Thanks for checking out the SEC fillings. I looked it up early today, and it wasn't there. I just saw it now.

GDVI has a history of being late. As you can see, last year they filled the NT also, on Sept.15, and the 1-st Q 10-Q came out on Sept.19. So, we might have it sometimes next week. If not, the following week for certain.

In any event, the investors package is very strong, so I won't advise anyone to sell in the mean time. The 10-Q is supposed to be good, based on the power point presentation.

Despite small daily variations, the trend is clearly up, and we may have a repeat of the early 2003 move. At least the 3 year chart shows the same patern.
