I was filled JALSF today using Ameritrade w/ Quotetracker. I just kept modifying the order to refresh it every so often and voila. Now lets see this puppy go! I believe we are way undervalued at these levels. .40 is my target, imo.
.0111 posted @ 8:25 am with volume, we are headed lower, imo.
"The ETIC is seeking a delisting of JAL (Symbol : JALSF) through a 100 percent reduction of capital, which would wipe out existing shareholders." Ouch

Non availability for some and grey sheets market very could well be the reason why investors prefer JALSY over JALSF, imho.
I doubt PCS is in a position to buy LEAP. There are far larger fish in the sea of wireless companies with deeper pockets. Even if PCS is successful in acquiring LEAP, any such deal would be in the form of a stock transaction. In the case of PCS shareholders the stock deal = major dilution. I see leap being bought out by a larger firm, PCS struggling for a few years with declining stock price, then being bought out for pennies on the dollar, all imho.
Hi Clay, how about a chart for GNPR - Genius Products
The chart looks strong to me and I think it is going to continue to gap up.
There is only 135K O/S!
Genius Products is coming out with a video game similar to DJ Hero in a few months called Scratch The Ultimate DJ with a turntable controller made by Numark and Akai.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks In Advance
I believe PCS is headed lower, I guess it will go under $5.00 level out a but, then trade in the $4.50 range, possible lower, imo.
.028 printed again several times, .02 printed also. JALSF is headed lower, imho.
$5.65 printed, new 52 week low for PCS. Headed lower, imo.
I recommend TDAmeritrade and use QuoteTracker as the trading platform, works great!
.028 printed, JALSF is headed lower, imo.
PCS is headed for a new 52 week low, imo.
72% sell rating @

I read that the shares were to be cancelled? Something about the way bankruptcies are done in Japan as opposed to the US?
I thought I read somewhere JALSF was going to be delisted / removed from trading / off the market and the shares would be worth 0?
I heard May too, but Scratch could be released anytime from now until May, as Commotion Interactive likely has finished the game already, imho.
COO of Bedlam Games talks about the upcoming debut of Scratch The Ultimate DJ:

GNPR Genius Products, Please.
Thanks In Advance!
Blockbuster lost more this year than their cash reserves.
If the trend continues, Bankruptcy, imho.
Hi Clay, I would like for you to work your magic on GNPR please, thanks in advance! ;oD
I agree with you and Michael. An effective marketing / promotional strategy campaign is important. GNPR will likely skyrocket with the excitement surrounding Scratch combined with the low market cap / share structure.
On another subject, I also think Genius Products (and shareholders) stand to benefit considerably from the Activision lawsuit. If they do decide to settle out of court, I am sure the price tag will be high. I think the last thing Activision wants is to have a Jury award damages. It is a win-win situation for shareholders either way you look at it, imho.
Thanks for your insight!
QD3 Endorses “Scratch The Ultimate DJ”
QDQ3 the son of Quincy Jones and the man behind “The Carter” Lil Wayne documentary is stepping into the video game realm with his endorsement of the “Scratch: The Ultimate DJ” gaming system.
The video game is set to be released in May of 2010 and QD3 recently spoke with HipHopWired about what makes this game different from its previously released competition.
“The difference between this game and a lot of other games is our controller. It's the only game that I'm aware of that actually has two brand names involved.
We have Akai who makes the MPC sampling drum machine and they made the drum pads on the controllers. The turntables and the fader are made by Numark so those are the number one companies in each of those categories for drum machine and DJ equipment. When you play this, it's the closest thing you can get to actually using the real equipment."
In anticipation of the game, Numark is releasing a “Spin Doctors” viral video series profiling DJs from across the country.
Watch DJ Numark in the first installment as he speaks on how he took his name from the popular Numark brand, his tenure in DJing and thoughts on the game.

Vivendi and Genius entered into a long term distribution agreement.
Vivendi does own Activision, which is interesting as Genius and Activision are currently involved in a lawsuit against each other.
Something is brewing, I have a feeling we will find out before Scratch is released in May.
GLTY
I was thinking GNPR might be bought out in a private transaction / merger.
With only 135,218 outstanding shares, the current market cap of Genius Products is ONLY $811,308!!!
Once Scratch is released, GNPR is set to soar, imho.
GLTY
I agree, marketing is everything.
Congrats and GLTY! ;oD
Video: “Spin Doctors” With DJ Numark
The technological advances on video games these days are incredible. Which means a Hip-Hop project will benefit with all the innovation that come along with the times. Scratch: The Ultimate DJ is set to combine authenticity with amusement as it challenges gamers with a simulation experience that may require a bit of talent. Check as one of the game’s contributors, DJ Numark gives his bio and stamp of approval on the game that honors actual creativity and technique instead of button mashing.

I agree, Scratch is a superior product.
The music "mashup" style gameplay and the cheaply made controller with buttons on the turntable etc... is why DJ H*** failed in the eyes of the consumer. The display model of the DJ H*** controller at my local Best Buy was of poor quality and was broken. I noticed how consumers were walking by pointing out how bad the game was. It was no suprise to me to see a bunch unsold on the shelves.
Scratch, on the other hand offers superior gameplay and replay value and focuses on creativity, as opposed to pre-recorded 'scratches'.
The ability for consumers to import samples using usb mic is a plus. The controller of Scratch is top notch and Numark is a big name in the music industry which will undoubtedly help sales.
I believe some consumers are simply fed up with Activision and their unsavory business practices and are rooting for the underdog (Scratch) to be the winner.
I hope Genius Products will provide some updates soon for the development and release of Scratch, as I am sure many are getting impatient.
DJ H*** has poor sales because the game is not really that good, plain and simple. Scratch, on the other hand, will be a winner as it has all the ingredients for success imo.
PCS is headed lower, increased competition in industry and market cap too high imho.
Nice! Thanks for posting!
Scratch is going to be huge!
Not me, no way! ;oD
If I were still holding I would sell in an instant at the bid @ .01 lol
CTNO was formerly CGGP before the Reverse Split. Maybe Chris did the symbol change to help to cover up the past. Why is Chris no longer registered with FINRA? Most likely because Chris Messalas is (or was) up to no good, imho.
http://www.finra.org/investors/toolscalculators/brokercheck/index.htm
search for broker = Messalas
and for firm = Carlton Captial
Download the 2 reports in pdf format if you wish.
Just doing my part in the world to do the right thing and help others. GLTY
I can understand and respect your glass half full viewpoint, but to me, the glass is half empty, glty.
I am sure this sort of thing happens to brokers and/or firms on occasion, but more than one dispute is a big red flag to me. Another red flag is Chris is no longer registered with FINRA. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM???
Oh dont forget to check out the FINRA BrokerCheck report for Carlton Capital. A few more violations to add to Chris's resume.
To each is own, I hope you and Chris make out like bandits with CTNO, but it just smells scam to me, IMHO. eom.
My guess is CTNO is or was a scam in the making. Maybe with all the FINRA and SEC investigations, Chris abandoned his plans to utilize CTNO as a scam instrument. Look at Chris Messalas's history with FINRA investigations. Once a scammer, always a scammer, imho. GLTYA
I ran a Finra BrokerCheck on Chris Messalas today. He has a checkered past to say the least in regards to previous shady dealings and penny stock scams. Chris Messalas is currently no longer registered with FINRA as of 09/09. CTNO could very well be a scam, imho. On the same note, I wish everyone the best of luck.
I encourage every investor to run a FINRA Brokercheck report on Chris Messalas and invest with caution. GLTYA.

Dead Cat Bounce, imho.
Looks like no Fredman deals this year!
Heh :oD
Good luck on a Fredman Deal ;oD
