$Southridge could try to take old $ICNB over 1 cent to milk in some new money.
.....holla MAXM.
That was a big no no from the start -- a CEO that blocks his shareholders...tisk tisk...IMHO
I'd hope that Johnny could find a way to be more professional.
Blocking shareholders appears to have a correlation with individuals selling OTTV shares. Just an observation in what is confidence.
I wouldn't trust someone that blocked me, and I'd sell my shares..since when they block, transparency is also out the window.
$GEGI - Is starting to perk up nicely Gregg... digging the spike in volume.
It's the highest we've seen here in months....and it is pointing up.
Bingo!....Always watch your L2 and Ihub...it is that simple.

$Factual DD, BBW... re: SEC Forms 3-4-5... No insiders or affiliates have sold any shares here at $TXTM.
Lewis is the fellow with all his eggs in one basket...JMO...of course he needs to sell paper until there is a revenue stream from the cannabis or green tea business/es.
We all want to see Roger deliver us that MJ license... especially David Lewis.
Here's to profits for all shareholders.
Don't miss these trips....they won't last.
MJ season is upon us -- I wouldn't want to be a short when the next catalyst hits.
Good luck.

You need to read the financial reports again, apparently.
It is irrefutable that Roger/Plandai Biotechnology owns 90,000 Series Preferred D shares, and as I previously informed you, Roger is the majority owner. Here is the proof:

What a perfect dip to the lower B band, and now the rip...very healthy consolidation.

$AZFL - added the predictable dip...thank you ASCM
You focus too much on the director executive...IMO
Roger/Plandai Biotechnology is the largest stakeholder here, and as such, Roger is in charge.
Keep in mind that Roger owns 90,000 Series D Preferred shares, which represent 75% of the post-conversion issued and outstanding shares of common stock. Roger is the boss!

Excellent observation BBW - 3.44 buys to every sell so far today.
Now if Roger can deliver the goods, we'll be feasting for weeks to come.

VNDM has retreated to .0014, it is time to push forward -- I see green MJ smoke.

ASCM is trying to short right here. Let's make him run for cover just like we saw VNDM scurry yesterday.
$AZFL
I feel bad for the individual that supposedly sold at .0050 yesterday. Had they properly read their L2, they'd still be making money.
When the MJ train is blowing green smoke, it is financially prudent to continue and complete the journey..IMHO

Bam, $AZFL hittin' the .007's hard... $Next stop Copperville$

$AZFL - Breakaway Gaps Explained
http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.phpid=chart_school:chart_analysis:gaps_and_gap_analysis
"Breakaway gaps are the exciting ones. They occur when the price action is breaking out of a trading range or congestion area. To understand gaps, one has to understand the nature of congestion areas in the market. A congestion area is just a price range in which the market has traded for some period of time, usually a few weeks or so. The area near the top of the congestion area is usually resistance when approached from below. Likewise, the area near the bottom of the congestion area is support when approached from above. To break out of these areas requires market enthusiasm, and either many more buyers than sellers for upside breakouts or many more sellers than buyers for downside breakouts.
Volume will (should) pick up significantly, not only from the increased enthusiasm, but because many are holding positions on the wrong side of the breakout and need to cover or sell them. It is better if the volume does not happen until the gap occurs. This means that the new change in market direction has a chance of continuing. The point of the breakout now becomes the new support (if an upside breakout) or resistance (if a downside breakout). Don't fall into the trap of thinking this type of gap, if associated with good volume, will be filled soon. It might take a long time. Go with the fact that a new trend in the direction of the stock has taken place, and trade accordingly. Notice in the chart below how prices spent over two months without going lower than about 41. When they did, it was with increased volume and a downward breakaway gap."

It is imperative to understand the difference between a Breakaway Gap and an Exhaustion Gap. Clearly, what we have w/ $AZFL is a Breakaway Gap:
That's okay Apostle.. some simple folk will miscalculate/underestimate the power of MJ.
They either learn today, or never learn.

Truenorth2016, with this $TXTM thought...
I have perused the latest TXTM quarterly report from August 21st, and according to the information found within, we observe that Steve Berman (the current CEO of ONC-I) continues to hold a stake in his former company, Protext Pharma/Mobility.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewersymbol=TXTM&id=177897
According to this filing, Steve Berman maintains beneficial ownership of 2,675,000 Series C Preferred shares. It is also stated that Series C Preferred shares are endowed voting rights equal to 200 votes per each share on all shareholder matters.
As you have alluded, Berman has announced his interest to pursue MJ/Cannabis projects. It is speculative whether Protext will be involved in such future projects, but what does remain clear, is that Berman is most certainly still connected to Protext, as the below information demonstrates.
There should be some positivity next week with txtm...the pos are what fly...look at all the Q stocks

$ICNB is at the whim of Southridge.
They manipulated it up to .0340, shorted it big time,,, JMHO ,,, and they could decide to run it up again whenever they choose...Southridge is here to make money up and down... it is their ATM and their casino... and Rich is but a pawn/puppet to them.
Sometimes it pays to be a pilot fish along for the 2nd ride
$AZFL - No wonder it keeps running.
