This morning is the buying opportunity of a lifetime. There's no doubt there will be a run in a week or two when the first real LOI/deal is announced. And there won't be one, I assure you.
Nothing would be mentioned in that manner to stockholders at this juncture. Especially no names could be mentioned.
It would be irresponsible on all levels and would be manipulative without being substantive, not to mention the legal ramifications.
No one else has a technology like this that can be 100 percent counted on to deliver harvest to harvest. Certainly not biofloc or new and improved biofloc announced last month.
The patent is strong and worth the leap by serious distributors and producers. I, for one, have 100 percent confidence they are going to get a lot of "bites" and we're going to see a huge amount of electro-coagulation units licensed and very likely a big chain seeking to expand them out to build and produce shrimp for them in other regions besides Texas.
If anything there will be a bidding war for the latter, in my opinion.
TY This is momentous information. What a fine SHMP team of professionals on all levels, from conception, to building, to marketing this technology and product.
I'm so proud to be a stockholder and look forward to the success in every way of this company.
The speed at which this company has broken ground is phenomenal. Have to laugh at the lack of patience when the official test of patent was only just announced as done last week after years of trial tests and this weekend the first pitching for licensing and sales of the technology and shrimp. Only a couple of weeks since ordering additional equipment for expansion of their electro-coagulation units because of the confidence in the viability results.
And yes anyone who has read the patent knows it's worth in the hundreds of millions if not over a billion alone, the shrimp business is secondary, and testing will continue on other species.
Why it's exploding any day https://insiderfinancial.com/naturalshrimp-inc-otcmktsshmp-shrimp-growing-technology
Upcoming: seafood exposition in Boston with seafood distributors in attendance and SHMP next weekend.
SHMP's attendance at biggest US aquaculture convention of the year this weekend will harvest deals and more press. Investors are holding tight because they believe in SHMP and its tested patent: the first RAS electrocoagulation system to ever hit the aquaculture market.
SHMP making waves!
SHMP is the hottest stock on the OTC. Plenty who don't already own shares regret missing the SHMP bus.
First RAS electrocoagulation system..the Apple of aquaculture. Watch it run the next couple of weeks. Biggest breakthrough in aquaculture since the invention of the fishing pole.
No one sane is selling a single share in the next two weeks.
Awesome! TY for finding this.
The technology alone is worth a billion give or take. The first RAS electrocoagulation system.
SHMP is only going up. Common sense.
They hadn't finished tweaking their patent and have been in the r&d business the last five years, not in the big shrimp production business. The goal for five years was to verify the first ras electrocoagulation system in the world and get it right before officially announcing it's ready for licensing.
Tweaking meant full capacity tank, highest possible viability, and as mentioned through the grow out, the unexpected quadrupling of density.
The system is actually an all in one pathogen zapping, sensor based automatic feeding, debris removing, ammonia removal system...there was a lot to get right here...
And as you noted earlier prototypes got up and running to grow acceptably clean shrimp, but they had plenty to perfect.
The important third party verification of the shrimp being edible was on what they consider their sellable prototype as far as legimizing their patent as "tested"....but the TWPD visits shrimp farms at different stages and certainly has had to approve any past harvests of shrimp they grew.
This is it.
Now they can move ahead both as a shrimp company and they will continue r&d as next up is testing it on other species.
They were not going to invest in more of these units to grow shrimp until they perfected it...and as the test came to an end and they knew they had nailed it they ordered more units, as you saw in recent press.
When this was just a shrimp company before they collaborated with f&t, they got fed upn with the unreliable harvests grown using biofloc. They can return to full production now confident of high viability week after week.
The TWPD is the only organization in that state that can and did certify the shrimp for harvest and sale at the end of their official test of their technology. Prototypes had been used for the few years prior getting better and better results, but only this last 28 week grow out of ahrimp from the larval stage was their official test of their patented technology.
Nobody can harvest fish in Texas for sale and consumption without the TWPD certification as a third party.
They have been running prototypes a few years already before feeling it was tweaked enough for the official tech "test." I think the people interested have been watching it since inception of the company, so I think you're wrong.
People invest in new technology that offers the promise of much greater efficiency and output and are willing to get in early. Electrocoagulation has already been used for years, and even in open fish farming. It just never had been applied to RAS systems before, so it isn't like everyone wasn't already familiar with the concept of it.
As even in Texas where the average harvest is 75 to 50 percent mortality, and anyone's guess harvest to harvest what number will come up, putting so many of these start up shrimp companies out of business, it isn't such a gamble to take the leap.
Let's have just a little more patience so Take it easy about Monday....first of all...if they get one exclusive offer of some sort they may hold off for a better offer they have the seafood exposition next week with big distributors attending, secondly, deals can be announced quick but the paperwork can take longer, but an LOI isn't too far fetched, especially with smaller licensing agreements...certainly if I were going into the business I'd want this new technology, or if I were not happy with numbers with biofloc I'd want this technology....
So we'll see.
I'm hoping a big distributor will see the advantage of morphing to full control of cutting out the middleman and simply invest in opening their own warehouses instead of relying on frozen contaminated shrimp from the east...especially in the US where they should support American businesses in my opinion.
Either way Monday or 2 months from now we're going to be seeing some great things I"m 100 percent sure and the pps will rise to a surprising place I also believe beyond expectations. And hold.
TY. Our passion for the success of this company IS A REAL ONE, BECAUSE SO MANY OF us want to see the earth, our oceans, our rivers, survive the mess humanity has made of them and the very critical danger open air shrimp farming is in terms of destroying the mangroves that are crucial in replenishing the oxygen on our planet. This just has to stop.
And yes, we'd like to profit alongside the BIGGER risktakers who set this in motion. NATURALSHRIMP AND F&T WATER.
RAS electrocoagulation is the most exciting step in the right direction in a long time, and I'm positive the aquaculture world will catch on sooner, rather than later.
The cost of switching over will be a deterrent for some in the beginning, but the big companies and new smaller companies will lead the way in leaping away from the unsustainable and inefficient technologies of the past. While it's great to support third world initiatives, we should be doing so by setting up the people who depend on fish farming with this technology, not encouraging them by continuing to buy shrimp that is farmed in such a way as to contaminate their environment to the point that their contaminated harvests have been banned in higher and higher numbers for import anyway.
They didn't have to "harvest" all of them, as in remove them from their tank and prepare them for market, they simply had to have the GREENLIGHT TO HARVEST THAT LOT from the TWPD. They received that APPROVAL, which meant the shrimp had grown to the correct weight (23 grams approximately) after 28 weeks in their RAS technological ECOCOAGULATION system, FROM LARVAL TO FULL GROWN, and were deemed SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION, in water noted as debris free, ammonia free, pathogen free. The fact that they showed over 90 percent viability is a SIDE NOTE to the joyful news that their ANNOUNCED patent test, after five years OF testing and tweaking the technology, had passed mUster. The 90 percent VIABILITY REFERRED TO the ENTIRE LOT.
SFP, Sustainable Fisheries Partnership, isn't doing its share in encouraging the switch to sustainable, RAS farmed shrimp rather than the continued blight of our environment with unsustainable, eco damaging fish farms in mangrove ponds, etc., which is getting worse and worse. American mega companies on this list should be investing in NATURALSHRIMP if they're so concerned: https://www.sustainablefish.org/Programs/Industry-Partnerships
Delgado was not his co-defendant.
Macora was the plaintiff.
And doesn't name Delgado in this summary of his complaint against others.
Delgado is not named in this document.
And Maciora was the plaintiff, not one of the defendants.
That was the official "test" batch after many refining the technology since embarking on this 5 years ago. They were already having success and harvests, and they continued to improve survival numbers. They knew they had cracked the code by the time they announced THE test of the patent and then began to grow outt this final lot. This info as to past batches is in the media and why they've been followed by interested parties throughout.
I did and you're just wrong, Delgado did no wrong, and that is a legit law review of the entire case in its minutiae not just one demurrer, as they were able to go through the whole thing for anyone without people paying hundreds for the privilege. Team SHMP is 100% doing right and good as far as I and others who've bothered to review this swill involving ancient history at a very risky, and risk taking CEO, at another company.
And here is this lawsuit with judgments and ongoing issues in an easy to read breakdown...notice Delgado's name is not even mentioned in here in regard to malfeasance, but he was on the board of directors at the time these events allegedly occurred:

Patent filed. Patent tested. Patent raised shrimp from larval stage to harvest size. Patent works. Patent working means PAtent SUCCEsful. Patent successful means patent can be marketed, which is what they're doing.
Let me add failing companies attract lawyers and firms like ambulance chasers...if shareholders sell at big losses or an investment firm loses a huge amount because a company tanks, the litigious appear like vultures...this has increased enormously since the 90s and whomever associated that is seen as a good touch is sued and these cases can linger in courts for years...so as I stated earlier, short of being found guilty and doing jailtime or found guilty and forced to pay some enormous settlement, these sorts of allegations cannot be used to determine an individual's performance and integrity with a position of responsibility elsewhere.
700 enthusiastic shareholders on Facebook! No one is selling. We believe the company is going to break through in 2019 with deals, licensing, sales galore.
All who missed the shrimp boat this week have plenty of room to buy in in the 4s 5s 6s and even 7s.
If you wait to long you'll end up chasing these cheap prices.
Cause the stock is going to hit 2 dollars with the first announced deal, and that's right around the next bend on the shrimp electrocoagulation river!!!!!
Hop aboard!
9% green on extremely low volume over 4 million today.
Usually we run 7 to 14 million daily for last three weeks at least.
This is great.
With volume Monday we should move up faster again. With deals in the works announced after these meetings we will run toward dollarland.
Price severely undervalued at the moment.
There will be a run with the first breaking deals news following this convention and the Seafood Exposition the following week. Meetings happening now with their patent in hand tested a go.
Prices in 3s, as they are now, are super undervalued.
Don't get left behind if you're checking it out now. Get some shares in at this price it is unlikely they'll be availabe this cheap next week with news pouring in from the Aquaculture Convention.
A HISTORY OF APPROPRIATE SEC FILINGS SINCE INCEPTION. GREAT TEAM at NATURALSHRIMP!!!
All mandatory 8K filings done.
https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersform8khtm.html
"Other" voluntary filings filed when of most beneficial timing to the shareholders and stockholders, i.e. the recent announcement they are attending the current Aquaculture convention.
First electrocoagulation system for recirculating aquaculture tanks will REVOLUTIONIZE THE INDUSTRY.
F&T is the water specialist in this patent that they collaborated on.
And address all sorts of applications and techniques to clean water.
But electrocoagulation as a process in and of itself has been around awhile.
Even used to sterilize medical equipment.
But it had never been applied to the recirculating (RAS) systems that started fish farming. These are closed water systems that can be used inland. SHMP's patented system can be set up in warehouses, for example.
That's why this is so revolutionary.
It appears much more efficient than the currently used biofloc technology that relies on keeping water levels consistent with filters and good bacteria etc. to keep for example pathogens in check. But it becomes an even bigger issue if shrimp density increases, not to mention biofloc's higher pricey costs to run.
Electrocoagulation zaps pathogens and they're gone.
Much more on this but their patent is publicly accessible if you want to read up more on it and compare to what has been out there up to now, considering the 25-55 percent viability with biofloc, SHMP's founders set out to create an entirely new system instead of trying to "fix" the old one because of those unacceptably high mortality rates and inconsistent harvests. Updates to biofloc still have not matched the numbers in density or viability or consistency of SHMP'S vibrio-suspension technology.
congrats! Lunch hour dip may be last of the super cheapies today.
shmp is the APPLE of Aquaculture!!! Mark my words.
Run is coming and will pull this stock out of its incredibly undervalued status.
Assessed in April at 2.16 a share MINIMUM if the tech just passed its first test. As it so happened, the viability was reported at over 90%, a number out of range for biofloc, with 2-4x the density of even the "enhanced" biofloc systems touted even in the past few weeks.
What is mandatory for filing on an 8K: The TWPD observation and greenlight for harvest does not fall under any of these categories, except as a voluntary choice under Section 8.
https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersform8khtm.html
SHMP has its reasons to not bother with filing at that time, and doing so a week later in regard to its attendance at the markets, which is an indication their technology is up and running growing shrimp and available to be licensed or sold for great profits.
Comments that they had to file an 8K at the conclusion of their test is simply untrue.
SHMP's patent, an intangible asset, is worth millions to billions. The technology is a gamechanger for the aquaculture industry, as recognized by media in aquaculture, technology, and in finance.
Shorts have not been able to knock the price down.
All filings have been appropriate and timely with the SEC since the inception of this company.
Not one member of the company has touched one share of SHMP stock.
Convertible notes were triggered and that dilution absorbed already during the last run just on the rumor the patent technology was working.
WE ARE GREEN AND UP OVER 10 PERCENT!!!
3s, 4s, and 5s are amazing undervalued bargains for this stock. This week has been a gift for new investors and longs alike.
There is no question of a run as the first deals involving their groundbreaking technology are announced following their meetings at the current and upcoming conventions.
SHMP has responsibly filed every SEC document required of it since its inception. Validation of this is public on the SEC website.
