I don't know what financial resources Groves, Logic Box, etal might have. Even if Spooz received a monatary judgement you have the whole issue of actual collection to deal with and often times that can be offset with a Bankruptcy filing prior to a final judgement. <br /> <br /> In the case of EFFC (defendant) the plaintiff filed for BK and still the case lingers. Just saying these things can drag out <br /> for years if contested by both parties. The mediation process <br /> may not solve this issue. In my case there was mediation and it dragged out for over a year and the decision made by the court appointed counsel in the matter was not acceptable at the state level and we moved the case to the Federal Courts. <br /> <br /> I think the issue for Spooz is about the ownership of the SWARM software and other issues. You would have much more information if you saw the actual "Answer" from the defendants <br /> filed with the court. Just a suggestion. That would tell you the defendants take on the matter and what legal issues are involved from their perspective.
