
Take care
Oh well folks. Lets talk about the Las Vegas Party. Who wants to book the Beligiao Hotel? Never been there but it would be fun to see it. Damn Newton is holding up our party
and needs to get on the stick pronto. Now that he has invested $24,000,000 of his own money into RCC Holdings don't you think we are undervalued here? Just a thought.
Well Catani with all due respect, I would have to disagree with your post that "Paul is a notorious liar". He has said things in the past which have not happened yet and he did make several statements which are highly questionable in the light of historical developments.
One of the things he told the NYC conference was that Spooz was adequately capitalized and was not looking for any additional funding. I don't have the link to that speech anymore to give you but he clearly said it and many people believed him. This was when the O/S was about 1.4B shares.
Well now it is pushing 5B shares and anyone who relied on that statement got taken to the cleaners big time. It would be interesting to see how the Wallstreet investors at the conference view Spooz now. Clearly, he needs them and their support but is his credibility completely shot on the street?
These guys don't play games and statements like that are really damaging. There have been others as well but I guess you could call that mis-step lying to Wallstreet alright.
Some call Paul, et al a bunch of scumbags with zero credibility based on what they have said they would do and what they have accomplished. Well for some the verdict is in and they are no longer shareholders but for some they will give him a little more slack and see what happens.
Be objective in your posts catani. Subjective opinions are a dime a dozen on the message boards as you know. I appreciate your points of view as I respect all dissenters who have given it a little thought. One day you might change your mind about Spooz if they come thru and shock everyone. You never know.
Best of luck to you.
I have never talked with Groves or had anything from him or Peng He either. Learned he left the company in Oct.2007 from a source along with He and speculated he might have taken the software with him as a matter of fact. As it turned out they did...LOL. Didn't forsee the legal complications at that time.
Caused another storm of protests which went on for about a month or so in Nov.-Dec 2007 on this board. Then Spooz confirmed it after denying that anyone of "importance" had left
(see email from Darryl Dennis and Paul Strickland). Then they
filed suit against these guys in Dec.2007 I guess.
Before your time Georgie but sheds some light I hope. You seem to be somewhat mystified when someone drops in now and then.
LOL GeorgiePorgie. Great name BTW. It was before your Ihub birthday in July but Much Compensation and I were debating the revenues (or lack thereof) for Q1 and Q2 2008 which would be derived from the Chicago Green Zone Launch. It went back and forth for several days as I recall. At the time SPZI was in the trading range of .0060-.0085 depending on the day. This was in January 2008.
I had what I thought was reliable information from a knowledgeable source who said there would be no rev's until late April or May and posted it. Caused a storm. Well people made their own decisions about it. As it turns out it was right on target and over the months ensuing the PPS drifted down to where it is now. In that case a dissenting voice was raised but people took their sides in the debate. Those who held the course lost big time. The historical record of all this is clear. Sometimes dissenters like I was then have valid points to make. You should learn to listen carefully in pink sheet stocks. Mindless bashing is useless but DD from
dissenters can save you money.
I am not a dissenter in SPZI at this time. I have no inside information on what is going on there. And from what I can tell neither do you Georgie....LOL. But carry on.
The market place is in a dynamic state of flux from day to day and week to week. It is relevant to listen to what might be
posted good, bad, somewhat related. You just never know when a heads up might be posted that makes a difference.
Discussing Omniquant is really not so threatening. They are a competitor of Spooz with a very similiar product. There is nothing there that would cause anyone to sell a position in
Spooz. Anyway there seems to be lots of cheap shares around
if people are interested. Not for me, been there and done that and Spooz paid off handsomely in 2007 as it did for everyone who got in during the Spring of 2007 and sold later that year.
I had a heads up in August-Sept. that Spooz would redesign their software package from a couple of sources. I left based on that information. Didn't want to do it but won't argue with the trends and dynamics.
Good luck with your investment.
Well there's one for Imperial to check out if he is so inclined if they are offering a 30 day free trial. It would be interesting to see how it stacks up to what is known about the spooz product.
OQ's job description for the Software Programer says their customer base in NYC is "growing". Would be nice to see Paul and company make some type of similiar statement in the near
future.
Looks like Omniquant is hiring for the NY area to work on sales applications to hedge funds, trading desks, etc.
http://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/sof/806823424.html
Spooz needs to get a move on. They are giving these type of folks entirely too much time to impliment their marketing strategies IMO. I am sure Paul could answer the issues involved if someone were able to contact him. You see these guys in Chicago then I think you might have a little more concern. Just a thought.
Omniquant selling their product now at higher prices? Thats been the word for a year now. Thought spooz would catch up long ago. Just thought it was interesting they seem to be in the market selling a similiar product. Could they drop the price some? I suppose they could.
Correct me if I am wrong but I thought spooz was going after the high end sector as well?
NP gbathat. Not currently holding a position in spooz. No plans to buy any. I thought my tone was neutral not trying to cast any doubts on spooz. Entertaining though.
Lets say 250K was purchased at .015 average to be accurate, so
$3,750 is now worth less than $100 w/ commissions. I have had
millions in rcch before but no longer. Everyone else has similiar stories if you bought shares between Feb-April 08.
Even if you jumped on the bandwagon at .0020-.0010 you have a
nice haircut thanks to Newton's policies. Just dissenting and
venting banchrima.
Pay attention to what Newton has been saying BDM. Thats what your focus should be on about now. I say again, Gene has been dilusional in his thinking and it has cost us money. Instead of staying on the pinks, possibly uplisting and attending to IWS biz in the USA he is traveling the world doing whatever.
These trips he has been taking are expensive. Guess who has been paying for them? And the uplist?
Yep for whatever reasons someone stepped up at the ask in the last 5 minutes of trading and we were only down 20% today at
.0004. Maybe this is the bottom. One would think so. But then again we thought .0008 was a bottom not long ago....then
7, 6, 5, and now 4.
IWS is a real business I do believe unlike so many other stinky pinkies out there that trade at this level and Lord wonders why? Now if we have to sit thru more of the silent
period for another 6 weeks or longer (into Oct.) other folks might just get tired of looking at it and dump them. Well thats the way it goes in the pinks.
Gene Newton did this people not I or anyone who is invested in this company. Let him know how you feel and turn up the heat on him. Don't be sheep led to the slaughter without a fight.
I do know my shares are worth $100 today and Gene sold the same amount back in May for $1,750 if that post is correct.
Did he steal my money? No. He didn't it was me who bought this stupid thing in the first place. He helped for sure but the responsibility rests with each of us individually. This
haircut business is getting old. I expect some flippers to show up if they already haven't....it may be over-sold now.
The chart does not look good for the past 120 days IMO.
BDM its defamation of character. And opening up that pandora's box by a CEO like Gene Newton with his statements on record in PR's and emails leaves him wide open for a countersuit for Securities Fraud, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and a list of other complaints which would flow his way in a defendants counter-claim.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions in the USA as to those who hold public office and are protected by numerous
laws including the Constitution. Legal liability often protects the innocent, especially disgruntled shareholders.
Who would expect a sell-off from .0007 to .0003 could happen from posts on a message board? Does ihub really have that much influence? Happens all the time and usually it is the
company in question dumping shares for cash to pay expenses.
Many traders in the penny stocks don't read the message boards they just play the momo crowd and their charts. Stop-loss selling does occur however and it may have been that the declining PPS triggered some of that action this past week.
But what else is new? Happens all the time on a daily basis.
The police frown on consenting scuffles out here on the West Coast. Even the NFL players are getting heavy fines for the
occasional swings they take. Witness the Redskins game last nite and the commentators opinion that a scuffle which occured
would get a fine from the NFL head office. Things have changed even there. The policy is becoming zero tolerance in the USA much like the changes in the DUI laws. Even if you are below the limit you can still get into grief.
Fortunately Twin Turbo you don't make such decisions for the USA and hopefully not for yourself. This isn't the good old high school days when fistacuffs got you a 2 day suspension. Now
everybody goes to jail and even threats of bodily harm can land you in the clink and cause a bunch of legal problems.
Times have changed thats for sure. I sent Gene a heads up on the SEC case against the CEO of USSE who has since resigned.
That guy sold shares into his pump and dump scheme. Newton hasn't done that in his defense. Ok, he sold 250,000 for some reason at around .0070. I guess he wanted to take his wife out for a nice weekend. Looks like a smart move. He got around $1,750 and today it is worth $75. I should know...LOL.
Agreed.
Hi MNM. Yes, of course I would gladly mend fences with Gene anytime. I am not really bitter. I took my chances on what he had to say and I was wrong. Disappointed in losing over
$7,000 so far....yes indeed. I am like you willing to wait and see how this plays out.
Best of luck to you. Send me an IM sometime and stay in touch. Our chats were fun in the good days. Take care.
They would be selling if they needed cash for operations and payroll. We don't know what is going on with that....the T/A is gagged now. He did state he would do this and I advised him not to but again its his company we are just along for the ride.
Hi trent. I tried for several weeks to understand Gene Newton and finally gave up on it and focused on IWS as best I could.
Still am. I have a small lotto play. Good luck to you.
Yes, there seems to be a slight descrepancy between what the market thinks and what Mr. Newton alleges. As I said he chases rainbows around the world but needs to get back to what he can do effectively like he did in Las Vegas. Concentrate on IWS and the USA business. If anyone did buy into his stock for $1.50 do you think they might have been selling or did they ride it down like the rest of us?
This is why I said I had zero confidence in Gene Newton as the CEO of RCC Holdings. He has shown me nothing but alot of hot air. Actually some might even laugh at him for making such statements. However this is the horse we have our cart hitched to for better or worse.
Good luck to everyone. Should be an entertaining ride and I can't wait to spend my millions on some luxury currently beyond my means. Did Gene lose $24,000,000 of his own money on RCCH? I doubt it but you never know. Looks like he made a piss poor choice if you ask me.
Yes, I have more good news from Gene but it is somewhat dated.
April 10, 2008 but it is all good I guess. Is Gene dilusional or what? Well you think not and that is up to you but this email had me questioning my investment in RCCH....way back on April 10.
"I have talked with who are knowledgeable about penny stocks. It bothers me as well. If you reduced it to 500M good things would happen. But as it is, it looks bad"
I deal with billion dollar companies. Do Joint Ventures and Partnerships that are over 39 billion in value. Sale restricted stock at 1.50 a share and it does not bother them. (They think there doing well)
So why should I care what a bunch of small time penny stock Monday morning quarterbacks have to say. With a drop of a dime (phone call) all penny stock shares could be bought and ergo
all the little pinky mentality with it. But I guess that why RCC is where it is for we look to the future not to a 100,000 dollar trade. Wake up and smell the roses. Your buying 3.50 stock below a penny. Be happy.
Or send me check for 24 million plus because that what I have invested in a stock that has a 2.5 billion dollar os that being used to buy companies and put it a world wide market. Your female whore moans are showing. I can show you this same statement from you more than three times.
We are a non reporting company.
When it is longer to our advantage to be in this position we will move on.
There now I got to BITCH
I can Bite
Todays not a good day. My family has been threaten and so have I.
This means to me we are making end roads and are staying the course.
Thanks again for your support and help. Also I know you mean well.
Just a bad day.

Hi gene. I did file a formal complaint with the SEC on Scottrade yesterday and copied the CEO of scottrade as well. I know they have had at least 4 complaints filed on them in the past few days. So, I have done what I can about it.
The A/S continues to hurt the stock from the comments of new potential investors I have talked with who are knowledgable about penny stocks. It bothers me as well. If you reduced it to 500M good things would happen. But as it is, it looks bad. Just so you know.
Nice to see you bump up the revenue projection for 2008 to $15M....that is good news! Excellent job.
No one can find out anything about CPIC and so that news was basically a non-event as you can see.
A website would be nice to have. They might get a few calls but they can always refer them back to you.
Just a suggestion.

I flopped just once Twin Turbo. From the positive take I had to a skeptical view in May. However, I still bought 2M shares on 7-14 but flipped them. Made a few bucks to help offset my previous heavy losses on around 1M shares.
If Gene Newton comes thru for a $1 per share I will personally send him a case of Johnny Walker Black Label scotch. NP with that at all. Let the party began. Plan to watch you on Opra
that would mean he came through as you expected. LMAO bud.
He told me that the construction company he was involved with before he got into RCC Holdings had completed sub-contractor work on all the major hotels in the Las Vegas strip except one....I think the exception was the Ventian.
I believe he made his money in Las Vegas working as an employee of a major sub-contractor in days gone by.
Nice move TT. Good luck with them. I might try Zecco to have an option on buying into RCCH:
http://hello.zecco.com/landing/search/search2/?campaign=googlead
My shares are currently worth $125 or something. I am not concerned.
LOL Twin Turbo. No, Gene is probably too tough for me to scrap with at a Las Vegas party. I will be enjoying the millions that you guys are forecasting I will have and unlikely to be in the USA. Want to do some extended around the world travels. Would that be Ok with ya if I passed on Las Vegas, I have already been there several times and the party might be too wild for me?
However I might mend fences with Gene Newton in the near future if he delivers on any of his promises. In that case
let us consider one of these options:
http://www.fivestaralliance.com/luxury_hotels/north_america__united_states_-_west__las_vegas,_nv/index.html
Maybe JJtruthmatters will show up Twin Turbo. BTW how did you enjoy that PM yesterday. I guess you were dumb-founded that your theory did not hold water once again.
Did the SEC get in touch with you yet and take action against Scottrade? LMAO bud.
Dumar the North Carolina project at Pinehurst was PR'd to look like they had $200M+ in rev's but actually they will get 3-6% of that total if Claude Smith's projections are accurate and IF the project goes ahead. Ditto the other PR's as well.
They have stated their rev projections for 2008 at $15M in total back in April or May. No one knows if they can give us any rev's in 2008 at this point with the delays they PR'd. It is really not up to them but rather depends on the developers and what they can do given the current housing melt-down. So, the tide is going out and the question is when will it return?
Some say 2010 and some longer. Just a few thoughts.
Some people have lost their hard earned money on this scheme but thats the risk one takes if you play in the pinkies and OTCBB stocks where the true values are ALWAYS in question.
We no longer have a market in the pinks like we did in 2005-2007 when people were much more optimistic and willing to invest large sums in story stocks. Sadly many, many have taken severe losses which often happened in a single day or
just a few weeks.
The Real Titan plays strictly the charts like Clay Trader and Dart do among many other experienced players. They never buy into a story only the momo possibilities like we had here.
This stock has lost 99% of its value since July 14th. That
should tell you what the market actually thinks about it and what can happen if you buy into a story without solid DD from independent third parties, etc. Even then you can lose big if the fundamentals change in some substantial way. Look at Fannie Mae for example at $77 just a year ago and now hanging around $7 and change. The market changed and it cost them billions from defaulted mortgages....ditto Freddie Mac.
Looks like Travis did better with his Iraqi Denar play. Up to $840 USD per million denar's. He bought in at $650 he said.
He was hoping for parity with the USD when the troops pulled out which would give him $1M for each $640 he gambled.
I think the California market maker pulled a fast one on Travis when he dumped all the shares at .0006 instead of doling them out piecemeal like they should have in the 504.
Companies have no control of the situation once they accept the money but at least he got something for those shares.
Now he has a shell and 6% or perhaps 10% of OneFi for better or worse. You got to ask yourself if you would risk capital in
OneFi given they are privately held and have no rev's and need
a continuing supply of capital to meet payroll and overhead.
Apparently Travis was satisfied it was money well spent....but he used your money to do it. I think he will sustain a loss
on his investment and may have re-thought his plans based on the collapse of the PPS.
Will it dip down to .0001 over time or hold some support here?
That is a question each person may want to evaluate if they are still holding shares. I did look at the Iraqi denair and
see it as a better gamble than RDWG but hey thats just me and I am unlikely to put any money into the denar given the instability over there. Just some thoughts this morning.

Nice to know your views allie. Good luck with it.
LOL Georgie. Didn't say there was anything "fishy" about the Spooz-Omniquant arrangement. It didn't work out....end of subject. Looks like you got a little homework to catch up on
my friend....
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=30554559
Yes, Menlo Park.
http://www.omniquant.com/company.html
I deleted all the info I had on Omniquant's programmers some time ago. However as I recall they were located in Northern California (Menlo Park?). I believe you will find the ref's to the contract agreement w/o particulars in Spooz's Q3 2007
Quarterly filing. Might have been before your time.
Another look at Omniquant. Doesn't this look familiar?
http://www.omniquant.com/product.html
and this:
http://www.omniquant.com/product_components.html
A $10,000 per month contract in which payments were made for awhile indicates that there was a legal agreement in place. I am just saying that apparently there were loopholes to it in which Spooz could set it aside. Perhaps performance levels that were not met. Often these things can be disputed and in some cases end up in court. However in this case, Omniquant is offering a similiar product as has been discussed extensively and you can view it on their website at:
http://www.omniquant.com/
I haven't been following omniquant lately.
I don't know what financial resources Groves, Logic Box, etal might have. Even if Spooz received a monatary judgement you have the whole issue of actual collection to deal with and often times that can be offset with a Bankruptcy filing prior to a final judgement.
In the case of EFFC (defendant) the plaintiff filed for BK and still the case lingers. Just saying these things can drag out
for years if contested by both parties. The mediation process
may not solve this issue. In my case there was mediation and it dragged out for over a year and the decision made by the court appointed counsel in the matter was not acceptable at the state level and we moved the case to the Federal Courts.
I think the issue for Spooz is about the ownership of the SWARM software and other issues. You would have much more information if you saw the actual "Answer" from the defendants
filed with the court. Just a suggestion. That would tell you the defendants take on the matter and what legal issues are involved from their perspective.
EFFC has a similiar law suit in the courts which has dragged
out for around a year now. Although the details are murky it
has dramatically impacted their ability to offer their product for sale due in a restraining order imposed by the court until the matter is determined.
Be thankful that there is no Omniquant lawsuit at this time.
I had some concerns that Spooz would be named as a defendant but apparently it was settled and agreement nullified.
I am not a lawyer never took the Bar Exam in the state in which I obtained my Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. Have had
more than 50 court cases however as part of a State Bar program sponsored by my law school. Did this for 2 years, meeting once a week with clients who were primarily Russian emigrants who came to the USA during the collapse of the USSR.
It was quite rewarding.
With regard to the lawsuit which Spooz has filed against Groves,et al, I can only hope for your sakes it is speedily
resolved. I was the plaintiff in a lawsuit against a major
corporation which started in State Court and ended in Federal Court. It lasted 7 years. The defendant in the case made a settlement offer which was accepted 24 hours in advance of jury selection. My attorney was retained on a contingency basis but it still cost me a lot of money to pursue. In the end it was hardly worth all the aggravation it caused but I
did have the satisfaction of winning the case and the 3 employees involved were all dismissed and there was a five figure cash payment made.
In this case, Spooz really has no choice and I doubt they could get legal representation on a contingency basis (attorney shares any awards made at typically 30-40% of settle-ment) because Groves, et al probably have no money. This is a defensive law suit which they must feel was necessary. I am
sure it will be expensive for them.
Perhaps it will be settled in due course but I wouldn't hold my breath on it....these things can drag out for years. It
would be intelligent to write it off and design new code as
they appear to be doing.
I have no idea on how this legal matter affected the Green Zone beta testing. One would wonder if they pulled it back or
if they were able to modify it quickly and continue. Guess you folks have some more digging to do.
