The market seems to disagree with you. I think you know full well this is holding gains exceptionally well after running uphill 300%.
Wrong. I've seen companies go on that show with only proof of concept looking to fill a PO.
Again, if you don't know something for certain don't post in the 'matter of fact' context.
Actually, this is not a contradiction. The email you posted says they're seeking funding for production. What Digg posted states the PO is dependent on deliverables. To me, this would indicate they are seeking production money to fill the PO. Take a minute to think about it... who mass produces a product at a $2500/unit price point that doesn't have purchase orders yet?
Couple that with the private investors accepting shares with a purchase price of .01, well, following reasonable logic one can speculate this is a VERY positive series of actions.
Actually, there clearly is if we're coming back up from a low of 0041. Red to green today... watch and see.
Good grief.. Believing there is short covering my a MM is a red flag to no one. But ok, We can say there is a real buyer trying to get in using VNDM.
Haha!! Prove it...
Don't see an actual spread like this on a high volume trip too often... 0007x0009
Yep, quiet short cover by vndm as well. They've been on the bid all morning.
Give me a break... It can't be a pump and dump if nobody's dumping...
Look how thin this trading. Only 7M brought us down and now it's headed back up.
That's a joke right? This share structure is awesome for us!
Do you understand how this works? The float are the tradeable shares. The difference in float from OS is most likely restricted shares. The fact that the OS is almost maxed out is a good thing for shareholders, it means they couldn't dilute enough to alter the stock price even if they wanted to.
You are actually posting something positive and you don't even know it!! LOL
Fantastic post!
Facts are, the OS is pretty much maxed, and there is no RS per the company (and possibly FINRA), so unless they up the AS (which we would see on the DE SOS before they have a chance to dump anything), We are Golden!
I have, and everything looks good to me. If I missed something maybe you can you help me out...
Agreed. Was hoping he could explain since it's essentially an accusation of fraud toward both a financially audited company and the auditing firm...
The current SS is very clear. If the shares were dispersed on the 13th they would need enough to cover them on the 13th.
This statement doesn't make any sense...
What is it you think they can't "cover"?
They can't cover the shares they already have out there in my opinion.
Just reading through some of your posting history...
I don't show they have ever done an R/S or increased the A/S.
When was this done?
Seems as though you've been a little off in your predictions...
Very doubtful. 95% of the volume Friday was over 005.
Actually, it was at .003 when it took off, but I didn't get in until .11
Went from .003 - 3.23 in 6 months.
Totally agree, doubling any amount of money in 2 days is amazing!! :)
Take a look at OW*P's chart.
I was in late on that one at .11 and rode it to 3.23 in a few months.
DTII full steam ahead!
110M float...
69M vol yesterday... 62% of the float traded
48M vol so far today... 43% of the float traded
Those are HUGE numbers!!
Yep! 006 x 0067
Super thin!
Got in this morning too. Should be a good one here!
We need volume!!
Great buying into the close! Green!
Awesome day so far considering where we started this morning!
I'm with ya. Seems like it hit a wall of flippers about 20 mins after open...
Think we were already at 50M volume in the first 30 mins too...
At the VERY least, the documents 'filed' with OTCM can be classified under definition line item 1,
1. To put or keep (papers, for example) in useful order for storage or reference.
I am able to reference any 'filed' document on the OTC website, hence they are in orderly fashion for storage and reference. I doubt very much that file cabinets, or filed documents on my hard drive, fall under your definition below. I can assure you though, the documents in my file folders on my hard drive are 'filed'.
I'm really not trying to stir the pot or get into a semantics arguement, but the use of the word 'filed' is actually correct in the used context.
v. filed, fil·ing, files
v.tr.
1. To put or keep (papers, for example) in useful order for storage or reference.
2. To enter (a legal document) as an official record.
3. To send or submit (copy) to a newspaper.
4. To initiate (a lawsuit): file a complaint; file charges.
According to the company, the SS has not changed since 2008.

The CE was applied to this ticker many years ago. The cause for excitement recently was due to the company filing 4 years worth of financials to become current with OTC Markets. Not a 'boiler room operation' pump, as you so eloquently put it...
Yes it is my friend, yes it is...
Yeah. He thinks the spread (which is usually multiple ticks on this stock), is the same as a gap for some reason. lol
Still can't put a sentence long explanation together even though I've asked him to about 10 times now...
Still waiting on an explanation of what you think intra-day gaps are...
The only REAL gap in the chart is from this morning at 37
Oh my goodness... Looks like your second post on this board was just in the nick of time!
That was a close one!
You can see that it moved +50% in the past few hours, right?
Is that a trick question?
Makes you wonder why they wouldn't buy before announcing.
I've been reading through the OSHA site and don't see any regulation surrounding pre-oil producing company corporate offices requiring escorts.
I will admit I have learned quite a bit tonight, but obviously am not even close to an expert on OSHA. Would you mind helping me out with the statute?
I can obviously see the benefits to regulating on-site offices, but don't see the harm/liability in letting someone in to take a picture when the officers are gathered around a table at an off-site office and the wells are not currently producing.
Thoughts?
