I feel your pain I have averaged down to about .008 pps before I stopped and if ANVH is a scam I will hold this stock in my portfolio to remind me just how crooked the market can be! I have been watching PSPM for some time but feel I already missed the boat on that late last year. It ran up nice in Feb and made somebody lot of $$! I have been looking at HAYZ I think as things get better over the next few months it will make someone a nice profit. I jumped in on SIRI and C and have done very well last 10 days and this has took some of the bitterness out of my portfolio such as ANVH.

Im just ready for something to happen one way or the other.

I have sent a few e-mails about diffrent things to ANVH and never have gotten a reply back. I just cant believe that the Sec would let companys like ANVH just make this stuff up and keep listed. Yes I am a new investor and dont know how things work but still cant believe it. I trust in ANVH but only due to the fact I cant believe that our government would allow this stuff to openly continue.

Do I see what I think I do, MMs with strong support @ .001?? If they drive it to sub 1/10 penny does this mean we are wiped out? Can the MMs wipe a company making profits and not filing for BK protection? How low can this go before its taken off the Pink sheets??

I didnt find any thing at all in Seattle for Bauer & Associates and the address 2500 Elliott Avenue Seattle, WA 98121 only has one accounting firm in the area and its name is Accounting group a few blocks away on the 2100 block.

If this is fraud and its legal to cheat and steal with the secs help does this mean the SEC is making money off this some how as well? I didnt think it was legal to make up things out of the air and sell something that does not exsist lie about dividends and every thing else all clearly under the protection of SEC... Or is it?

Shesh on Ebay folks can get a felony for selling fake items for a few bucks just confused how someone can sell fake stock on a fake company for millions or in other cases billions of dollars and not only not get arrested shut down but allowed to continue to steal.

Well we are at 100% annual yield, 25% Quarter! The way this keeps dropping when will they be paying the largest dividend on record in the history of dividends?? ( Annual or Quarter )

The PPS goes down no matter what they say. Sad thing is I have seen scam stocks do much better than this.

I have to step in here and ask this question about the TAX #s if this is leased land why would any ANVH associates names be on the tax papers on the land unless they was buying it?

I am new to the investment community and I understand high risk stock but what I don’t understand is how companies are allowed to openly lie and steal and there is nothing against the law about it? How can the SEC just let any one open a bogus company lie through there teeth and steal and then do it over and over again with no consequence? I only traded this stock some and held the last fistful of shares I acquired due to the dividend that is listed with my brokerage. Ill only lose a small amount over any profits I have made off ANVH but still find it disgusting and confusing that this stuff is allowed.

Do you know how many folks they claim to employ at the Marfa property?

I live about an hour from Marfa, TX. I sent a e-mail asking about the property amongst other things I even told them I would like to drive there and check it out but they never wrote me back its been over 3 weeks. I own a handful of shares and thought I might take a look at the property on a Sunday drive but I guess we only allowed to see old pictures even if you live next door.

The sad thing is this sight, (Ihub) has 5 times as much info as http://www.anviron.com/ I even mentioned if they would like some new pictures for there sight I would take some and make them web ready and send them over to be posted on there sight.

Not one question answered nor a invite to take a look I am a tad scared to day trade this any longer its not been moving to much and in order to make a few bucks you have to drop 25k and I dont have the balls to do that.

If you think a R/S wont drop to .10 in a few months you better think again it has happen many times in the past. If a R/S happens and Mel does the same ol crap that he has been you can bet your booty in a few months 7.50 will be back at .15...

I am not bashing this stock I own it and have had to average down a few times now I am long but the facts are the facts. If this does a 50 to 1 R/S I am going to sell, sell, sell I might buy back in after the shorts tank this back under a buck.

What is Amazing is the buys stacked at .007 looks like someone wants a new low.

That’s a big part of the problem though finding reliance on actual events with this company so far just their word, this is how I ended up on Investors hub trying to find out some on this company but I am very glad I ran across Ihub its been a nice tool and some good reads not like the Google or yahoo boards. If I say something dumb just correct me I am a man 8) I am a new investor ( less than a year ) so I am still learning how to really do my due diligence and watching what you guys talk about helps me learn. So take no offence if I ask a dumb question it isn’t a basher in disguise but just a new investor asking stupid questions.
