Don't forget "soon".
Which is precisely what I've done. Got in at .0004 -- sold half at .007. Pretty basic stuff.
Not hard to imagine, really. People would take their 400%, maybe 500% gains and get the hell out of Dodge. The company continues to flail around in an attempt to become a viable concern but will succumb to the inevitable reverse-split tactic and simply fade away. Fact is, had the SEC not stepped in when they did, a move that effectively put them in limbo until the present, the same exact scenario (sans pump gains) might well have played itself out a couple of years ago. All IMO, of course. Simply cannot WAIT for pink...... LOL
Looked high and low. Could find none. None. But, of course, it wasn't I who was extolling upon their remarkable feats. I figure that going to the actual source of the data shouldn't be a problem? Just sayin'.
Yes, yes. We've gone over that many, many times. That page has been turned. Were you able to come up with any of those links; I.e., the list of huge gainers (ones that are actual companies, that is)? TIA.
Except for the fact that there is no way of knowing if there's anything left of the 3mil -- or -- if there ever was a firm promise for that dough.
But ... but ... for one's whose mantra is DD, hard work for the sake of other dbmm shareholders should be a natural. Yes?
Links to those tickers with such astronomical pps increases would really be cool.
"25/7" attention right here!
Sounds a lot like dbmm management.
To state the obvious -- there's all of the glowing recommendations, all in one place -- still no hint of profitability -- which 'doesn't count' because this is OTC, where the pump reigns supreme. Can't make this shit up.
YES -- that really IS rare. Especially given the fact it's 14th century info. lmao!
All of which means squat to an OTC ne’er do well that’ll be forgotten in short order regardless of the decision. But, we’ve gone over this numerous times, huh?
Please enlighten: If lack of profitability means nothing (your description) in the awesome world of OTC junkers -- how is it that "awards" make a difference and are brought up as significant?
That's just the point I was attempting to make -- dbmm's team, if still available, is purportedly more than capable of navigating SEC waters. IF she (Atty. Maranda Fritz), despite her best efforts, is unable to break the deadlock, then yes, the problem IS the SEC. Are they just being belligerent or maybe arrogant (gee, just like dbmm prior to getting caught)? Does their workload preclude getting to the matter until it bubbles to the top of the list? Is Atty Fritz no longer on-board for any number of reasons including lack of payment? Just sayin'.
All IMO.
dbmm has a legal team supposedly well versed in SEC red tape. Providing she is still on retainer, the matter should have already been handled expeditiously, IMO. The fact that everything is still hanging fire despite the legal team's pedigree should only be seen as troubling.
Ummmm, they'e NEVER made a dime in profit in over a decade. They've NEVER had a feasible business plan (see NEVER made a profit). They've NEVER seen a reverse split they didn't like. The biggest NEVER of all might just possibly be right around the corner. Just sayin'.
Chief among the parameters for nasdaq is a bid price of $5.00 per share. If salvaged, this thing ain't going to hit $.05 per share.
Longer ...... SOON, though. lmao
To quote the term most often used ----- SOON
The key word there being "ordinarily". If there's one thing this situation is NOT, it's ordinary.
No reason to wait? Perhaps they'll just sit back and wait for the next K. Cannot see where another dismal Q would be the catalyst for reinstatement.
Some are of the opinion that this will be 'rubber-stamped' with no further investigation. I find that hard to believe but would certainly be willing to change my mind should uncontroversial evidence be produced.
You are aware of that for a fact?
I've got to wonder just how involved the SEC gets on cases like this. I.E., when dbmm files the next Q and does so on time, does the SEC scan the document as part of their DD? If the financials are as dismal as those gone by (probably worse), does that weigh on the decision as whether to reinstate or not?
Just wonderin'.
Best talent money can buy. It’s just that money has always been in short supply with our little troupe. Best of luck to you.
Don’t recall aiming that missive in your direction. But thanks for the update and reminder that the one and only reason for the interest in such a weak piece of shit is the fading hope that the sec will ignore everything, including the colorful remarks cast in their direction, and approve their re-entry into the wonderful world of losing companies.
Their product is professionally produced. Given the paltry revenues (never a profit in over a decade), they don't produce enough of it to carry the day. There'll be another Q coming up shortly. They'll probably file on time, a feat that will be met with huge approval and another notch on the "aren't they wonderful" list but, IMO, a glance at the revenues will tell the tale.
Lots more in the near future, IMO. Enjoy!
Maranda Fritz
One would think that the company's crack attorney would have some sort of handle as to where on the pecking order dbmm resides. Maybe not.
Unbelievable! Here's an outfit in the right industry, the right product (reportedly), at most definitely the right time -- and yet -- they cannot seem to find their own asses with both hands. Just sayin'.
