if you are correct, then i would say that mum's the word, there are many ways to skin a cat, my hunch looking at bdgr share price is that the settlement includes quite a bit of cash (which lanza is shearing) and that they may be a provision in the "new contract" that if lanza starts missing payments he runs the risk of loosing bdgr, i'll bet that is it, the terms are secured with everything bdgr owns
what is that? does it pertain to the announcement of the settlement? was that not one of the plaintiffs added to the original case in addition to lanza? of course nothing will be submitted, barnett is done with this why shold he bother?
it does not indicate from my brief look that it is any kind of demand whatsoever that settlement information be released to the court either, it may be implied or embeded but i dont see it on the surface and i must say that unless i am mistaken and that is it then someone will have to post another document
just cuz the judge see's it i don't expect that we will, imho the judge will honor the terms of the agreement,
the shorts all know it too and are trying to set the longs up for a dissapointment when its shown that the deal has remained confidential
we have a 20% working interest in wells in caddo parrish, duh, but its not something lanza can dilute the bdgr shares, futher any skimming he may attempt would leave a paper trail
very frankly i hope he tries to skim, then we can finally shut the scum bag down.
ihub has a ton of stocks dead in the water and their message boards are as quiet as a mouse. typically those are the stocks to steer way clear of

it sounds if you read it very carefully that there is no proven intent to actually contribute money but only to contribute to the possibility of finding contributors, for all we know this could be a business meeting with some hot german chick (is she really a chick?) online that promotes investments.
imho lanza's credo is "yah, we can say that!" because he knows just how to say that regardles of whether or not its really true.
we now know the structure of the bashers on the board,
1. one has a beef with the moderators
2. one has a beef with barnett via houser (and its pretty clear that ton's have a beef w/ houser)
3. several others have a beef for stopping lanza from destroying
the company
most investors with large positions pre-reverse split had massivly averaged down to that point so its arguable that 99.9 percent of the investors will be in the green at 15 cents
imho, barnett plans to do them better, why not let him?
doing the math its clear that he had to put in on the order of 3/4 of a million dollars into the company to get an ownership position and wrestle it away from lanze. All for a company that had a market cap of 100,000 dollars
I would not be supprised if there are fewer shares around than we think...
Bottom line, unlike lanza who diluted this stock as a strategy, barnetts dilution, many 10's of thousands of times less than lanzas, was a necessity in order to keep the company alive
Yes the company did owe him mony, we all knew that years ago when we first invested in the company
a little bit about anderson county
In January 1928 the first successful oil producer in Anderson County, known as the Humble-Lizzie Smith No. 1, was brought in.[20] By the year 2000 - 295,904,540 barrels of oil had been taken from county lands since 1929.

all in my 'HUMBLE' oppinion
lol
what will be apropo? keeping this stock down?, keeping longs down? maybe the shorts are working towards a goal that inadvertantly they can't imagine! That will be the day when they loose control.
probably because one of the bashers sold eom
its a longitudinal study of how ftd's have changed over time, i went to great lenghts to make sure those numbers were accurately transcribed to the table that was used to create the chart. Since i cut and pasted the data the only way a clerical error could have creeped in is if i dropped a digit from either the end or beginning of a string, so go ahead and knock yourself out the link is there to see if you can find an error, likewise w/ the pinksheets, i was waiting for a remark like this to come up, fact is the last rally we had on the stock that drove it up to 3 cents was on the last reporting day for the short data, that is on the 15 of june, shorts piled into cover (or at least the ones that had to), the dates roughly are on the 14th or 15th and the end of the month. clearly the pinksheets. com data shows this trend and that for the first time in a long time we saw a spike on the carryover on the period short position.
the numbers speak for themselves
imho, this is an important update, it gives us some more transparancy, it is an assurance that they are staying the course, I have no doubt that they will make it to the otc.bb, because the excuse thats been given is an honest one, that its a pain, he's not trying to rest blame on anyone other than the situations tediousness itself. It seems that the settlement consisted of varied types of agreements, in caddo the agreement is to share 20%, but in concord dome it appears that lanza is fully squeezed out of the picture.
the take home message is that various levels of control have been conveyed with the settlement-hence this was not a mealy mouthed agreemet with lanza, and i strongly suspect that we will be very happy as more details begin to unfold
I'll say this much
1.) longs really do beleive that some really substantial moves have been made in defining the character of the company, and thats because we are comming out of the past history of massive dilution. The number one fear factor has been removed.
2.) lanza has been taken down, I would have liked to see him squeezed more. but the fact is that when it comes to mediation there often is a great deal of barganing
3.) CEO Barnett has some people that want to do damage to him and despite the fact that we have lanza out of the picture the company is still to some extent (probably to very much extent) in defense mode.
4.) some know all to well of this and are ignoring 3.) as a valid positive speculation so they can justify a very negative speculation that barnett has something to hide. Bottom line we all want more information most want it for investment purposes but there are a few that want the info for something other than deciding whether to buy stock.
5.) We do have a light at the end of the tunnel since we have been promised that we will get more information as it becomes available. Consistent with this as being truth, is the fact that barnett did reduce the authorzed, he did deliver a win on lanza, he is in the process of retiring shares and he has slowly (at least from the viewpoint of investors) been releasing information regarding company assets.
you cant make eveyone happy all the time except the shorts who somehow manage to make their own happiness, See the ibox to study the failure to deliver study i put together.
As time goes along speculation is becoming removed from the equation
good luck with your trading
re Houser, this whole business is a war of words, i have little doubt is a he said she said situation, houser probably is very clever and sophisticated, if houser really lost money, u'd think he'd be able to prove it and sue barnett, why was it that barnett was able to do it to lanza but houser not to barnett?
Im not weaping, I saw how agressive lanza's crew got, and its easy for me to assume much the same for houser's bunch
so no one painted down first? in this case it is what it is, no conconclusion can be drawn, the trading was choppy, if the trading were smoothly programed downward, i might agree, but then it would be much harder to paint
BUSTED!!!! qood quote!
It certainly does not appear that is the whole story, again, if that happened prior to dropping the authorized i don't see how it matters, or if it was/is paperwork that is in progress again i don't see how that matters
looks like the canadian's and the europeans heard me and are trying to intimidate shareholders
whatever it is its very unusual in that its so very unbalanced that it really doesn't give one much wiggle room, angry shareholders usually give themselves an out
Updated: I agree, good things to come, we now have a line on the shorts, we know they are in canada and overseas, we also have shown them that if they are shorting shares they very well could be selling them to shorts that are covering, so they are not just fighting against the longs but also against themselves, that is the perfect storm in the face of coming good news.
the short study chart shows dramatically that durring the second buying peak the shorts lost steam were battle weary and licking their wounds, also the foreign services very well may not record their short information except with their brokers if that is the case we know again from the middle peak in the short study chart that they are not all powerful infact they are very vunerable and suceptable to having an "in house call" on their position
You must see this behavior for what it is, its rougue trading that is being overlooked until the loss becomes sufficent that the controlers are mandated to take notice, we know have some insight as to the thresholds involved with their control methods
note by second peak I mean the second peak, i mean second peak in ftd's (which is a double top peak)
current state of the company:
1. doubled the bashers
2. stock price has gone up over 10 fold
give me more bashers!, a quiet period with lots of bashers = another 10 fold gain,

Ibox Update & Welcome to the OOAG message board,
If you are new to ihub or haven't checked the Ibox recently its worth a look. The Ibox Navigation Outline sends you to some nice features from essentials such as current share structure and press releases, to a world wide user map, Charts, and a short interest study based on finra FTD data for the most recent squeeze (an excel chart).
If you are unfamiliar with the "ibox" concept this screen-shot will help find it (arrow points to the link that opens up the ibox):
please scroll down
Once you are at the ibox notice you hardly need to scroll because of the hypertext links throughout (probably overkill at this point but I expect the ibox to grow in terms of content), one thing that is very useful is that you can hyperjump from the bottom to the top and then to the charts (etc.), when done with charts you can then go to the message list to do as you wish, if you hit refresh the browser will remember your relative position so give it an extra millisecond.
Happy Trading
It is helpful if people can get a nice overview, designing iboxes is tough because they dont accept html in the usual fashion, its not exacly wysiwug which means there is a lot of trial and error, the design is a bit busy, but then again the hyperlinks make it interesting, and add to the functionality. I have not been compensated for this effort from the company, I know some happy shareholders that will have to be good enough for me.
other than improving the welcome message a bit, and putting in up and down buttons the upgrade is done, i think the short study shows clearly how the stock was taken down in several big rushes but the second major peak there was a pullback in shorting, proving the shorts can only take so much
Welcome to the OOAG message board,
If you are new to ihub or just sick of most of the Iboxes please take a look.
the menu send you to some nice features, a user map, pr's, a short interest study based on finra data
If you are unfamiliar with the "ibox" concept this screen shot will help (arrow points to the link that opens up the ibox):
please scroll down
Once you are at the ibox notice you hardly need to scrool because of the hypertext links throughout:
Enjoy
I'm very systematic, I'm busy working, dealing with the ignore feature was on the bottom of my list of things to do today but I have just re-arranged my list
I didnt delete it, we are under heavy survalience
If you define hiding as not posting, i assure you I will be hiding much much more once this ibox is done
