MM CSTI has been buying a lot of shares lately and more today. Mostly likely a European investor.

100% agree with all you said.
The fact is at some point Nite will have to cover. Even with the share price falling like a rock we are still trading only about a half percent of the float daily. Nite's objective is to get people to sell as the price falls and that really isn't happening. I don't know at what point they will cover but eventually they have too. In the meantime, if you are going nuts watching it fall stop watching or sell. Those are your only two options. I have no thought of selling.
I agree. But when does it stop? Like I said before the volume daily is less than 1% of the float. Not too many people are selling. Without a major buyer I don't know how this stops.
The U.S. needs to adopt the Canadian reporting rules. Everyone has to report, period.
I'm hearing it. The damn shorting goes on and on.

Booger are you seeing what I'm seeing? The ask is at ,0050 but L2 shows sellers at .0046, .0047, etc. Talking about manipulation.
Looks like Nite triggered some stop loss selling at ,0047. Unreal.
I'm not sure what this new .0059 number means from Buyins in terms of a short squeeze but I like it along with the reduced Squeeze Trigger number of .0094. Anything that helps.
And don't forget Harry Reid is in a tight race in Nevada so he could be a big help getting a gov contract.
I'll just way in and say I believe there is more to all this than we have been told at this point. Again, it may be the first piece of a puzzle to get us a grant. Pure speculation on my part. Stay tuned.
But could it be a step towards getting a gov contract?
HRSA August Contract Opportunity:
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals for the National Cord Blood Inventory Augmentation, Fifth Cohort. Special consideration will be given to offerors demonstrating a superior ability to collect and bank large numbers of CBU from underrepresented populations, especially African-Americans.

First, I don't believe we have the funding to pull it off. But I'm still thinking the China deal was pretty good and perhaps someone friendly to CBAI fronted the money to build out the AXMP site. Totally guessing but we couldn't do the deal without some major help IMO. I was hoping we could somehow end up with Vita 34 and that didn't happen either.
Well if it helps, Matt will be in China sometime in the next two weeks. Hmmm.
Short volume today. All have a good weekend.

Wasn't hard to figure out that Nite was shorting us all day. The shorting was high yesterday also.
CBAI|4823684|10605175
My sentiments exactly.
You Dog you. It was a hypothetical question.
Doesn't surprise me. You know your stuff.
Going to bed. But it's not a fundamental question. The offer is straight up .03 per share. Period. Would you vote to take the offer or not? I think it's a simple question. There are no other factors.
My question was really would you surrender all your shares as part of the buyout offer? You're trying to get the meat and potatoes.
Just curious if you are still there. What would you do if someone offered .03 a share tomorrow?
Wow. I think I've had too much to drink to respond tonight. Boy, you really do know how to turn it on though. Are your initials BP, like the oil company?
I will respond to the options question. Give me a break. What, the total was less than 25M shares with a strike point of .0053. Hell, right now I would take .0053. I'm not the least bit worried about that. Matt and Joe started this company from nothing with the help of Matt's wife. They deserve to be rewarded.
I'll address the other comments tomorrow. Nite nite.
It was high today.

I really try to be all about truth on here. And while I may talk about my belief that Matt is doing a great job, I'm also prepared to say when I don't agree with him.
I really wasn't happy with Matt's letter to shareholders. Actually, I didn't like it at all. The market cap is up due primarily to dilution, and that is hardly something shareholders are happy about. And he didn't talk enough about what he is trying to accomplish like growing revenue, getting cash flow positive, and getting to sustained profitability.
I know he is doing those things but I didn't feel any better after reading what he sent us.
Just trying to be real.
I don't understand? I just posted what Matt sent me. I believe he posted the same message on Facebook.
All: I recognize the pain everyone feels when the stock price is down. I feel it to. In order to be out in front about it, I thought I would post this, and share an email I sent to a concerned investor. Email Below:
"Our company is in a much better place, both financially and operationally, than we were 1 year ago. ...Our market cap is up at least 5 times from a year ago. We, by all measurements, are a much stronger company than one year ago. Including our stock price which is up 60% from a year ago The down side is our stock price has leaked back down over the last few months. It’s frustrating, but as I said, we are aware of it. Our strategy is to build a very strong company, and if we do, we believe the stock will take care of itself. Thank you for being a CBAI shareholder."
All the Best,
Matthew L. Schissler
Chairman & CEO
LAS VEGAS, April 19, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Cord Blood America, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CBAI), the umbilical cord blood stem cell preservation company (http://www.cordblood-america.com ) focused on bringing the life saving potential of stem cells, a biological insurance policy, to families nationwide and internationally, today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase controlling interest in BioCells, Inc., headquartered in Argentina, with affiliates under development in Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Panama and Puerto Rico.
BioCells, the second largest stem cell storage company in Argentina, is profitable, with annual revenues in 2009 of $1.2 million (USD), and 12 locations throughout that country, plus recent expansion into Uruguay and Paraguay. On February 8, 2010, Cord Blood America announced that BioCells finalized an agreement to process and store cord blood specimens with Cord Blood America in Las Vegas.
"The transaction is subject to the normal due diligence process," said Matthew Schissler, Cord Blood America co-founder and CEO. "We believe this potential transaction is an excellent example of how we are building Cord Blood America into the world's premier stem cell storage company. If successful in due diligence, this will give CBAI a majority stake in a proven South American company. Adding our recently announced acquisition in Europe and our Licensing Agreement in China, this step further proves our commitment to our mission, becoming the world's largest stem cell storage company and creating the cellular pharmacy business model which will be in high demand in years to come."
Trust me. I'm all for this thing to start going in a different direction. And soon. Not sure when we will hear about the Biocells deal but it could be any day now IMO. Been a while since they announced the DOU.
Chuck, I don't think we have shorters here. Not much shorting lately but someone is selling a few shares. Lets see what happens tomorrow.
I think the shorting is over for the most part. Only 10% today. Someone is selling.

Very little shorting again today. 17%

Doms came in and sold 4M shares in the last 20 minutes. And they all show as sells. Everyone have a great and long weekend. Market closed Monday.
Yeah, they started showing up in the last week or so. Mostly on the Ask but sometimes on the Bid too. Not sure what they are doing here. Would prefer they were on the Ask only.
It's really hard to say on Nite. They are the largest MM out there. So he could be selling for you and buying for himself. Who knows. I'm hoping for an up day for sure.
A lot depends on if Nite covers today or not. If he does he could gobble up STXG's shares. And STXG won't stay where he is if he thinks the demand is there today.
I think this is the important part of that.
