AF, I'll be looking tonight into CTXI. As PDSC goes, I just wrote a note to Brian (the president of Clean Air Co in Australia) just to make sure today's PR is for real). If I get an answer, I'll be posting it onto the PDSC board. BTW, got some (only 260K got filled) today.
Mike
AF, thanks for bringing PDSC to the attention of "Good Value Penny Bottoms." Although a pinkie, after doing some DD on it, indeed it fits the description of a good "GVPB" candidate.
Let's take as an example today's news: it looks credible. See "About Ozone" section posted on the "Clean Air factory," web site, which under construction:
http://www.cleanairfactory.com/about.php
Ozone technology is definitively the best method to purify industrial waters, and unless I'm missing something (only started my DD on them last week), I believe PDSC has indeed a good chance to succeed. Thanks again, and please do not be a stranger. You and anyone else posting here are most welcomed join us in descovering other good GVPB's candidates:

John, I haven't followed IGAI as of late, but their prospects (after the big lie - reporting money they did not have to spend as net revenue) do not look too rosy, IMO.
PS: I understand you are thinking of geting out of CKEI? Big mistake, IMO. Better days will come soon to those pacient enough to wait. Also, if you haven't done so, you sould watch closely: GDVI, SDGL, and yes even PUPS.

"Some have chosen this time to run from solar (those are the ones who spend more time chasing trends than making any money) and some have chosen to use this opportunity to pick up some of these stocks, as many are now priced more favorably than they’ll be once oil cranks back up over $70.
In fact, a number of the top solar performers this year are now priced between 35 and 45 percent below their 2006 highs. One of our favorites…Evergreen Solar (ESLR:Nasdaq) can be counted among those.
And we believe Evergreen, just like many of the other major solar players, is in line to pick up at least half of what it lost over the summer by late 2006, early 2007 – and, depending how high oil gets next year…will most likely maintain a slow, but steady growth up to and beyond 2010:"
http://www.energyandcapital.com/editorials.php?id=273
Note: I agree on this with Jeff. But, not with most of the other solar stocks he's promoting, especially the thin film related companies. For your amusement, you might wish to read his plain silly (same efficiency as crystalline solar cells, yet at 1/10th manufacturing cost!) promotional jobs related to the "out of this world" future of Nanosolar's thin films. Just hot air, if anyone asks me.
Mike
"Oil prices will increase, and as investors, we need to be there as they do:"
http://www.energyandcapital.com/editorials.php?id=275
Opinion:
The truth [between the pesimists (those that say the peak oil has already been reached), and the optimists (those that say not to worry)] as always is somewhere in between. Regardless, whoom you believe, we all have to admit that despite natural or induced fluctuations, the overall oil (and energy in general) price trend will be up, and only up going forward. Those lucky enough to load NOW undervalued oil (or other energy) related stocks such as CKEI, they will be very happy, IMO, in not such a distant future.

John,
I didn't do a good DD on it as yet, so I can't say too much. The positive part is that with the explosion of organic food market, the ozone machines will be in high demand. In the old days (early 80's), my team has designed some ozone machines for industrial water purification, and the machines prove to be very efficacious, cost effective, and compared to other techniques ozonification indeed does a better job in destroying the bacteria, as well as most poisonous heavy metals.
So, I like their line of business, but did not buy anything as yet because being a pinkie stock: (i) I couldn't find any info about the OS (the volume is a bit too high for my confort), (ii) if they had any income as yet, (iii) how much debt do they have, (iv) I have to understand why the price dropped that much in a relatively short period of time, and (v) why despite the many PR's the price continues to go down.
Mike
Re: PDSC
AF, this might be a good long-term company to look into. If you have any hard to find facts (OS, revenue - if any, etc.) it would be nice of you letting us know about.
Mike
Enjoy the low gas prices before the election. According to several sources, the price/gallon might still drop $.1 to $.2, then the oil companies will most probably push it up to the $3+/gallon level, and will stay there, IMO. When that happen, the biofuel will be in higher and higher demand.
You should make the RB folks aware that the iHub board has taken over.
Mike
John, that "J" young fellow (see my previous post) sold today the remaining of his 300K. It will be last time I give any of these young fellows any hints. They better do their own DD, and find their own undervalued pennies.
I'm with you. In his presentation the CEO promissed to come up in 2 to 3 weeks with more exiting news (so in less than 2 weeks we should learn about them), and to keep us informed. This indeed looks like a turn-around story, and sooner rather than later the PPS will follow.
Mike

"i am holding all my shares for 05"
Reading the Power Point presentation, I think you are right on the target. Plus, the margins are supposed to increase quite a bit. That will add the needed convincing data to the Table below:

You might wish to check out the Europe's PVSC PV growth predictions:
http://www.renewableenergyaccess.com/rea/news/reinsider/story?id=45990
Evergreen is well positioned to take advantage of this growth, and in time its margins will start improving.
Mike
Stock, yes I do. In fact, I added some more CKEI yesterday. See my take on: GDVI, PUPS, and CKEI on those i-Hub boards today.
Mike
Disclossure: Today activity might be prompted by this young fellow (a freshman college student) I know. He asked me about 2 week ago about some good short potential stocks, and I adviced him to do his own DD on several pennies, including PUPS. Last night he told me he has to sell PUPS as he needs badly the money. I bet he's lowering the price, not knowing that this ia one of those non-liquid stocks (that usually have large bid/ask gap) that are hard to sell under low volume. The liquidity will improve, once the volume increases.
"J" if you read this, since you were lucky enough to get in at the very bottom, you might consider borrowing the money you need rather than wasting all of your gains. And next time, you have to find yourself the stocks you wish to flip-flop. This (investing in an undervalued stock) is a job for grown-ups!
Mike
Momma, just DO NOT pay too much attention to some of the RB folks:
1. They lanched last week two rumors: (i) news on Sept. 19, and (ii) the company being a takeover target.
2. I see today someone was posting a R/S rumor. Would't it be stupid for the Mgmt. (with all the shares they have) to even think about it?
Yesterday, indeed it looks like some more shares were dumped, which is not helping.
My overall take on it: (i) the growth potential is great here, (ii) the R/S scare is a non-issue, (iii) the P/S ratio tells me (at this price) the company is way undervalued. I decided for myself (loaded some more yesterday). Now, it's your turn to analyse the pros and cons, and decide what you want to do.
Mike
My take on it:
The 1-st Q revenue, a bit dissapointing. But the forward looking statement looks very good, and credible. Plus, keeping the net revenue positive (for 9 Q's in a raw), means the company knows how to control the costs.
Increasing the work load on the school market, and diversifying beyond the school market (which as per a recent PR was supposed to start in September) should noticeable increase the revenue. Also, according to the PP presentation, the margins will increase substantially during the 1-st half of the present fiscal year. This means the ungoing 2-nd Q will be much better than the 1-st Q.
Overall, despite a drop in revenue for the 1-st Q (Phil's motivation is quite plausible), with P/S ratio of less than 0.7, this company right now is way too undervalued. Any (surprise) good news going forward will make it move where it belongs (above 0.2 , short-term, and over 0.3 should the expected better 2-nd Q come true).
I don't know about you folks, but not only I'm keeping all of my over 1M shares, but planning to adding some more in the near future. Why? Compared to other penny stocks that I'm aware of, my perceived GDVI risk factor is by far the smallest, while the growth potential is one of the best.
Mike
Stock,
GDVI is holding nicely. Once the 10-Q is out this will fly. I expect an end of Sept 2003 type of move here. We might go over the old 0.34 high.
PUPS is slowly building up the Bid, and once it starts moving, it should move fast.
AJIMO, of course,
Mike
John, I watched again the investors presentation over the weekend, and I expect PUPS to go into the low 0.03's in the near future. Loaded and wating patiently.
Mike
A lot more, if the 10-Q shows up.
Mike
Thanks for checking out the SEC fillings. I looked it up early today, and it wasn't there. I just saw it now.
GDVI has a history of being late. As you can see, last year they filled the NT also, on Sept.15, and the 1-st Q 10-Q came out on Sept.19. So, we might have it sometimes next week. If not, the following week for certain.
In any event, the investors package is very strong, so I won't advise anyone to sell in the mean time. The 10-Q is supposed to be good, based on the power point presentation.
Despite small daily variations, the trend is clearly up, and we may have a repeat of the early 2003 move. At least the 3 year chart shows the same patern.
Mike
Good for you, John. Keep them a while, and you won't be sorry, IMO.
Mike

It looks like we are moving? The bid is getting up. Good sign. We should get some good news soon, IMO.
Mike
We might get the 10-Q tomorrow, and from the little move today, it looks like it's good.
Mike
"...we need ckei to take off, would be nice to see a igai type of move!"
Probably not 1700% gain like IGAI (from 0.0034 to 0.059), but I would give CKEI a good chance for a 500% to 600% gain in a couple of months.
Mike
GDVI, PUPS & CKEI finally moving? Anyone else owns any of these?

OT - Dsp, I see you also post on RB. Since I used to post there, and as I see no one seems to be aware the "Investor's Package" was posted on the web site, can you, please, repost # 383, over there?
Mike
OT - Zglodies, I don't blame you. I was lucky enough with MOBL to get back in @ the very bottom. I intended to keep it for the 0.3's, but I'm afraid that won't be comming too soon, so I might settle only for a double, and that's if I can get it. All telecom companies are just surviving, and I don't see any sign that will change soon. Too much competition out there. Too many free deals to attract costumers,... in short it doesn't look too good, at least not for the near future. Most energy related companies, on the other hand, are doing very well, and even better in the near future. CKEI (if indeed the company has enough cash for 1 year opperations - including some expansion - as they claimed to be the case in the recent 10-Q) will do very well as soon as the first reports on increased revenue (hopefully net revenue as well) come out. Percentage wise, CKEI has a real chance (compared than MOBL (or any other telecom company) for a 500-600% increase in PPS by say February-March. I'm well loaded here (over 2M), and I hope I'm right about the prospects here.

Re: GDVI - the Investor's Package - has been just posted on the company web site:

The company has sent the package by mail two days ago to most investors, so I have it on paper as well.
Take a look at it, if not for anything else, but for you to follow the expected upper move of a winning OTC:BB (not for too long, I assume) company.
Enjoy,
