I wonder if the CEO of the company would consider hiring a regulatory expert in order to further operations?

Even if this is a scam then hiring someone to actually look for/do work would be an extreme catalyst that would get this moving in a hurry. The funny thing is that the regulatory expert could be paid in shares, that way the company doesn't have to spend the cash that is probably doesn't have and also the regulatory person would have a reason to be motivated about getting things done.

I personally am a regulatory person when it comes to the FDA, NCI, IRBs and other government bodies that govern research. I couldn't imagine that SEC filings would be much different.

I have a serious question for you.
Do you know for a fact that this new operation is a scam?
I know it's a shell company, that becomes obvious to anyone that even glances at the facts.
I know that the quality of the releases is something that I personally would have been ashamed to call my work in High School.
What I am curious about though is if you know for a fact that this is a scam?
It is easy to assume that any pink sheet company is a scam but it would also be somewhat reasonable to believe that someone with regulatory experience and a little extra money (purchase shell company) would be interested in starting a venture of this sort.

I personally considered doing something along these line or along the line of helping pharmaceutical companies initiate clinical trials. If I did something like this I would put genuine effort into it and that would have to have some sort of value...

When a stock is trading at its lowest it can only have a bid or an ask, not both. This will start to move when/if a bid is left unfilled for a couple of days. I suspect that a few billion shares need to be sold before that happens. Lord only knows when/if that will ever happen...
