For two or three years (?). You can see my posts on this board. I sold my last shares after I discovered that Meris was blatantly lying to me about "insiders have not sold a single share". Then we all saw SEC forms filed by Mark Goldstein. This management needs to step aside and let someone else take care about stock price. Mark is a professional lawyer and will never risk his reputation. At this point we need someone who "dares". IMO.
