LOL, I kinda feel like that gal, trying to figure out what the heck to do with that stupid stick, hold it or wonder if it will be useful to do something like bash the darn bear.
What the heck do I do with this stupid stock? Hold it, or is it ever gonna be useful for profits to bash the bears?
LOL, I post when I short. I have shorted this only once, and sure wish I had had the insight to short it a week or so ago when I went long, instead of using my trading shares on the wrong side of the trade that SAPX likes to support.
It's always best to trade with the company, and right now that trade is a SHORT! However, so sad that I'm not short.
Sad thing is:
Oh, I am going to do NOTHING to this stock by posting, other than help other stuck longs understand some of what might be happening.
What I post cannot move this stock at all. However, what the company does has EVERYTHING to do with how the shorters will work this stock.
Oh, we have already paid higher, LOL.
I do NOT believe him. You and I both know this company is diluting, we see it every time Peter takes the gag out of the TAs mouth.
Granted, ALL the shares are not coming from the company. The others are coming from short sellers that know this company operates like a Stinky Pinky, and so they treat it like a Stinky Pinky.
Also, it being a NASDQ listed stock, only makes it more of a gold mine to shorters because they know that longs here get a false sense of security from it being NASDQ and that the longs thus support the higher prices for them to short at, but the shorters know inevitably that this company will dilute this down to a much lower price giving them a much better profit when they cover.
Hell, the company will probably just sell their diluting shares right into the hands of the short sellers when the shorters decide it is time to cover and take their profits.
The company says they dislike what is going on with shorters but they just give them unending ammunition to short, and then help them out at every step of the shorters' trade.
Oh my, you bring up some VERY good points. Thanks for visiting and giving us your input.
Congratulations Edward. I am so glad you wised up to this xxxx and got out in decent shape. Kudos.
Oh, I'm pretty certain that he is still there.
He is just not showing it right now. You'll see it pop up some time during the day, IF any type of volume comes in.
However, I think they have effectively killed ANY buying interest in the stock, so this may be a nothing day and they will then stay hidden. Peter can only sell shares for so long before everybody stays away, which it looks like we may be at that point now.
The ONLY interest will be those that play the charts and technicals; you know, those wonderful day traders that Peter says he wants out of this stock but he continues inviting them in with all his dilution.
Yes, daily...... Apparently.
Yes, but for this very reason, when I am actively trading a stock, I log the exact highs and lows, and open and close, every day, so that I really know the price points. Stockcharts.com very frequently rounds the numbers, and I don't think ever carries it out 4 decimal places unless it is less than .10 or so.
Thus I know for a fact that the high trade on 11/2 was .5376, during regular market hours. I do not log after hours trades.
High of day on 11/2 was .5376, low of day on 11/3 was .571. THAT is the gap I am watching.
Also, that would fit the Odd/Even rule. Today is not an even day, thus tomorrow MIGHT be a better day to reload.
Will that be before or after they dilute this to 40 million shares and then RS back down to 2 million, LOL.
I just wish this company would let the shareholders enjoy some of the profits instead of siphoning them off entirely before shareholders get some smidgeon of the benefits.
Dr Penny, I do NOT think it is yet ready to head back up. I am waiting for .52 or therabout, because this still has NOT completely filled that gap of .5376/.571. It got to .54 and no lower. I expect they will bring her down again to make that a complete fill. I might be wrong, but I'm banking on this being the correct assessment here. I may end up buying my shares back above .60, but I do think I will be buying them back at .52 to .535 or maybe even a bit lower.
VERY INTERESTING! That movie Yellow was made in my own back yard, LOL
Shawnee is less than an hour from my home.
Now, I guess I have to put some more $ here, to support the home base or something like that, LOL
Once I see evidence that Peter will STOP DILUTING, I might consider that.
Things always change for smart people when you see the deception.
I believe you reported back to the board that Hoffman had told you that he had not sold one share, and the company was NOT selling shares. Well, maybe he had not sold ONE share, because it was more like 10 MILLION shares, LOL.
Something as dishonest as that would cause a change for a smart investor. It would cause one to question when they were soooooooooo happy with Hoffman's words when his actions were diluting the hell out of their investment. As we get the specifics of what the company is doing, we will either be disappointed or maybe some of those good feelings will come back. I don't know, just anxiously await the TRUE information to be unveiled.
I, for one, prefer to be most cautious with my investment dollars. You, well, can do what you like, ROFLMAO.
Oh, but what is TOTALLY true:
That's kind of what I have been saying all along. Even though I HATED the dilution, I still valued this at a decent buy down here
UNLESS they are doing something very deceptive that will catch us all with our pants down. THAT is my worry, only because of the way they have handled the dilution, and the deals, and the communications regarding such.
Their communications have been rather deceptive so far - makes it scary to me.
Actaully I value it above a $1 rather than .70, but not sure what the company is really doing, so .70 might be more appropriate.
Cool, Those are the same numbers I came up with, basically.
Earlier SAPX PRd that they had 2,643,131 shares as of June 30, 2011 and recent PR on earnings stated:
I don't know, you tell me, but it was DONE!!!!!! ROTFLMFAO!!!!
Another Question. How long does a company have to file their Q1 (Q1 ended in Sept, 2011) report.
Is it 60 days?
So if they do not file by the end of Nov., they are considered "LATE"?
Thanks for the info. I knew the ODD part of the rule, I had not heard the EVEN part.
Do you follow the 50% rule also?
Hello.
Could someone explain the "Odd/Even" rule to me, please?
BTW, Hey Soldier, glad to see you are one of the contributors on this board.
No. On the weekly chart, that candle (one where we close over .54) would still be red.
It would have to be a close over .56 for it to be white, and then it would be a small body with a very long dowside tail. More like a dragonfly Doji, Or maybe a hammer of sorts, depending on how much over .56 we close.
This is AMAZING! What in the world are they doing with this stock? Like I said earlier
I agree. But I actually see it not stopping before it gets above $1.50
Yes, that does push the points home to the real valuation for the company. I had not seen it yet. I had only checked to see if the shareholder letter was released yet or not.
That Zack's report coupled with the shareholders' letter makes all the difference.
We are finally going to get over $1 again within the next week, I do believe.
I agree, let's see how it trades today.
Sometimes I think it is good news but the market interprets it totally the opposite.
FINALLY:
That is what the chart appears to indicate. Match that with the CEO staying silent for very extended periods of time about the specifics of a couple of deals done in the last 3 months, it starts to walk like a duck and quack like a duck (duck = a company diluting the hell out of its shares).
Everyone will SOMEDAY??? see the updated OS count which will likely show how many shares have been dumped into the market while we shareholders were kept in the dark about the specifics of the deals that allowed such to happen.
Will they provide that count this week or next, or next MONTH????
Not sure, only your crystal ball can tell you, LOL.
Way to communicate with shareholders, Peter.
OK, I give you your due. .32 to .35 are on their way. I am really shocked it is back here, but should have known by the way they are secretly dumping shares into the market. Lesson learned.
Yes, this comment
Well, that language is unnecessary, but I agree with being very irritated with the games the CEO playes for months on end. I have not been happy with the secrecy about what they are doing with shares for quite some time.
I guess the fantastic earnings report was only to get the price pumped up for more dumping. At least that is what it looks like at this point.
We have been trying to get an updated share structure for over a month now. Transfer Agent has had their lips zipped shut - will not update until the company says they are ready for them to update - another HUGE sign that dilution is occurring.
You just have to play the stock with the dilution being counted in and watch the charts.
Me thinks you are correct, and I'm actually thinking it could be closer to 22,500,000 OS.
Still, with that number outstanding shares, the value is much higher than .39.
Maybe I should have waited to buy until the end of today???? It broke through that .40 support, Darn it!
