Not a law dog here so take this with a grain of salt..
First the petrochemical market is hopping and has been
through the housing deal and to date. Very little slow down
of cargo operations. FACT,, I work in the industry. In Houston.
Check the vessel movement in Houston ship channel.
2 this firm is stating that the reason for this BK is due
to Banks not following up on contracted credit,, Very important
in any business to keep the time from pick up to discharge to payment
in a normal course of business. What the common holder has is a case
against the banks if they band together and form a class action
along with this firm. Will be putting this one on my watch list to see how it plays out..

While I do not like to see any firm fail. I see the overall tone towards KCG is negative, the software install might of been for the
sub penny markets they like so much to train their new kids on.
The facts are the general public has been pulling capital out of the markets since the flash crash in the billions of dollar range. The general pubic looks at wall street not as a place to invest in firms for long term gains and security of equity. But more of a place to gamble some extra cash. While I do not agree with that attitude it is there.
What KCG did was add another layer of distrust in the markets and they should be removed out of the business for that simple fact.
That distrust will cost firms in the long run and you and I also.
Shame on them.. good night Knight it was fun.

Thanks for posting that Tulaz1. I know you saw that prediction about a year and a half ago. So marking that to the I told you so check list. Got a few more to come to pass. But the one I am looking for is the MBG prediction on the value of this one. I am of the mindset that they undervalued their prediction. When that happens I will say I told you so over a glass of wine at the share holders meeting. OK...
Till then.

Read back on the vrml board brother I took that ride.. took the hit when it went into BK and averaged into it and darn if ol gale did not pull a wabbit out of the hat. got out way to early but darn if the sec wanted to really do it's job it would find out who was buying friday before the fda cleared. .. oh that's right it was the fda staff... my bad..
And you think the blue chip is any different?? come on man. They just have more law dogs to make it look pretty. .. Sure there are otcbb ATM stocks but that is the nature of the deal. If anyone thinks this is a ATM stock then they have not taken a really close look.
But anyway it all boils down to product and need for the product here.
on the overall otcbb it is wrong what DTCC and FINRA is doing to the sub penny market.
So you must be in the camp that the Government should just do away with the whole thing rather than set examples with jail time and long term payments to all holders of records when a CEO or firm takes a dump on the share holder. man I would hate to be a baby in your house would end up outside with the bath water.
Not confused at all Jag they are wrong simple as that..
That falls in line with the overall desire of the Government to stop small business from going public in a free market system. If you recall the DTCC deal was about the same time the otcbb trading dropped so fast. It is a concerted effort by the elite to stop common folks from making money in the markets. The only place that I know of that people made money during the housing crises was on the pink and otcbb stocks. The blue chip stocks are old school and they don't like the new kid on the block taking money from them. This is going to blow up in their face soon enough. You see there are a lot of power blue chip players who dabble in the pinks and otcbb for stress relief. Some of those power players are getting tired of the games and will kick hard the blue chip exchanges. watch and see. Black Sunday will seem like child play when they are done. again jmho.

What is Rule 15c2-11?
SEC Rule 15c2-11 was designed to allow non-reporting public company's securities to be quoted on The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") by filing some simple disclosures.
Now, companies seeking to obtain a quote on the FINRA OTCBB must be required to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Under Section 15 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Act"), as amended, a company who has filed a registered offering with the SEC, such as an S-1 registration statement is required to file reports for one year. A company which files a Form 10 or Form 10-12G becomes a reporting company under Section 12g of the Act and must file reports. To be eligible for a quotation of its securities, the company's market maker must file a Form 211 with the FINRA, the company must have sufficient free trading stock in its public float to allow Rule 15c2-11.
The stated and un-stated listing requirements for the FINRA OTC-BB are as follows:
* fully reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
* minimum of 40 stockholders of record holding at least 100 shares each (note: this number is informal and has been moving up),
* must have a market maker submit 15c2-11 (Form 211) application to FINRA and agree to act as market maker for securities of company.
If you need assistance in having a Form 211 filed with the FINRA so that your company can trade on the OTCBB, we can help prepare that paperwork and introduce you to a market maker
,,,,They have a market maker in that group they did a show with a few months back, If I recall correct. So anyway this it the rule and I see they did a backtrack on some filings from some time ago..
""The two Companies will now offer a MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record in Australia which will include viewing of digital images to NEHTA standards and featuring real-time collaboration between physicians and patients with video and audio conferencing provided through the Visi platform. ""

China, Been reading some of the post.
Well for me I have to take a wait and see approach on this section
of mmrg effort. The reason is that China has a deep and rich culture, that I could not even come close to understanding.
I would have to think that each action taken by the people
in this nation is done with reason and thought. As much I would like to see bottom line results in a 10k yesterday. I think it is more important to provide a product that is useful and meets the needs of the people and government of China. When that is done the end result should be a solid 10k. I would rather have someone who is aware of the culture and has established a long term relationship in China, such as Bob is doing now. I think it would be harmful to run in there and present in a guns blazing American boastful manner. So I have to leave it up to the wisdom of our CEO to continue to make a slow and care full approach to this nation. I have time to wait.

Big Fantastic Deal.. :)
Meanwhile as for the stock, What are the ramifications of the obamacare deal.. Do you know if the phr/ehr mandate to doctors are now set in stone. Is that part of the mandate. if so do you know how it will affect this stock. I don't bet on the pps I bet on a product and the need for it. Be it mandated by law. Or needed by the individual. We have both. mandate and need. With this in place
will this firm be able to shore up some deals that were put on hold
until this Ocare was settled. .. what do you think..
Three let me put it this way.
If you owe me 10 thousand bucks and we are good friends..
Actually let say I run your books for your firm. OK
And there is no way to dispute the fact that you owe me
10K back pay.
And you come to me and say hey pilot I want to trade you
your pay for stock.. Now either I am dumb as a rock or I know
for a fact that stock is going to produce more than 10k in the future.
Not only that I could of taken the 10k cash and bought on the market today..twice as many shares because you said I had to pretend the shares you were trading for my 10k back pay were actually worth .02 not the .01 it was trading at today.
Well Three I would personally tell you
give me my cash. Or I know something important.. Now lets say
for you argument of the Reverse Split you are sure is in the making.
Why would I take shares at twice the market today only to see you
take them back in a RS. now I know for a fact the CFO of this firm is not a stupid. I know she is smart. I know this not by her efforts here but here previous employment with a world know leader in the accounting and numbers. Deloitte and Touche.
So where is your logic..
To me your contention for a RS is pure smoke. Now that is about
as far as I am willing to take it.. Reason is because your not a dumb person for sure either. so time will tell..

Leaving the office in the good ol USA to Welcome to Jianhui Luo from Unis-Tonghe http://www.unis-th.com/ & Xiaoming Shi, Alcatel-Lucent in China. On my way to pick you up for our all-nighter at Lorschland regarding our combined efforts to continue moving MMR in China.
To TBone yes your correct this all was put out some time ago.
The combination of Secure Video and Audio with the ability to
at least take care of the routine medical conditions at an cost all
ALL can afford is the next step in the medical field.
The firms like the Three talking tonight above are doing all they can
to make this happen imho.
I say it again the end result should be a wally world kiosk that has
one nurse on staff to assist with some basic medical needs such as blood draws and the such. But the tech should be in place to sit down
like may of us have and put your arm in a blood pressure cuff not only to see the numbers but to have on screen a Doctor who is part of a network that can tell you what those numbers mean.
Or if you kid has a runny nose. How many times have you went to the doctor knowing what medical wonder drug you needed to get rid of a cold but had to go through the system paying your co-pay then seeing your insurance get billed the other 100bucks plus for a simple antibiotic?? This kinda stuff has to have answers.. And that answer is being addressed tonight in Lorshland...
You see the mmrglobal part is to help keep track of the interaction with the doctor and the results sent to you and also stored for you. This record will in the long term imho will be required for anyone who gets a prescription. Look at the recent news for either Dallas airport or Love field. They are putting in thumbprint and eyeball scanners to confirm you are you. Why not require the same for drug and medical issues. How many of you have seen the news of hijacking of your medical profile by others.??
There is just way to much abuse in the system. This type of Secure Personal Record is just a logical step to cut cost overall and to
upgrade the results of your personal care. Think of the 4medica deal.. Now if they do indeed come with bar code results then it could be very easy to while sitting at the kiosk to have a doctor who is a expert on the results put on the screen. a consult as it were. This is a whole new approach to your personal health and there are a lot of people who are pushing for better more cost saving results. The firms that stay above water and look into the future will be the ones who win. While the mymedicalrecord is not flashy on the inside or full of sizzle and whow this is wonderful ..
It is a Tool that is needed to build the above system. Do I think this is the best tool that will never change. Not a bit. There is a whole lot of work to be done on the base product if it will remain a viable option for a vender turn to add into there product but as of today it is in the top 10 contenders.. The feedback I think we all should be posting along with the other stuff is how to improve the product offering. Get in to your mmr account and use it. even if you don't want to put your medical records into it. Put something and learn how to use it and see what would make it better. Do you really want to see your share price rise. help build a better mouse trap.

What I find Unique of the pr today is that some time ago
4Medica and Alcatel-Lucent's TeleHealth Manager was shown in use
at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tenn., During the (MUSE) Conference... So this is coming full circle with these three firms..
now imho it is up to AL to sell the platform to hospitals..
And that will take time. Now would like to see 4Medica client base
pick up and see the plus of the mmrglobal phr now in the mix.
If providers can see the positive side of the mymedicalrecord
platform even if it is only a secure way to call and set up appointments on the 800# that are unique with each account.
Then we should start seeing some long term results..
As for the last few posts wait and watch imho.

Thanks MysteryZ,

plans to re-submit with more mature data, which allows CHMP to conclude a clear benefit/risk ratio.
that line says a whole lot.. I am taking it that C has got more
up to date and better information to give and is willing to
take on the extra cost of resubmission to make sure that the CHMP
has a clear picture and this could in turn speed up the approval
process.. That is how I see it.

simplify the collection and notification of vital health records."
UPMC.. Still not seeing anything on that front will it ever have mrrg with it I do not know..
Alcatel-Lucent that platform was witnessed in action by Three..
How long until we see bottom line profits depends oh AL sales into
hospitals of their device, And that can be a long drawn out process..
But it will happen imho.
Using a secure Web portal, patients will have access to both scheduled and emergency care from any location at any time through a variety of mobile devices using real-time video and audio communication among multiple participants in multiple locations.
Our very own MMR Global is becoming an integral part of what is indeed the future of the most opportune investment segment today, specifically Health IT.
Now how long this is going to take who knows anyone who has a solid grasp of the economic conditions and political ramifications in the
current health industry knows there is a lot at stake in the next few days weeks and months. With or without any government mandate
the Medical insurance and provider industry is in for some major changes. The general pubic is sick and tired of redundant testing.
Services that are not needed just to pad the pocket of the doctors office. The public is demanding solutions and are becoming more involved with their health and the direction of care than any time in our modern history. The Public no longer sees the medical field as a the good ol doctor who cared about you but more of a service provider and the cost of that service is being called into question by many.. Soon enough I feel we will see many a doctor dragged into the legal system to explain why a test was done and why the cost of the test was what it was. And if they do not have a solid record of events to prove that I feel the doctor will end up paying for that test and then a bit for the time the patient spent getting that test. The only way to curb that is to have direct feedback to the patient in a well written and easy to understand formant provided with each visit. And that is where mmrg place is going to be.
The connection point between provider and patient. A secure place to not only store the medical record. But a portal into a new realm of medical service. I do hope that Bob and Company will start adding the firm like AmeriDoc to the front end of their website as a place for people to turn.
I do hope someday to sit down with Bob face to face and get a better understanding of the long term vision of this firm.
anyway got to run ..
Pilot
AmeriDoc,, This is exactly what I was talking about so long
ago. It will still take time for it to saturate the markets
and become a go to deal for the general public imho.
But the time will come that people's first step into the medical
issues in there life will be with a teleconsult. It will lower
the medical cost nationwide,. It will bring in a whole new
industry for the practice medical providers. It will open up a uniqe
postion for firms who have secure internet connections. Like a firm we are dealing with already. So yeah cutting edge takes time glad
we are there.. This has added more long term value than many will ever see until they are standing on the sidelines wondering how the pps ended up out of their reach.
Spec pull out Veger and then look in back yard near office what is that thing. ?? long and pointy. yellow with deep down cut into lower frame. Drove by there yesterday lots of projects going on.

Can I find iffy things sure. No one is with out a spot wrinkle or blemish. One that was according to history and faith was put on a cross. I will not cross that line as my own history is not without
misguided actions. But it is all part of growing up.
I see the growth of this young lady as a positive step for her and
support her actions today with my holdings in this firm.
If you feel that she is not worthy of your investment then sell what you have follow a day trader board and try your luck. No hard feeling should ever go into a stock purchase it is a call based on your best guess. Could this firm have someone dressed in whites and say buy my goods sure. But what I see is a fellow and his wife trying to bring something that is good to this nation against some
heavy odds. I see a woman who despite the negative posts not only from you but others, has supported her husband and the firm he is trying to build with as much poise as any. So with that said just sell your stuff and move on man. If you need some plays that you can recoup your losses drop me an email I can point you to some pretty savvy investors here on the hub who you can watch and learn.
I myself have done well in the past and have shifted my focus to
other things in the market and out of market that I enjoy doing.

Dennis Haysbert
Jamie Lee Curtisoh you can google her soft side so to say.
you can Google who is the spokesman/person for a number of firms
if you like and some do not have your concept of moral address.
But really that is not the issue .. it is that darn pps that is
ticking folks off. And that is due to a lack of knowledge
of the product and a slower than desired profit margin.
Can it happen.. I would not be here if I did not think it would.
Did I jump in to soon sure but worth the wait imho. So if your still
holding shares is the goal to be critical to get a better position
at a better price. Or is the goal to save others from "Drinking the Kool-Aid" WHICH imho is a matter of who has the gut for it.

Awareness is a slow process you know.. Public Awareness is painfully slow. Market Awareness usually happens months after public Awareness,
Hence the reason so many do not find that gold before it is dug out
and in the consumers hands. ya know..
Seems to me tiff your very upset.. But the fact is that you made the call to buy this stock based on your best knowledge,
and so did I.
I still stand by the research that was done on this firm Bob included.
But will I go off like the last post,, Not a bit.. The only one I can look to for my stake in this firm is myself, I am the only one
who has control of the buy and sell button on my account. And such as it should be. I feel this firm has a long way to go, and is in a position that if the medical record mandate stays in effect, is in a position to be a provider for the public.
I don't really care if Bob as you say did not have a thought or what ever. The fact is that the patent was granted. Not one but a multitude of them.. So as I did not put the whole house on the stock as anyone with any investor knowledge
would not do. I am more than willing to wait it out.
Forget the PR's and Koolaid as you say and go to the product and the patents and the medical side of things and research them until your blue in the face and then do it again and again. Forget Bob and the people behind the firm. then come back and tell us what you find..
I have a long time investor friend who called this stock a gold nugget in the outhouse, you just have to go dig it out.
I got my hands dirty but I see gold. And a lot of other do also .
