I have a serious question for you.
Do you know for a fact that this new operation is a scam?
I know it's a shell company, that becomes obvious to anyone that even glances at the facts.
I know that the quality of the releases is something that I personally would have been ashamed to call my work in High School.
What I am curious about though is if you know for a fact that this is a scam?
It is easy to assume that any pink sheet company is a scam but it would also be somewhat reasonable to believe that someone with regulatory experience and a little extra money (purchase shell company) would be interested in starting a venture of this sort.

I personally considered doing something along these line or along the line of helping pharmaceutical companies initiate clinical trials. If I did something like this I would put genuine effort into it and that would have to have some sort of value...
