Nice announcement. I like news with $ attached. Great area here to add on
Sounds like more sales opportunities for SQUM products with the Alpha Data Corporation news today.
From a technical analysis viewpoint which compares the turnup in moving averages, the stock is giving a buy signal as the price is trying to break thru the 200 dma as the 20 dma is close to breaking upwards thru the 50 dma. Some may beleive technical analysis means nothing while they focus completely on the fundamentals of a given company. However, technical analysis generally preceeds improved fundamentals which generally are realized after the technical buy is given.
I wouldn't say it means nothing. Only time will tell.
Loanstew: Very well said.

Hopefully Cyberkey management is more focused on marketing and selling product versus watching the stock price.
Selling and marketing product at this point is more important than grey versus pink and OTCBB/Pink AMex listing. If successful in selling product the stock price will take care of itself.
If not next week then the months to come. Surely CKYS management has been conducting business as usual versus worrying about the stock price. If worrying about the stock price has been managements interest I would be concerned. Hopefully that has not been their concern over the past couple of weeks.
Several ads have aired as planned on major networks which many have ignored. Hopefully, consumers not looking at the stock nor concerned about have seen the products and become interested.. If shareholders would leave the company alone and let management do business then in my opinion the stock price will reflect the efforts of management which should be on selling product not the stock.
I look forward to the stock trading again next week.
No; This is even better.

Whatever happened with this. "Analog Devices" is traded on the nyse also. Keep bashing CKYS there's a ton of broken deals in Squm's past you and others never bring up.

My reply below to Nostoksrallgoodorbad. This nostoks poster really is stupid and deserves to be slapped in the face with his stupidity.
Concerning Analog Devices and Sequiam relationship.
1 in 64 millioin in case you question nostoksrallgoodorbad comment about Sequiam Analog Devices broken promises.
Looks like Black and Decker Smartscan to me. Notice link on Analog Devices site directs you to Sequiam site below:
http://www.analog.com/Analog_Root/static/promotions/blackfiniseverywhere/index.html?ref=DSPS001
Analog Devices Blackfin chip works along side Sequiam Biometric Scanner in Black and Decker's Smartscan lock they just recently showcased at the International Homebuilders Show last week.
Did you notice Analog Devices execs alongside BDK and Sequiam execs at the Homebuilders Show in Orlando? Thank you for bringing up Analog Devices. Credible companies like ADI not to mention Fujitsu are strategic partners introducting and working with Sequiam's biometric technolgy.
The retail/resellers are lining up to bring these products to market. I sincerely hope that Cyberkey can deliver as promised and be one of the first to do so on a mass scale.
Cyberkey could be like Home Depot to Black and Decker. Credibility has to be overcome!
Not sure on what you feel is reliable. Are you referring to Pinksheets.com or SEC filings?. SEC filings are fairly reliable from what I understand. Were all the SEC filings deleted as well? Are they also performing maintenance on their databases?
A PR for a PO submitted to what company?. I don't understand Morse code. Could you be more clear?
What Powerpoint presentation are you making reference? Is that also available on Pinksheets.com and now vanished due to maintenance of the database?
You continue to impress me with your sophistication.
Good Luck
Thanks for the compliment. You seem very knowledgeable about patents and products. This bodes well on your DD on Cyberkey. LOL!!!!
That is your choice not mine. What is your angle? Sounds like a legitimate choice in my opinion. Only time will tell.
Good Luck
JP is the man. You should continue to believe everything the guy says.
He is the hero!!!
$3.5 million of debt is nothing compared to $33 million in revenue! What about the $33 million in revenue?. Halt me and please explain!
National Rifle Association is much bigger than anything you are trying to incenuate.
I sincerley hope CKYS is not fraudulent. I don't believe they are and wish much success for the company and look forward to the stock trading again. The suspension in trading was a very misfortunate event.
If the CEO was on top of the situation noting like this would have ever happened. Big distraction in my opinion. No one to blame but the man at the top!
I sincerely Hope CKYS make it thru this. However, Sequiam is not dependent on Cyberkey. You haven't done your homework!
Orders mean nothing. The abiility to resell should speak volume!
Sure you can. Glad to see you can spell!
Who makes the products Cyberkey claims fame and fortune?
Any clue? Think about it???????

Kwikset(R) Introduces Futuristic New Biometric Home Security Application
Thursday Feb 8, 02:00 PM PST
Revolutionary New Technology Allows Entry Via Fingerprint Scan
LAKE FOREST, Calif., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Kwikset(R), a leader in the residential security industry, unveils SmartScan, a biometric keyless entry system for the home. Building on the success of the Powerbolt(R), a keyless entry system, Kwikset now takes access control to a new level with the launch of SmartScan. The revolutionary SmartScan technology completely eliminates the need for a key or key code, utilizing only a fingerprint scan. Biometrics is the method of authenticating the identity of a person based on physiological characteristics. The most well-known method is fingerprint identification. Kwikset's SmartScan is a biometrically accessible deadbolt door lock system that can be applied to internal and external doors in residential applications.
(Photo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20070208/LATH011 )
The SmartScan deadbolt is activated simply by swiping a valid fingerprint across its sensor. SmartScan reads sub dermal fingerprint patterns located beneath the outer surface layer of the skin, making it unaffected by dirty or worn fingertips. Programmable with up to 50+ user fingerprints, SmartScan also has a special timed "lock out feature" that allows homeowners three levels of access options. This feature allows continual access (24/7) for family members, temporary access for house sitters or contractors, and time restricted access for babysitters or housekeepers.
"Consumer acceptance of biometric technology is accelerating," says Eric Lundquist, director of brand marketing for Kwikset. "It is currently available on portable hard drives and IBM ThinkPad computers, as well as in grocery store checkouts, gas stations and automobiles. Biometrics is an emerging technology that can give consumers an increased level of home protection and peace of mind."
Kwikset's new SmartScan technology is based on its proven Powerbolt mechanical platform. It can be easily installed on most standard doors and requires no hard wiring. The durable, low power consumption system operates on a battery with a life of one year (based on 20 accesses per day).
Kwikset's SmartScan is specifically designed as a stylish alternative to the bulky, undistinguished industrial biometric security systems currently available. It delivers a sleek, attractive designer look and feel, with its biometric fingerprint reader stealthily integrated into the overall design. SmartScan is available in a variety of finishes that enhances any decor in any home. The finishes carry a lifetime warranty. SmartScan ... it puts security and convenience right at your fingertips.
For more than 60 years, Kwikset, manufacturer of America's most trusted name in security, has provided beauty, security and peace of mind for millions of families. For additional information on Kwikset products, visit www.Kwikset.com, or call 1-800-327-LOCK.

Can Biometrics Get More Mainstream Than This?
New biometric deadbolt from Kwikset points to growing acceptance for consumer-are biometric devices
Geoff Kohl, editor
SecurityInfoWatch.com
If there was ever any question about how accepted biometrics could be by consumers, then the question may have just been answered.
Lock maker Kwikset, known for its off-the-shelf DIY locks for residential applications, announced today the availability of a lockset with biometric functionality.
The company's SmartScan units take a simple, easy-to-use approach to residential security, adding fingerprint sensor and memory of up to 50 approved users to a powered Powerbolt Kwikset lock.
The system is designed for use with both internal and external residential doors, and is battery powered. The SmartScan fingerprint biometric addition places the fingerprint sensor at the base of the otherwise ordinary Powerbolt deadbolt (which can still be operated by key, if preferred). The system is said to use only one battery a year if you're accessing the door 20 times per day.
In a statement about the new product, Eric Lundquist, director of brand marketing for Kwikset, said that Kwikset recognized a changing consumer sentiment about biometric technology.
"Consumer acceptance of biometric technology is accelerating," said Lundquist, who noted that the unit was more compatible with residential design than the commercial-like systems that had preceded it from other vendors.
http://www.securityinfowatch.com/online/The-Latest-for-Security-Dealers/Can-Biometrics-Get-More-Main...
Kwikset has lifted the curtain on a stylish biometric keyless entry system for homes, utilizing SmartScan to eliminate the need for a key or key code. All you need is to swipe a valid fingerprint across the sensor in order to activate the deadbolt. Depending on how many people you have living in the house, the SmartScan system is capable of storing and recognizing up to 50 user fingerprints, including a special timed "lock out feature" which opens up a trio of access options to homeowners. You can set continual access for family members, while house sitters and contractors are given temporary access. There is no word on how much a SmartScan system costs, but each purchase comes with a lifetime warranty.

Hayloft: Good point and I agree. I never understood the relationship with CKYS and SQUM unless CKYS had cash on hand to pay for SQUM products upon delivery. I feel that was the reason for the relationship as SQUM being a manufacutring company needed cashflow prior to waiting 60 to 90 days if they dealt with a big name retailer.
If CKYS actually had cash on hand and I hope they do and still do then it would make sense for SQUM to resell to CKYS as CKYS being a small company would buy for products much faster than traditional retailers. SQUM needs cash to replinish inventory to ship.
However the recent suspension in trading and financials they issued has my questions in doubt about Cyberkey's ability to pay. or I feel Black and Decker offers much more credibility to Sequiam than Cyberkey ever could. If Cyberky comes clean and is legit then it is a boon for Sequaim again. However, Black and Decker BDK has greater marketing capapbilities than most understand. Black and Decker is huge! We wamt them as a patner!
My frustration was centered around the bogus posts on the CKYS board claiming they were in control of SQUM. That was completley ludicrous in my opinion which was reason I chose SQUM as an invetment over CKYS.
If the investors in CKYS thought so much about the products CKYS was[,im my investment in my opinion. were not acceptable}
Then why not can cancel the trial and go to the direct retailer in first palace.
I.E. Sequaim SQUM
If CKYS gets their act together then maybe we can have something to discuss. Untill then, lets not discuss a merger at this point. It is completely ridiculous speculation and not worthy of discussing on this board at this time.

Outstanding is pretty accurate but float is not close. Over half of the outstanding shares are restricted.
Outstanding shares is approximately 82 million. Float is considerably lower around 35 million if that . I will not post exact figures but you can call the transfer agent and they will be happy to discuss all of this with you.
No problem and feel to ask questions. We try to be civilized and discuss negative and positives about this company. The majority of the posters on this board are very friendly. Anyone that displays themself in an abusive attacking manner will be dealt with in the proper manner.
Thanks for your investment in Sequiam and I look forward to your discussion in a friendly manner.
Did you watch the demo's in the Sequiam IBOX listed above? Consumer Reports, Kwikset website. CBS feature on "The Early Show". USA Today. Very credible reports in just a short period of time.
Correct, BDK expected to rollout nationwide in June per comments in on of the demos. Archibald, Black and Decker's CEO has been hinting about this product in interviews over the past few weeks. All the while BDK hasn't issue a P.R to this point about biometrics in their new product rollouts
The International Homebuilders Show was first time BDK has brought the product out for public demonstration.
Also, realize Sequiam is not just a one product company and has more products in the pipeline than the Smartscan biometric deadbolt lock.
Your credibility is not suspect on this board unless you abuse posting priviledges. Some posts are better if you want to get in a pissing match with someone to go in a PM conversation.
Argumentive posts on this board will be deleted. If you have credible questions we wil answer in a credible manner.
Private messages with poster that are argumentive is why the PM feature is available.
Please feel free to ask credible and worthwhile questions on this board.
We look for glasses half full and half empy. Just don't desire to attract posters looking to break the glass if you know what I mean.
Good Luck with your investments
DYTB Daytona Brands:
This is what I understand but have not verified with Transfer agent. Will try to do tomorrow and if wrong someone please correct me.
DYTB:
-OS 32 Million (28 of which restricted)
-Float 4 million, 2 million of which is restricted for the next 7 months.
-That makes the tradable float 2 million.
Still looking to verify authorized shares.
TeeRoy: Stay Tuned. Sequiam has been in R&D for the past several years. Fourth quarter was the first time this company started shipping product in mass. This being a test trial as well.
In addition Fourth quarter results have not been released. I feel fourth quarter sales increase should be indicative of the acceptance of the companies products which should indicatae a steady increase in sales in the coming quarters.
I also believe the manner Black and Decker showcased the product at the International Homebuilders Show is indicative of acceptance and credibility by a major company which should eliminate any concerns about Sequiam's financial condition.
Did you attend the International Homebuilders Show this past week or see any of the product demonstrations?
Hattrick: To the contrary,,,,we have a friendly board. Very calm and quiet.
Please don't try to stir up unnecessary controversy
My other choice is DYTB Daytona Brands
Have not checked with Transfer Agent yet but below info is accurate.
Understand public float is approx. 8 million shares. Very small
