FINALLY:

As of October 31, 2011 we had approximately 12,550,000 shares outstanding


With all the selling the past months, I did expect the OS count to be quite a bit higher. This is good news to me, maybe not to other shareholders that thought the share count was around 7 million, but it does answer what some of this selling has been about.
