Alpert: The SEC looks at a lot of things going on w/ a company before they decide to suspend it. Right? Right.

You don't think they can see what most of do, and realize, and accept is going on w/ this company?

So, after they do just a little wee bit of DD into Bravatek themselves, finding out exactly all they have, who runs them, who is on their BOD, who they are involved with, what verifiable things they have going on RIGHT NOW(!), as in NEXT WEEK(!)...

You STILL think they would rush to suspend BVTK for being delinquent on their filings especially since the company publicly, many times very recently, have telegraphed them being released any day now?

Really? If so, back it up, please, w/ a good explanation why so we can understand your line of thinking.
