TenKay: I get it...You're BULLISH on BVTK! Thanx! lns_eom
TenK: What are you trying to say? lns eom
TenK: Patient about insinuating things "coming home to roost".
What do you mean by that, here, w/ BVTK?
You clearly insinuate we are going to be surprised by something bad here.
So, please, stop "beating around the bush" and tell us what you really think(!) and stop w/ the insinuations, that's all I ask.
What EXACTLY do you THINK "bad" is going to happen here?
Oh, and and "trader" by definition is not an "investor".
They are complete opposite strategies played everywhere in all markets, not just penny markets.
lns
Alpert: The SEC looks at a lot of things going on w/ a company before they decide to suspend it. Right? Right.
You don't think they can see what most of do, and realize, and accept is going on w/ this company?
So, after they do just a little wee bit of DD into Bravatek themselves, finding out exactly all they have, who runs them, who is on their BOD, who they are involved with, what verifiable things they have going on RIGHT NOW(!), as in NEXT WEEK(!)...
You STILL think they would rush to suspend BVTK for being delinquent on their filings especially since the company publicly, many times very recently, have telegraphed them being released any day now?
Really? If so, back it up, please, w/ a good explanation why so we can understand your line of thinking.
TIA,
lns
Cheds: And who are they? lns_eom
TenK: You make a lot up with your explanations of what you think is really going on.
Why not be patient and just wait for the filings to be released?
I think your assessment of this is way off.
I believe, TC. He has no reason to lie and every reason not to.
Pretty simple.
JMO,

Cheds: Glad we're in the .1% here! lns eom
TenK: "They had a $55,000 liability to this "Joshua" fellow when they acquired the assets and liabilities of Viking. By Dec/15 they have paid down that liability to $25,000, 45% of the original amount."
How do you know that? I haven't looked close enough yet...Is that in the very last 10Q we they released?
Link?
Do you see Bravatek as heading in the right direction or wrong direction at this point in time?
lns
Rockon: And, re-negotiating Viking debt DOWN 55%(!!!) AND PAYING THE REMAINDING 45% OFF AT THE SAME TIME!?!?! HOW in the world would they, or anybody, have been able to do that if they still had outstanding old notes?
I don't see it being possible w/ an outstanding, old note hanging over their heads. I simply, just don't.
TenK(!)...Care to weigh in on this anomaly?
That would be like "putting the cart in front of the horse", right?
Not too much different than me trying to renegotiate my mortgage to a much better rate while still having a $20K credit card hanging out there I haven't been able to pay more than the minimum on each month for the past two years.
Wouldn't happen unless I got one of those 'fancy' debt consolidation loans/mortgages. Then, guess what? After I did that, if I could,...
I would have no more old credit card 'note'/payment due next month!
Neat, how that would work, huh?
lns
TenK: SCARY, MAN!! Haha! lns eom
Cheds: What U mean, this is a scalp? lns_eom
TenK: investors@bravatek.com...keep us posted. lns_eom

Looking like we may need you to gear up for another bombing raid...
Be on deck and ready, Capt'n Cellucci. It's getting thick on the battlefield. Another compounding carpet bombing campaign may be needed to commence before the day is done.

IamBaphomet: Really glad you decided to show up here again and jumped into this conversation w/ BC.
Prompted me to to a bit of digging through some past posts. Very, very, interesting. What an eye-opener now that I read them through a different lense.
So, I am limited to one post per day here but, you read the scenario I laid out a few days ago, right?

Curious what you think of how I laid it out from my angle. You see the situation here in any similar light?
Your posts have always been very cryptic, but, I like your style too. Mysterious. I am patient. I think that patience is paying off.
Have we met? A Boulderite or Jersey Boy(z)?
BTW, yes, from a conversation w/ LM a couple years ago over a happy hour brew on Pearl St., regarding the patents...yes, many are dead but some still have good life left in them and could still prove to be very, very valuable. But, I'm sure you already know that.
Your assessment on my outline of the mystery of NEOM, would be very welcomed.
Thanx,

Jolly: "organic" growth for a company is growing the business from within...building sales, etc., vs. aquiring a company to grow.
He's got a monster, master plan, and we'll he should considering ECRYPTONE, literally, will be the new "standard" for email systems, worldwide. Of course, it'll be patented so others can license the tech behind it. Just like we saw is going to be the case as described in the last PR.

shotsky: Dude, by that explanation, the entire post, gotta ask...
Do you even understand what "dilution" is?
It appears you don't.
Guessing you're answer to, "What is inflation?", will yield similar results...
an unclear understanding of the term.
