The last time that I checked the Scottrade website for Shares Outstanding it was 6.2 billion (I think).

Thanks for your sincere understanding. I have held my shares for 5+ years. It is only recently that I have had any interest in posting.
I understand that this is a manufacturing company and also understand that they care more for their customers than their "shareholders". Honestly this is what should be expected from a company in the pink sheets. They have to make payroll EVERY week.

So, if the CEO... or whomever speaks for the company... does NOT speak... it's okay. That "tells" me that they do NOT need to raise any more cash.
It appears to be business as usual; until I hear otherwise.
BTW; holding for 10 years and / or passing the shares to their kids can be expected here in the pinks. Posts doon't bother me; I have real human issues to deal with.

I have no doubt CTKH is a solid company.

I believe the biggest issue is the 4.4 Billion O/S

When we "outsource", quotes are reviewed from several sources.
We (my company) produces finished SiN ceramic material.
We will not currently require their services. However; they stated that they have "internal capabilities" to produce their own various ceramic materials ie: aluminum oxide, silicon nitride, and silicon with TiC, etc... and I have no reason to doubt this.

They appear to be very capable and knowledgable in ceramic technology.

The information that I received from Cetek Technologies Inc CTKH:OTC Markets Group Inc stated they can machine, fabricate, and finish many different ceramic materials; in almost any shape and size. The technical information of their capabilities seemed adequate to achieve this.

In my opinion the OTC / stock market is of no concern as they are an independent manufacturing firm.

In time we will know more. How much time is the question; at some point they will have to acknowledge their shareholders in some way.

RFQ's are not my primary job, I only fill in when needed.

Remember their natural gas connection was shut off due to HIGH pressure. This will be corrected and with this fuel hungry market the revenues will abruptly turn ON faster than they turned off.

CETEK is a viable company. I have contacted them for RFQ ceramics grinding technology and they have responded accordingly. This is not a large corporation; but, a small and growing company. We will be doing business with them in the near future. High Tech Ceramic is the future $$$

They came in very early in the game; but, are quietly growing.
