Bob Chance called me back today, was surprised but ok, didn't expect the CEO to return my call, usually it is an IR rep from the Company!

Glad he did as he was very candor about the current situation with the share price, could not talk about Company intervention, or future plans or actions that were not already Public! But what I did get from the conversation was a sense of calm, methodical view of current and future plans for the Company. I, like many in the back of my mind, harbored doubts about the future, which is human nature. But after talking with him, I can't describe my renewed enthusiasm I have for NASV.

If you have not reached out to Chance, you should, he has a very genuine compassion for the Company and Shareholders alike. You can call the Corporate Office number at 877-871-4600, I would encourage every LT Shareholder to do so! Totally changed my perspective! Have a good weekend!

All you can do is hold on, and maybe pick some up cheap. Don't know who the seller is but my hopes are they will sell out soon so the downward pressure here can ease, and maybe we will even see an up surge,which is likely as the Asks are so thin and far apart!

Yep! But he has his view point even though I think he is off base. Called the Company anyway today and left a message for a return call, when I get a response will post what I get out of them!

I think they signed the contracts but are waiting to close them towards the end of the year due to accounting reasons. When they close then they will incorporate their books.

I pulled the following listing standards straight from the NYSE Website and reviewed NAS's filings and PR's, here is what I come up with if they are going to use standard 2, which is what I am assuming being that my research puts them closest to this catagory:

Market Application: Not Applicable

Distributions: Over 3,000 public shareholders 1.2MM shares held publically (post reverse)

Years in Business: 7

Price: $4.00 (post)

Market Value Public Float: $ 19.4MM as of yesterday

I don't see anything that would hold them back from up listing. Also the information being posted is old news, things have been improving for NASV financially, and only the 3Q release can give us an accurate picture going forward! Just my thoughts.

I am in here pretty heavy, averaged at about $.006 as I picked up most before the first acquisition. Still a bargain, I don't think we will see prices this low in the future.

Whatever they do, they will need help getting the word out (when things start to gel) so more eyeballs on this.

I agree, which is why I am pointing out from past PR's the revenues of $45mm, with net rev's of $8mm. Would argue this would right the ship for up listing. I am sure the Company is aware of what is needed.

I do not know the requirements needed to up list, but I think you are missing some info here as the revenues with all three acquisitions is around $45,000,000. Don't think you can base your assessment of qualifying on old financials of the Company. Just my thoughts!
