You are asking me for clarification
on an SEC document..LOL..Pick up the phone and ask them yourself..it is nothing..and as much as you posted it today..it was used as a scare tactic and everybody knows it..You are quite funny at times..I think you think you can influence the trading of this stock or what people do here..You can't..you have no credibility at all..because you never had...veno
Neal.. I see you are pulling
the old scare tactics out again..this time on something that happened back on June 2 concerning a filing that was made May 9th..Did you see the amended SB2 dated June 6th?? If so why didn't you mention it??? I think we all know why...veno
No..Ill stick to my response
when directed to the flippers of this stock...veno
If you are not having fun
then leave...veno
Somebody knows something we don't..
and it happened just after 1pm today..The pps has been floundering at best and then it just shoots up without news..I would say it is a fairly good bet..that it does have to do with Dean and Jim returning today..Like I said somebody knows something...veno
Agreed...eom
My perogitive would be
to post that I believe that the 12Mil. that was referenced will be a low figure come EOY 07..If you are a shareholder then I own the company...veno
And one day since the pps
was at .009..It does take time for the little companies to get noticed..I think Onev's time is just about here..I can wait...veno
Ian Dixon in the UK
put the PC Magazine link to the remote on his site today...veno

Re..
"Have they ever satisfied even the smallest of expectations?"
I guess not for you..Of course it begs the question..why are you posting here??? veno
LOL..I guess I could use
the rest I talked about..or least a change in prescription for glasses..I was looking at this link and never looked at the front page...veno

Morley..You are correct.. but
it is last year's show..Just maybe after all this time..the remote will be ready for purchase...veno
Uchuff..I see they are also
part of a special interest pavillion with Embedded and Honeywell and two other companies..I'll be around a little less not really taking a break..just a lot of work right now..It looks like Dean and Jim are actually coming back tomorrow..but I don't know if they will be in the office..Just maybe they will have some good news to share..We could sure use it...veno
Free..I believe you still live
in CA..How about going to EHX and reporting back..I didn't see it on Onev's website but they are going to be there and if you look at the booths around Onev you will notice some familar names..The virtual floorplan is a great first and is easy to navigate..just scroll to Onev and it will show you where they are..EHX Fall 2006...veno

Speaking of Dean and Jim
"Due" not..do back on Thursday..I think I will rest from posting until then or until news comes..I need a break and I am going to take one..keep up the good DD and GLTA...veno
Buybye..Good find..
Looks like so far it was a positive show..Dean and Jim aren't do back until Thursday..The trip must be far away and intensive to be gone that long..Thanks again for the link..Killerapp..It certainly is...veno
Buybye..I saw that also
it seems to be the same picture we had before..with a little more written thanks..Here is the link...veno

You are correct..it does happen...eom
Bulls..Concerning the news report..
it does not list a VR solution in the article..It talks about various solutions they were going to show off..none of them is VR related..Onev and TCS do is offering a VR solution to a carrier in India..It has already been tested..We don't know which carrier and we don't know what tech they are looking at..It could be the email feature or more..We shall see..but the topic which looked to be a VR function which 1vlong brought up..was not...veno
Bulls..Kodiak's CC solution
is not a VR solution..It is a CC solution that hand typed and kept on Kodiacs server..It is not competition for Onev's VR programs..So if you think this tech was copied or reversed engineered you are wrong..This tech already exists here in the U.S..I would be concerned if this was a VR solution...veno
Subscription and Now...eom
Oneforty..I know two of them..
The Voice Remote availability and the Subcription to MV on an individual basis..I would say Onev was testing what is coming to see if the links worked..The ones that remain are the ones currently available..I do like the fact that Onev looks to be getting ready a subcription to any and all individually..I asked when that would occur at the meeting and Jack said that they were looking at that down the road..They would have done it by know but the cost of advertising was to high..I believe he said when they had the cash to run a large ad nationally we would see it..Maybe they found another way to run it without the large cash expenditure...veno
Looking at the news from Tata Teleservices..
I couldn't find any reference to VR tech..just CC..Looking at who was included in the article..I would have to say Kodiac is most likely the company delivering the tech..They have CC capabilities of up to 30 participants..However that is not voice recognition tech..you have set it up by typing in the participants into a group..Once you have the groups set up you have to scroll through your menu to find the group and then push to talk..The same features can be found on some handsets already in the U.S..So I would say that Dean and Jim are not in India..Since Adam said they weren't in Mexico..where could they be?? Sorry 1vlong you still get Kudos for a good try...veno
Ihub..I archived a copy
of the text before it went down...veno

Here are some stats on
Tata Indicom and their carriers just in case...veno

Sorry about the stuttering in
the last post..I am tired..but happy..LOL...veno
To 1vlong when he reads this..
Kudos for your find and post on RB about Tata..I am not 100% sure that they are talking about Onev's conference call tech.. but it sure sounds like it..Just to let you know that just maybe having one on the board using MV can help sometimes..From my help page on MV conference call questions and answers..
"I tried to get 5 people connected on a MobileConference and not everyone joined the call. Why?"
"The participants on a MobileConference call have the option of declining the call during the call connection process. It is also possible that some of lines required for your call were unavailable. In cases like this we will use all of the currently available lines and allow you to connect any other participants as required. Conferencing allows up to 10 people to be connected at one time."
I hoped you noticed that the number of participants is 10..same as in what you what the article you posted said..As far as I know there is no other VR company with a carrier server based VR program that can do this..Again Kudos..and like I have always said..Onev's tech is the best and the management and workers at Onev have been busting their rear ends off to get this tech out as quickly as they could...veno
LOL..maybe it was a quick look into
the future..Cingular popped up on the MV login page and was taken down very quickly..It is fun to see all of the DD lately..Hopefully very soon many things will happen for the better of this company...veno
Ihub..it is called MY Voice Remote...eom
Sky..Nuan is a direct competitor
because they are in the VR business..There are many VR companies..but most aren't focused on what Onev is focused on which is carrier based VR and MC computer VR..In those areas I would say that there are only a few..and they are pretty small companies like Onev.. but none has the capability of Onev's tech at this point..On a side note I called DirectTV and was quite surprised in their call center VR tech..it is very natural sounding and has the capabilities to understand key words out of phrases spoken to get you to the right place quickly and accurately..GLTY...veno

Buybyebuy..thanks for taking the time
to go there and report back..Looks like Dean and Jim are missing in action from both the show and at the office..Here is a much better picture of the remote..
http://store.onev.com/productinfo.asp?item=19
Looks like the remote is going to run around $100 bucks depending on where you buy it when it comes out..taking into account that the software runs an average of $150..
Thanks again for reporting back what you took in...veno
Suissac..From my earlier post..
"From what I could gather it also looks like all of the upgrading of the remote is finally run its course..It would be nice to hear of the avialbility to the public soon..Since they are using this show for the home automation side..they will probably get the first crack at it..Could be they might announce public availability at the next show..Either way it is coming..and it will have the "Green Button" as it did at the shareholder's meeting..so MS has tested it and has certified it.."
So it looks like the launch to the general public is yet to come...veno
Suissac..Pre-orders were taken
at the last show..I posted that the first remotes would probably go to the home automation people when that show was running..I do believe that is what Onev planned for and what has happened..It is not available for the general public yet..I would think we will get a pr when Onev is ready to deliver the remote to the OEM's and for public use..I heard Adam say at the show this week that it will be ready for the public for the upcoming holidays during the podcast from the show..So I would guess that it could come fairly soon...veno
Morley..I believe Buybyebuy
will be there today..I don't know when he will return or if he plans on reporting...veno
Sarge..Adam said today
when asked about when the remote would be launched..that it would be available by the upcoming holiday season..I would have liked to hear of the launch right now as this show presents a great opportunity for a lot of publicity..Like I said I didn't know that the remote could be used with any Windows XP computer for any and all VR functions..I will be asking when I get a chance if that will played up during the launch..I would like to see them show it is not just tied into MC..I picked up that same remote at the shareholder's meeting and it very solid and easy to hold..It is not a cheap lightweight remote by any means..I know they have had to make some small changes since the meeting..but it should be ready now..Oh..and the last I heard it already has Vista capability..so I guess they canned the idea of having one for MC2005 and made it ready for all versions..However..Dean did mention that further down the line they would have one with a speaker in it to take phone calls directly instead of through your monitor speakers..Bring on the remote and bring on the carriers.. I have a feeling that Onev is ready to unload on a lot of info...veno
Anonymousness..actually
I was told today when I called Onev that Dean was in NY..I did hear Adam on a podcast from the show giving a demo and going over the features today..However that doesn't mean Dean is there just for the show as Adam is the lead person for MCC and that is what is being demoed..Onev does have their own booth at the show and I believe they will have an appearance in the Digital Village Home at some point..I would think that Embedded will also be showing it off..Of course Onev's booth is right next to Intel's so who knows if they won't give it a plug..I was told that both Dean and Jim will not be back at Onev until the middle of next week as they are on a business trip until then..All of that while only trying to get an answer to a question about MV Voice Record..So almost all of your guesses could be right on..LOL...veno
From an earlier post about the remote..
Not only can MCC handle that but the remote can be used for many different purposes..I was told it can also be used for Dragon dictation purposes..Skype as we already know and all other applications where voice can be used..What I never thought to even ask about because of the Media Center functionality they advertise they threw in this..They said that the remote can be used on any computer that has Windows XP/Pro in place of a stand alone mic. You just have to plug in the receiver to your USB port and you can use the remote instead..The only drawback is that in that configuration while not using the MC configuration you lose the RF feature and being able to operate it from a non-line of sight location but still get the normal IR distance..So you can sit across the room and carry on a conversation by live messenger..or video conference and not have to be that close to the computer screen to get good sound..
Bring on the remote..I forgot to ask..but I would hope they do advertise that functionality...veno
