I am beginning to think Integral doesn't like this Company!


I pulled the following listing standards straight from the NYSE Website and reviewed NAS's filings and PR's, here is what I come up with if they are going to use standard 2, which is what I am assuming being that my research puts them closest to this catagory:

Under Standard #2:

Total Shareholders’ Equity – This should be met with the two additional acquisitions.

Pre-tax income: Not Applicable

Market Application: Not Applicable

Distributions: Over 3,000 public shareholders 1.2MM shares held publically (post reverse)

Years in Business: 7

Price: $4.00 (post)

Market Value Public Float: $ 19.4MM as of yesterday

I don't see anything that would hold them back from up listing. Also the information being posted is old news, things have been improving for NASV financially, and only the 3Q release can give us an accurate picture going forward! Just my thoughts.
