Yes, this is the famous movie created by your favorite iHub poster Paul Dieter during his visit to Russia. Behind the screen you can hear his wife's voice I guess. This "factory" was in Magadan, and it's a question whether it belonged to Krong. Although... Magadan's Krong was a real gold producing company led by Chegenev. In a couple of years it went bankrupt and was saved by Chegenev, who paid his own money to satisfy debt issues. After this he created twin corporation with the same name in Moscow region and acquired Roshal Plant's dump site for free. Roshal Combinat was happy to get rid of this "asset". Later they produced fake TsNIGRI report about millions tons reserves and high precious metal content, bought empty US shell, etc. I personally talked with many of these people (including L'vov and TsNIGRI experts), and all this information is here on iHub.
BTW, Paul Dieter, who was big enthusiast of several pinkies with Russian assets, after visiting Russia and meeting this gang posted his final message: "They are criminals and Russian mafia" and disappeared from iHub.
What did you say about "living in the past"? Very inaccurate googling. But you will learn eventually. Chegenev is 53 now (born on 10/8/1962). And he lives in Moscow (the address and phone # are also known). He is behind Roshal dump acquisition, fake TsNIGRI assets estimates, Puma, Krong, Markray, and couple of other fake "gold" companies also registered in Roshal to replace Markray after this game is over. All the "presidents", "directors", etc. of those empty US scams are his friends from Magadan and Moscow. For example, he shared the same Moscow address with Krong "Director" Samvel Chobanjan, who didn't even graduate college at that time but lied about his education in Aurus profile.
Thank you for these warm memories.
OK, what's about the "old" investigation then?

Updated Investor Alert: Fraudulent Stock Promotions
The SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy is issuing this updated Investor Alert to warn investors about fraudsters who promote a stock to drive up the stock price and then sell their own shares at the inflated price, making money at investors’ expense.
Fraudsters who conduct stock promotions are often paid promoters or company insiders who stand to gain by selling their shares after creating a buying frenzy and pumping up the stock price. The promoters or insiders make profits for themselves while creating losses for unsuspecting investors.
The SEC has brought charges against promoters for not disclosing the compensation they were receiving for promoting a stock.

It's time "sushit' suhari" Aleksandra.
Sorry to intrude, but your conversation about Markray's "financial reports" is kind of pointless. You are discussing fake documents that has nothing to do with reality. Real Russian Markray is a small company in Roshal selling construction supplies. Their "revenues" are well known, they have never paid a penny of taxes in Russia related to precious metals. Actually Tax Department of Moscow region was very surprised when I told them they have famous precious metal company with millions of assets under their noses. All this is a lie. Aurus, before it went under, also claimed big profits (with the same fake assets), declared dividend (never paid), merger deals (never happened), etc. The whole idea is to feed "stupid Americans" with fake news and sell free insiders shares on any move up. Actually, Markray itself already has a history of lies like these. For example, do you remember how they awarded shareholders with gold coins bonus? Did you get any?
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/gold-coins-as-a-bonus-for-markray-corp-shareholders-168446116.html
Just wait for the news about coming dividend, merger, buyout... anything that can help Russian insiders to get rid of their shares.
It's possible that Adam really believes in these stories (many investors have done this, and one of them was even promoted to Vice President status by the crew), but Mrs. Korogod knows exactly that this is a scam.
Bottom line: when/if this stock goes up try to sell before insiders do.
And here is the latest official report from National Credit Bureau of Russian Federation dated 2/29/2016:
http://www.creditnet.ru/info/?id=7370805
Use Google translate to read and confirm that:
- company's main activity 45.2 is "construction of buildings and structures";
- it's a private enterprise with Director Sharafutdinova. Delaware shell Markray doesn't own Russian Markray and uses it's name to misled US shareholders.
Of course, I have posted all of this (and much more) before. Was just looking for latest updates. At one point we will discover that Russian Markray went bankrupt (like it's predecessors Aurus' Krong and Markray in Magadan), but American Markray is still selling its shares to US buyers. Then a new empty Delaware corporation will claim the same Russian "assets" (covering Russian entities have been already created), and "the show will go on".

search Markray, and you will find numbers of overdue debt that I copied & pasted before. If you want to "dive deeper" you can find my factual posts on this and other boards with links and names of Russian-Canadian scam team. They brought down many empty shells before. The same names, including Mrs. Korogod who was listed as financial director of Aurus corporation.
Again, I am not saying this stock cannot rally on fake news and financials. I am saying that this is an empty shell that owns nothing. Russian Markray is private company that doesn't belong to Delaware shell, which was created to "sell" exactly the same Roshal assets (fake, btw) that were already sold to shareholders of many other scams played by the same Russian crew. BTW, Krong's bonds that Mrs. Korogod is promoting here are the same bonds that Aurus was trying to sell to naive American investors. Like one of these people told me during phone conversation: "America is the country of nonthreatened idiots".
No comments. Good luck playing this game and believing their "news" and "financial reports"... although I don't think you do believe.
I don't post here anymore - wasting of time. Of course, the stock price can move up and down on iHub pump&dump. But if anyone still cares about fundamentals: this Delaware corporation is empty shell that doesn't own any claimed Russian assets. And "naked shorts" are actually Russian insiders who own millions shares and unload them on any up-move. Just read facts posted on this board before or go to Delaware corporations website and you will see: this "corporation" has never paid any taxes in US, never filed annual reports, and never registered BOD with the State. They just pass this shell from one self-proclaimed "President" and "BOD" to another and will keep doing this until insiders unload all shares, or stock is delisted (like it's previous reincarnation AURC).

understanding Russia and Putin...
This is extremely pro-Russian and anti-Ukrainian article based on false premises (about Ukrainian crisis, Surkov's role, Donbass rebels, Minsk talks, etc.)... just like all other articles of the same author. BTW he was disbarred from practicing law in England before moving to Russia. Russia likes to collect garbage thrown out of Western countries to "represent an alternative view". Some of these people even get Russian citizenship.
http://www.stopfake.org/en/russian-media-columnist-alexander-mercouris-struck-off-over-claim-that-senior-law-lord-had-him-kidnapped/
Just to remind you: several years ago Trump sold office building in Manhattan to APMEX, and accepted physical gold as a payment. So... maybe he sees some value in owning precious metals?
Oil and natural gas take more than 50% of Russian export. The first version of 2015 budget was based on $110 oil. Now the country is spending its currency reserves to meet obligations. They cut indexation of pensions (4% against 12-14% inflation) – which is against Russian existing law, they are talking about raising pension age, implemented 10% cut of all articles of budget (except military expenses). The economy is officially in recession. As to 2-3 years till currency reserves dry out – this is estimate of prominent Russian economists. To avoid collapse they need: a) diversify sources of currency income; b). higher oil price (at least $80/brl). Russian ruble is not World reserve currency, and unlike USA they can’t resolve any problems by just printing more money. Without dollars they can’t even keep current level of oil production. They use foreign technologies and equipment. You may remember that Soviet oil output actually picked in 1980s, and all growth since then is due to high tech imports from the West. I don’t even mention US/EU sanctions, which make it impossible for Russian banks to borrow currency outside the country. So, if oil stays in the current price range, and Russia doesn’t find another source of dollar revenue, in 2-3 years they will run out of currency reserves and start selling gold, or… turn into some kind of big and powerful North Korea... actually Russia is already moving in this direction.
Remember similar article about Venezuela? Another big oil and NG producer, Russia, has about 2-3 years left before the country faces bankruptcy threat. If you look at the list of top 10 countries with largest gold reserves:
http://www.statista.com/statistics/267998/countries-with-the-largest-gold-reserves/ ,
at least 5 of them (Russia, China, Turkey, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia) are seen to be the countries that most likely face the next financial crisis:
http://marginalrevolution.com/marginalrevolution/2015/08/which-country-is-most-likely-to-have-the-next-financial-crisis.html .
Add to this list Brazil, Kazakhstan, Belarus and some other countries that have been buying gold recently… What do you think all these states do when they are out of currency reserves (which are evaporating fast) and can’t borrow money from outside? Well, they will start selling gold. I am pretty familiar with situation in Russia (USSR). The country has long history of selling huge amounts of gold as the last resort. I think other countries are not going to eat gold and will do the same. Gold bugs need closely monitor oil price. If it stays where it is for 3-5 more years it will be very bearish for gold.
IMO.
Yes, as I mentioned before, history repeats itself:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relations_between_Nazi_Germany_and_the_Arab_world
"The relationship between the Nazi movement and leadership and the Arab world encompassed contempt, propaganda, collaboration and in some instances emulation. Cooperative relationships were founded on shared hostilities toward common enemies, such as British and French imperialism, colonialism, communism, and Zionism."
With all due respect… this Roberts’ interview is horrible… Yes, Western governments are weak and indecisive but Roberts’ admiration of modern Hitler is amazing. Actually, it’s a popular view these days - you can see it reading FoxNews comments, for example. People are so frustrated with our current president and US policy, that this makes them blind… Sure, Hitler was “very polite (even when executing decisive military action)” and 97% of German population supported his policy. We are in 1938 now. Hitler (Putin) has occupied Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia (Pridnestrovie in Moldova, Abkhazia and South Ossetia in Georgia, Crimea and South-East of Ukraine), and Marshal Rommel started his successful campaign in Europe and Africa. And many people in America admire Hitler (Putin) decisiveness again, just like they did last century.
IMO.
This is the chart for household spending. Before jumping to any conclusions you need to compare number of children per household in Japan (fertility rate 1.4) and other countries. Japan has the oldest population (22.9% 65 years and older). They may treat their kids well, but... don't have kids.

Pink Sheets and OTCBB Major Differences
- A company listed on the OTCBB is required to file a quarterly financial report with the SEC, while companies on Pink Sheets are not required to report financial statements at all.
- Companies who trade on the Pink Sheets are not required to adhere by the Sarbanes-Oxley Bill, while those on the OTCBB are.
- Companies who list on the OTCBB generally do so because of the extra prestige, while those who choose to list on the Pink Sheets generally do so because of the lower costs.
http://www.stockbrokers.com/news/pink-sheets-vs-otcbb/
I always considered (as the worst case scenario) PMXO to be rare and clean reporting shell worth about $200K (in reverse merger or buyout). By moving to Pinks they lost about half of this value - they still clean but not rare anymore. Actually, I would not be surprised to see form 15-15D (CERTIFICATION AND NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION) filed next. How many auditors have they switched last couple of years? This would remove all this pain completely. IMO.
Lucky Number 8
http://www.travelchinaguide.com/intro/lucky-number8.htm
"Because Eight (Ba in Chinese) has the similar pronunciation with ? (Fa, meaning wealth or fortune), this number is very welcome among Chinese people. The popularity of 8 was obvious in relation to the Beijing Olympic Games which commenced at exactly eight o’clock eight minutes on the eighth day of the eighth month in 2008. When people choose telephone numbers, mobile numbers, house numbers, car identification numbers and important dates, 8 is usually the first choice."
Is Platinum Becoming A Central Bank Reserve Asset?
Summary:
- The new South African labor agreement has some key clauses to push for platinum to be a BRIC reserve asset.
- We think it would be a stretch to get other BRIC nations to hold platinum as a reserve asset.
- The other interesting note from the meeting was that the South African mines minister revealed that 50% of South African platinum mines are uneconomic.
- That is a much better reason to be bullish on platinum as South Africa produces more than 50% of the world's platinum.

The 'Big Long' - Goldman Sachs And HSBC Buy 7.1 Tons Of Physical Gold
Summary
On August 6, 2015, Goldman Sachs, which has issued very bearish forecasts on long-term gold prices, took delivery of a 3.2-ton purchase of physical gold.
On August 6, 2015, HSBC which also claims to be bearish, took delivery of a 3.9-ton purchase of physical gold.
In both cases, the purchases are registered as being for the benefit of the bank's own house account, rather than the accounts of customers.
Investors should do as the banks do, not as they say.

I prefer more kind definition: "buffoon". I think this poster is a teenager who feels important talking with adults on messages boards, pretending to be successful and rich. Eventually he will start real trading and realize that it's not polite to bother people with childish posts about fake trades.
So, when just a couple of days ago you told us that only idiots invest in miners, and gold goes to $500, you were actually buying "a few hundred thousand dollars worth of gold miners stocks"? That's a good trading strategy. Congratulations!

That's exactly what I meant, JT. It's very hard for iHub "professionals" to pump the company producing vending machines... But "joint venture", "low cost PM producer", "claimed reserves", "public listing", "plans to move to higher exchange", etc. - these key words will do their job much easier. PMXO is already in price range these guys are looking for. They just need some material to work with.
Kyle Bass’s Warnings about Fractional Reserve Gold Exchanges were Prophetic
http://mensnewsdaily.com/2015/08/03/kyle-basss-warnings-about-fractional-reserve-gold-exchanges-were-prophetic/
Swipple, there is a high probability that you were talking directly with Meris in this post. There is WI-FI on the Caymans too.
Meris, let me introduce a winning plan for you: forget about vending machines for a moment - it doesn't work as you can see. Tell us about PMX Gold joint venture with one gold producer in Argentina (Peru, Australia, whatever...). They produce metal and are interested in US public listing, you distribute through PMX chain of ATMs and improved company's website... Just think in this direction - this always works.
Thank you 123tom. I do hold small position in stocks, but more concentrated on bullion - particularly platinum, which suffered from China fiasco more than other PMs and could bounce violently when the bottom is in:
http://www.equities.com/editors-desk/futures-commodities/platinum-nearing-major-value-area
And the chart looks encouraging too:
"The ones that usually chime in about this being a good time to 'nibble' on mining stocks don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. "
The same is true about the ones that chime in about buying 'industrial metals' or real estate. Don't follow any "the ones". They are as clueless as you are.
For two or three years (?). You can see my posts on this board. I sold my last shares after I discovered that Meris was blatantly lying to me about "insiders have not sold a single share". Then we all saw SEC forms filed by Mark Goldstein. This management needs to step aside and let someone else take care about stock price. Mark is a professional lawyer and will never risk his reputation. At this point we need someone who "dares". IMO.
Mark Goldstein bought his initial 33 mln shares at 0.00176. It's about $60K investment. He also owns a bunch of shares @ 0.01 which he received as a compensation for the loans (some of them were sold in 2014). The current pending 6-month loan ($10K) means that sometime in September he will be awarded by another millions of shares. We will see how they will be priced. So far, PMXO hasn't set the share price (for consultants and creditors) below $0.01.
PMXO is currently in a watch list of IHUB "traders". They can move the share price much higher if the management "cooperates" and supports first signs of buying activity by company's PRs.
Yes, Mark Goldstein has opened a bunch of corporations for his spouse (and daughter) for "entertainment purposes" and to let them feel important. PMXO is different because it's a public company, and Mark & Partners initially invested their own money in this business. Hopefully they want to get this money back (at least)... Even if they have nothing, PMXO is pretty clean and healthy reporting shell that is worth $100-200K in case if they decide to sell the business or merge it with somebody else. They need to bring new people to the management who would start paying attention to stock price and don't hesitate to push it up. There are dozens of 10-baggers around with nothing to show at all.
IMO.
