This is what I understand but have not verified with Transfer agent. Will try to do tomorrow and if wrong someone please correct me.

DYTB:

-OS 32 Million (28 of which restricted)

-Float 4 million, 2 million of which is restricted for the next 7 months.

-That makes the tradable float 2 million.

Still looking to verify authorized shares.
