Hi Nukem..... yes, the Eagles look tough.... too bad Purdy got hurt early on or it would have been more interesting...... got to hand it to KC, they toughed it out for sure......dumb penalty on that hit out of bounds but I bet the guy didn't even know it at the time. The refs played too big a part in the outcome of that game. I think the Bengals got "DU'd" and it just wasn't right. Oh well..... the SB could be a good one. Not as GREAT as last year though I only have a couple weeks left to be the "Defending SuperBowl Champs"
P-Dude,
Just for the record, I have nothing but respect for you and your contributions to this board along with your efforts to spread the benefits of V to the masses. Anyone personally insulting others on this board is wrong regardless or where a person stands on this vote or other matters of opinion.
rose, you should be able to vote electronically.....
Hi North....... they (Lovaza and gL) existed before generics jumped into the icosapent ethyl arena so that is a different issue. Advertising campaigns could have been developed to promote V and show Lovaza has never been proven to reduce CVD risk. This will not happen under the existing circumstances.
I'm with you...... Denner wanted a couple of seats on the board and they denied him..... was that too much to ask for a guy that put Millions into AMRN stock? According to mgmnt apparently it was..... then they come out with "Sarissa didn't communicate a plan as to how he was going to increase shareholder value" . What a load of BS! As if Denner didn't have discussions with mgmnt as to why he wanted a couple of board seats. I'm not buying it. I see this as another example of mgmnt not being straight with shareholders.
I still find it interesting that the US market is not going to be promoted thus will only grow at a snails pace if it grows at all. I totally agree with the strategy by the way. Thanks to Raf and Capt, we know the market hangs around 100-105k scripts per week split between the five players. Is this enough for the Generics to be satisfied with? Didn't they realize that AMRN would play it the way it is being played? What am I missing? If things stay the way they are, wouldn't some of them give up producing gV?
Not 2 million but I did just increase my faith in Denner by 1600 shares..... $1.83..... oh yea! Crushing it now.
jasbg...... I wish I could afford 2 million shares........ I do have lots of oil wells though...although up here in the northeast, we call them potholes
Hi Nukem...... yes I'm a long time Taxachusetts resident. But a Ram Fan living behind enemy lines I'd love to see the Cards win a SB..... if it weren't for that ridiculous last second catch and throuw by Ben Uselessburger, you'd have a well deserved trophy..... I do have a Kurt Warner rookie card though so there's that
. It's worth many AMRN shares now.
My order for a couple of million shares just went through.
Hi Capt..... some of us don't do and can't stand social media platforms such as FB but count my MA based 60K shares in the Sarissa camp
New Zealand is home to the Kiwi...... we have our own Kiwi on this board. Maybe he's from New Zealand and has been spreading the word of V to the entire population. All 1500 possible patients..... but hey, it's 1500 more potentials than what we had before the news so I for one will take it
Interesting..... we know where it's manufactured. Did we already know this?
Manufacturers:
Capsugel, Ploermel, France
Patheon Softgels B.V., Tilburg, Netherlands
Patheon Softgels, Inc., North Carolina, United States of America
Since MITIGATE has nothing to do with CVD data, let him have a field day. The only person that it matters to is you!
It's too bad we didn't have a PR department that could pounce on articles like this to highlight that CVD is the number one killer in the world and one day they hope to have a drug that can reduce this risk.

Well said ziploc........ It's Denner for me..... he certainly can't keep us more in the dark than our current AMRN leadership.
Tough crowd
Here's hoping he drops a few hints prior to the vote.
Have we speculated on why Denner has such a distaste for Olsen? Being the eternal optimist that I am, I will say that Olsen wants to set this up for sale to his favored BP and Denner wants to set this up for sale to his favorite BP. As long as we all win let's go with my theory. I prefer Denner. It's certainly possible that in past or present dealing, Denner just can't stand the guy.
isaheed, I agree....... the current management team does not communicate at all to it's shareholders. Why is there no update on approval in China? Nothing. Why was there no update as to why they did not join Marjacs effort on appeals? Nothing. They negotiated a settlement with Healthnet. Why did they not include in the negotiations the ability to tell their shareholders something other than it benefits the company? I'm sick and tired of lack of communication from this management team and I intend on voting for change. They've had plenty of time to improve communication to the shareholders and haven't gotten it done. No more!
Nukem....... I think although not optimal, as long as you are keeping a high level of EPA in your system, you're getting the benefits. Even if you miss a few doses once in awhile.
If I were in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and bought stock prior to the Du decision, and above these values today, I would be looking for revenge Denner is looking to replace the Generals not the Soldiers.
Nukem..... I'm thinking as long as Denner gets control of the Board, he can decide KM's fate. I'd be fine with that outcome.
This was pretty comical as well......
While this is happening, the most important thing you can do is to stay focused on our business and your day-to-day work.
Agreed Nukem........ my top 5 were Niners, Philly, Cinci, KC, and Bills. Somebody had to lose in the Cinci/Bills game and I'm surprised at how well the Bengals spanked the Bills. Dallas has a solid defense but I always felt their offense was overrated. Dak is just average. They had a shot though at beating the Niners but they didn't take advantage of Dak's ability to run. The Kittle catch was fantastic and the play of the game. That Purdy kid is solid.... the moment is not too big for him. Does not bode well for us Ram and Cardinals fans . The Seahawks are pretenders so we don't worry about them.
That's why most financial reporters are clueless with regards to why prices do what they do......
Not sure if the buying will slow, but I'd be willing to bet the selling will slow
I agree Kiwi...... AMRN mgmnt is on the spot here...... if they get the price up before the vote, they have a snowballs chance in hell of winning but it's a chance. The price will do nothing unless they announce something worthwhile for shareholders. If they do what has been the status quo, then some folks better start cleaning out their virtual desks.
Not much in this Fool article that we didn't already know but press is press.

I agree..... there may be light at the end of the tunnel for the long suffering Lions fans. I feel for them. They are at least watchable now and actually fun to watch and root for. Jared Goff is the key.... the guy can make some amazing throws but he doesn't make quick decisions and doesn't always trust himself. He's also capable of making some "WTF was that" kind of throws
Great point..... but I gave my word......
Message to management if you are reading these posts...... if you can get the share price to $10 before the vote, you have my vote.
My problem with this "The current management and Board, with global market access expertise, global commercial experience, global financial experience and global medical experience are the ones with the experience and background that can make this happen." is that I have experience in many things but I don't have clout in those things. We need someone with the ability "to get it done". Someone with a track record of serious juice to get shit done.
Drip drip drip....... the lower it goes, the less votes current management receives.... playing right into the hands of Denner.
JRoon....... you need to switch to decaf..... deep breaths. A couple of people have vented their frustration and threw out $5. That's their prerogative......and it works for them. Most of us are in the same camp as you and feel it's worth more so let's see how this plays out.

Latest preliminary proxy statement
I found this one pretty comical....
We recognize that Amarin has faced significant challenges with the launch of generic competition. And many of you – our fellow shareholders – have seen the market value of your stock suffer as a result.
How about ALL OF US.
FFS, that's one way to explain it but the most likely cause for the drop is that I bought a few more shares at $2 and the stock gods hate me!
Hi Nukeum......... I agree that's what your cardiac kids need. a Tom Coughlin overly structured disciplinarian type for 2 years...... and Murray is too much of a diva. When he's on, he's amazing but he's inconsistent and injury prone....... your window of opportunity closed quickly but hey, that's life in the NFL
