i hope so 50 extra machines just for specific customer/part is an overkill for low volume hinges
twl
more fun facts
This has resulted in securing our first orders for recurring, volume, deliveries of functional parts utilizing our technology. Monthly shipments began in July and will result in regular supply into a targeted market,

This has resulted in securing our first orders for ………………., deliveries of …………… parts utilizing our technology. ………. shipments began in July ………………………………. into ……….. market,
so why did management add
recurring,
volume,
functional
Monthly
and will result in regular supply
a targeted
riddle me that
agree 100% handsomehank but im bored right now plus its fun to reply with facts
lugee/yihao/eon/maze/minimum of 90+ machines as of 2019 etc have never existed in the past
a cell phone cant function without it ;)
alot of machines/capacity and many years of research if it was just for hinges which in itself is good news once promoted but it has to be more than hinges
all folding phones right now are very low volume nowhere near the 50 million annually parts capacity that yihao had as of end 2019
it all boils down to your own personal interpretation ‘read’ of the phrase ‘functional parts’
it could be mechanical (by the way lqmt has already shown hinges on its flyer) but it can also relate to ensuring the proper function of the device the ‘functional parts’ are destined for.
so ‘functional parts’ can be anything that allow devices to perform/function properly/magically
from that same press release ‘first eight-cavity mold’ and that was 2 years ago
lets not get distracted from the main point that liquidmetal/bmg/amorphous phone frames/cases are real and have inspired artist concepts not the other way round.
'stream metal' is a rebranding/subsidiary
fortunes are built on hope lqmt production for ce/auto/medical etc will happen im lucky to be in it now at the ground floor while its still a penny stock.
many uses for lqmt much of what plastic/steel/aluminium/titanium can do lqmt can do better
you the man payme and otw
correct old photos that are real and not artist concepts so if this technology is 'old' then we are due now for volume production
first you claim the image is fake/meaningless but once the image and 2 others are proven real liquidmetal frames you change the topic and claim the 3 real liquidmetal frames are now meaningless based on no revenue from past quarters while ignoring the q2 pr stating functional parts/volume production/delivery started in july.
not yet since the press release above states volume deliveries started early q3 so revenue will be reported in november
the artwork/phones are the french designers concept but not the liquidmetal frame from zhejiang guanyu the article links them both together.
where is the link to the designers blog showing the liquidmetal frame as his/her own concept and not from zhejiang guanyu
no the liquidmetal frame jrs5 posted is from Zhejiang Guanyu Stainless Steel Tube Co., Ltd
https://tubingchina.com
http://tubingchina.com/LiquidMetal.htm
the links you posted are articles about concept phones based on the liquidmetal frame from zhejiang guanyu
and here is another liquidmetal frame this is from eontec/lugee from november 2018
ce volume lowers cost making future uses of lqmt more accessible/cheaper for other markets
even more positive points
more positive info also surprisingly or maybe not the amorphous outer case/frame 210 has antenna bands
'money in a baby carriage' well lugee did once refer to himself as the 'mother of liquidmetal'
lugee/lqmt have the technical knowledge/manufacturing monopoly the future looks very good/profitable
some positive points
how can lqmt lose when we have people like lugee and Gao Kuan, General Manager of Yihao Metal who are experts in the complexities of getting lqmt into commercialization/proucts and all the r&d/manufacturing/industry-govt. connections/capital they bring with them.
we hit the jackpot when lugee came to the rescue feels good knowing he owns 45% of lqmt

its telling me that stocks go up stocks go down stocks go up stocks go down stocks go up etc etc etc
economies of scale just like coca cola first made aluminum cans economical for others to use/follow
credit to josh for that analogy
true the front display panel is attached/trenched/trapped to that rectangular bracket/frame for strength/support :)
the lqmt flyer last year stated '20 million parts produced annually' that was when they had only 45 machines
producing 15 million mmwave is a walk in the park
it all comes down to how many machines are out there
we only know for sure yihao has 90+ as of end 2019
we dont know how many machines are at foxxcon etc (6+6%)
yihao can make parts in volume with multi cavity molds like camera brackets/sim trays as displayed on it flyer and that was from mid 2019 since then its machines/capacity has increased.
12 months is a long time to get ready
this could be interesting wonder what the ‘new/incredible technologies’ are made with.
The flagship phones in the second half of the year will be released one after another. You will find that the R&D capabilities of Chinese brands and the commercial efficiency of new technologies are too strong. All kinds of incredible technologies will appear.
