How would the last run have helped me? I haven't bought a single share since well before the 1000-1 RS nor do I intend to. My cost basis was around $12.00 a share. Worth much more as a tax loss to me than as a stock.




you say "was" that's not consistent with NOT buying any shares and averaging down, a tell tale slip?


If you were somehow an agent of houser, you knew how the pinks work, who's to say you didnt buy at 5 cents pre reverse split, missed the boat at 7 and sold for a penny or so? that same loss could have turned into a huge gain had you gotten back in, does that sound about correct?

i just cannot accept your story, and i know that i could have sucked up and check out your materials, but being at the intermediate to advanced level of layman's knowledge in litigation i know very well that a breif is worthless without spending time looking at both sides (both breifs) and all the evidence
