While Morgan Joseph believes that the customer's stated goal is to limit the content, the franchisees may not be as willing to surrender the additional income and the ability to offer the consumer a competitive product. LodgeNet has been diversifying its revenue base, and has become less reliant on revenue from mature content. Moreover, the impact should not be felt on 2011 and 2012 results.
