So what? Trunk spelled it out perfectly. Those that scammed investors are gone and in the process of being buried. Those that remain learned from past mistakes, fixed what was fixable and moved this company on to further its research and development to the point of demonstrations. These reporters have had to deal with bashers as well as pumpers, some of them actually know what they are doing and care about the truth unlike some here who constantly withhold and twist information to serve their own agenda.

Much different than the last test with others in charge. Stuttgart engineers are in an elevated status like MIT. I imagine they have already tested the heck out of these specs removing most of the luck factor out of the matter.
The Stuttgart atmosphere is MUCH different than before and I am sure they are aware of the fallout from the test you mention.

I would venture a guess that the powers that be at GTC know a little more about the chances of STS-111 success than the you-know-who's.

Heck no, those shares are ours. Had I known Huff's intentions to dump I would have never been buying in that time period. He bypassed the rules and laws for personal gain and falsified records, etc., etc. etc. which mislead a lot of us.
Sorry to inform you the class action has been settled. Truly sorry. I don't know if it is possible, but maybe another class action against the perps. Anybody have any input here? I would think the insurance company would be interested in collecting from them as well. Just guessing.
