Did you see that last trade; 400 shares @ 0.053 (up 0.005). Now that is what I call financial strength, or is it to move the price up so they can bleed a little extra out of the unwary investor? Chipwa1
Ops! (truss). Chipwa1
Time to pull out the PR thruss again, the stock just hit 0.048. Chipwa1
et al: I've just returned from my second visit to GDVI. If interested go to www.ragingbull.com, GDVI, message 11399. I felt better about the company after the visit (subject to future Q's). Chipwa1
ethereal wolf. O.K. will do. Chipwa1
Just in case anyone has any questions they would like me to ask Phil, please let me know. I will be visiting the plant on October 12, 2007. Chipwa1
Everything is O.K. they still received fulltime pay. Chipwa1
I did my visit to Friars Rd. too. Door was locked....went to the Suite across the hall...there they told me.."they" only come in when they have vistors. Slide my card with a note under the door and Ray did call me back some time later. Chipwa1
Oh, the old mention all the big semi users, while hitting the sell the warrants button routine. Chipwa1
Revenue is the only fact and,or truth either side wants to hear. Revenue isn't yet the light at the end of the tunnel. Its not on the hortizon, nor has the ground work (talk) produced anything beyond hope in hearts of longs. The first P.O. sits gathering dust, unfilled. Preproduction and production runs are in managements thoughts only. The Balance Sheet is down a sink hole. Claiming to be the best of anything yet technology wise in the whole world, is only hope in the minds of a few. This is a religous experience at best for some. Chipwa1
Oh, let me take a WAG! End of the month, pump up this puppy so that insiders can dump more warrants. We'll see a drop then again. Nice move, great timing for the chosen few. Chipwa1
"...To secure the Company's obligations under the bridge loan aggreement, the Company granted a security interest in substantially all of its assets, including without limitation, its intellectual property...." Per the Q. Wow! Chipwa1
Brad: One word that counts. "REVENUE",when? Chipwa1
As for me, I would clamer for:
(1) Production.
(2) Sales.
(3) Revenue.
(4) Profits.
Chipwa1
P.S. Not for see through P.R.'s and talking, talking and more talking. c.
10QSB is out. Pink Sheets, or Stockmarketenews. Chipwa1
This is a pocket money stock, not even a penny stock. Guess who's pocket the money goes into. Only REVENUES can stop the fall. Chipwa1
An average shareholder: "What do I want to hear news about?....More PR's, or REVENUE? REVENUES stupid! That is what will make the world go around and will move the SP up, not this, talk, talk talk. Chipwa1
What would really pump me is REVENUE, not this warmed over word stuff: get real. Chipwa1
Now we have a late filing. Posted today. Chipwa1
Now we have a late filing. Posted today. Chipwa1
I swear it was they early this morning, I do agree its not there now. Either I'm having a senior moment, or it was pulled. When I saw the volume I went right to the stockmarketenews and pink sheets sites. Oh well, sorry. Chipwa1
Go to either www.stockmarketenews.com, or www.pinksheets.com. Chipwa1
Yes and I don't see many bright spots. What is your read on it? Chipwa1
As you must know by now, the filing is out. I didn't see to much in the way of good things in it. I would say this is the second time Phil has stuck it to the shareholders. Chipwa1
Anyone see any expenses for a limited prototype run? Should have cost around $00 to $50. K. What can they be testing? Chipwa1
I have a dumb question! What are they testing? (1) Is this product on a computer, a Breadboard? (2) When did they build what is being tested? They haven't built a proto type chip set yet, have they? I've this question asked before, if they have built a limited run how many units? This sounds a little thin story wise. Chipwa1
Forgive me, but its chomping at the bit. At least that is what I remember from my farm days. I was chomping at the bit to get away from the 4:30 milking (joined the Army) and the horses were chomping-at-the-bit too, to get out of the barn. Chipwa1
IMHO, Mr. B and Dr. P master minded the departure of Al and Mike for obvious reasons. ($$$) There was no algorithm work done on the technology prior to Jack. A Ph. D. from Stanford was to do the work, but Jack stepped in before the project began. Enough of the past, let the future begin. Chipwa1
They made a deal with Jack. I was at arms length and wasn't kept informed. The only way I knew a deal must have been made was when I tried to call Mike at work and was told he had quit. Al and Mike were given a lot of shares, salaries and were underwritten to complete the technology; a pretty good package I'd say. There is a lot more to the story, but somewhere in the mix I have a NDA which covers a small part of what went on, which I still honor. So, I stop a the point in the story where I signed the NDA. I for one don't blame Ray, but two other people for where RSMI is today. Chipwa1
When you are trying to raise money, as you must know, the technologist goes under the magnifying glass, more than the technolgy. Its like curb appeal in real estate. As has been discussed here many times before, Al and Mike were non-degreed. So, they stayed in the background as much as possible. I was the front person. Because Jack and I had ongoing dealings, I stepped out of the picture (without regrets). Al, Mike and Jack did a deal and Jack took it Ray. Mike can stand with any PhD in the field any day, don't ever sell him short. Yes I know, no degree, but very smart. Chipwa1
Of course not. It did pass the tests performed and the tech worked as Al and Mike always stated. A behind the scenes deal was made to get the powerline tech to replace wheel's stuff and the bigger issue was Al's big mouth off the handle remarks to the power to be, for removal of the two. Chipwa1
I was present before and just after the Lucent testing. Once again, the origanial board that was tested was short some compentents and could not be fully tested. I talked to the test engineer from Lucent after the test was complete. Al and Mike had set up 6000 feet of cable containing around fifty pair of twisted 26 gauge cooper wire. The the pairs had taps and other sumuliations of the real world field cable. The engineer provided a list of the equipment to be used in the test and Al and Mike least for the test. Chipwa1
Those jumping on the bandwagon are not doing any buying.....must be a pure pump. Chipwa1
Struggle? No struggle for salaries, or bonuses! Now building a going concern with real revenue, now that is a problem. Chipwa1
I stopped buying last year. Phil's statement (20 Mil projection)was cause for me to hold on, only to get burned. Now, I'm on hold mod. Chipwa1
If the bandwagon is in, or about to leave the station, don't run to catch it. Better to sit down on your fat wallet and save you money for another opportunity. Whoever had $500 in their hot little hands today and had to buy those 7,109 plus commisinon, well good luck. Chipwa1
News; Product release. www.pinksheets.com. Chipwa1
Tonight the 10-KSB is out. 6.6 in Revenues. Don't like the look's of the filing. Chipwa1
Once again; "Caveat Emptor". Chipwa1
