That's a joke right? This share structure is awesome for us!
Do you understand how this works? The float are the tradeable shares. The difference in float from OS is most likely restricted shares. The fact that the OS is almost maxed out is a good thing for shareholders, it means they couldn't dilute enough to alter the stock price even if they wanted to.

You are actually posting something positive and you don't even know it!! LOL
